LGMC is the seafood affiliate of MUTANDIS, a consumer goods company listed in Casablanca / Morocco Stock Exchange.
LGMC operates 2 pelagic trawlers fishing (quota about 6,000 t). The catch is landed and processed in Dakhla mainly at our processing plant Rio Glace with a total daily processing capacity of 250 t and freezing of 60 t. The fresh fish is sorted and iced and sent by refer trucks to Safi and Agadir where it is later transformed to sardine and mackerel fillets in cans. The fish that is not suitable for cans is either frozen and exported for fish feed or sold as is to local fish meal producers.
Since 70 years, LGMC strenghtens its technological and industrial knowledge, builds an international customer network and develops strong brands well distributed across the world.

Few years ago our company developed a new technology called "air popped system”. Using high temperatures and pressure we "Pop" starch contained within vegetables (like popcorns) creating crunchy snacks with 80% less fat compared to the traditional fried crisps on the market.

A 30 year old family-owned dairy farm producing bio certified: milk, cheese and geographically protected cottage cheese products. All our products are certified by Organic Agriculture Europe.
We have been farming animals and producing milk since 1993. Our herd (270-300 cows) is 100% pure Estonian red breed dairy cows that guarantee us the highest quality of raw milk. Our production is 10 meters from the barn. This means our supply chain can't get any shorter. Super fresh milk and less contact with supply chain surfaces = better product.
Animal wellbeing is the core of everything we do. Our cows are free range and even during winter time they are free to mingle around the barn as they please. Thanks to the DeLaval milking robots the production takes place when the cows feel like milking. Beginning of each milking the smart technology will assess the health of each animal as well the quality of the milk. This will enable us the best possible animal health care and fastest health concerns response.
Our farming and production is high-tech, what we mean by that is: smart milking robots, our energy is produced by our own solar farm and hydroelectric power plant and the next short-term goal is to go fossil fuel free by changing out all our fossil fuel based farming machinery.

We deal mainly with supplies of chilli products ranging from fresh chilli, chilli paste to dried chilli. We are also a leading importer for dehydrated mushroom.
In order to give convenience to our customers, we do semi-processed for them. For instance, we de-stalked the fresh chilli, peeled the garlic and onions and trimmed the cabbage and lettuce for them. This will reduce the time consuming factor thus increase their production yield.

“Different wines, from Dealu Mare”
The story begins in 2000 with a visionary. In the Dealu Mare wine area, between Gura Vadului and Săhăteni, Denis Thomas, owner and winemaker from Burgundy - France, lays the foundations of the first BIO vineyard in Romania.
Assisted by a team of Romanian and French specialists, Denis Thomas takes over and develops a 45-acres plantation, where the terroir, similar to the one in Burgundy, allows the production of Romanian wines in the French spirit.
Here, in 2006, the first wine in Romania was obtained, produced from organically grown grapes, with Ecocert certification. The winery became known for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines produced according to the "French recipe".
In 2020, Domeniile Franco- Romane were taken over by a group of Romanian investors. One of them, Mihnea Olariu, comes from a family with a tradition in viticulture. To the 45 hectares taken over from Denis Thomas, the Olariu family added another 40 hectares with vines (a plantation known in the Gura Vadului area as the "Persu-Eminescu Domains"). Owned before the First World War by Mihnea Olariu's ancestors (Alexandru Persu - agronomist engineer, former mayor of Tohani commune and Ecaterina Eminescu - niece of the poet Mihai Eminescu), Persu-Eminescu Domains were returned, starting with 2002, to the investor's parents , Marina and Nicolae Olariu. A family story that spans several generations, a story that goes on.
Today, the vineyard totals over 85 acres, cultivated with noble Romanian and international varieties, of which 50 hectares are organically cultivated.
We combine traditional techniques with modern technology to produce high quality wines. With an area of 1900 square meters, our winery has winemaking and storage facilities for all types of wines: white, rosé and red.
At Domeniile Franco-Romane we always enjoy guests, so enthusiasts and tourists are invited to visit us, to taste the wines and to share their opinions.
