HEJ, it’s us.
HEJ ORGANIC was founded in Dortmund in 2016. But the idea was born even earlier. Inspired by travels through America, Scandinavia and Asia, we picked up on the trend of combining sustainable products with design. Until then, natural cosmetics was uninspired and boring. We wanted to change that and developed a cosmetics line that combines natural care with the lifestyle of a new generation.
Together with designer friends, we worked on the logo, slogan and a unique product design: The tapered bottle is the trademark of HEJ ORGANIC. Parallel the products were developed - from purely natural, vegan raw materials, without animal testing and in cooperation with local manufacturers. Little by little, HEJ ORGANIC became a real „lovebrand“, also for ourselves. From the originally planned white label product, the vision of our first own cosmetic brand had emerged. Nelson Honey draws on three generations of beekeeping and honey production experience to offer the best New Zealand bee products.
Formed in 1973, family-owned company Nelson Honey & Marketing (NZ) Ltd is owned and operated by Philip Cropp. Philip’s grandfather started producing honey from hives in the Nelson area as a side business to his fruit orchard more than 100 years ago.
Over the past four decades the company has grown substantially in terms of production volume, international exports and product diversification. From a one-man apiary producing a small selection of honeys in Motupiko, 50kms south of Nelson city, Nelson Honey in conjunction with our sister company Rainbow Honey Ltd, we now have well over 8,000 hives sited throughout pristine wilderness areas in the Top of the South and along the West Coast of New Zealand.
Philip was the first in his industry to combine Manuka Honey with Bee Venom, following requests from a farmer down the road who suffered from arthritis. After considerable testing to establish the right balance between Manuka Honey and Bee Venom he launched a product named Nectar Ease, which is also known as the ‘aches and pains honey’ as it may assist people who suffer from sore joints, arthritis and related problems.
Business grew steadily following the launch of Nectar Ease, until early 2010 Philip started experimenting with a skincare range that would combine the health benefits of Nectar Ease with the wellness benefits of skincare. He figured if the combination of Manuka Honey and Bee Venom supported cortisone production in the body, it could do a lot of good used on people’s skin too and this was how Royal Nectar Skincare was born.

“It was in 2009 when I decided to start researching what possibilities there are to start producing beauty products from Estonian peat. I quickly learned that in Estonia peat is widely used to create calorific value and to produce fertilizer. But when it came to cosmetic purposes, no one had attempted to deal with the subject in depth. Here and there you might hear that someone had tried to do, test or research something. There was no summary research that could have resulted in the production of a product for consumers. Thus I started collecting materials about the peat that was used for cosmetic purposes and its properties and effects. When it came to information that we could not find, we conducted experiments in cooperation with the University of Tartu and the Tallinn University of Technology to identify which problems and conditions peat heals and alleviates. Every new answer gave us more motivation to reach the final product. During the process it became clear that peat is a temperamental raw material. It works well enough when it is alone, but when we wanted to make it work with other components in order to produce more versatile beauty products, the results were subpar. In the end we realized that the only way to “tame” peat is to develop a methodology that would give us a raw material that would allow us to achieve equivalent results in the production of the final product. We started an extensive development process that resulted in a technology that allowed us to filter peat. This result gave us pure, 100% organic and stable peat with a rich composition which is now used to make all Aesti beauty products.”

BRIEF HISTORY
Microorganisms, precisely because of their fast and simple life process, acquire more and more quickly resistance to the usual means of killing, put in place by man, see ad for example, the development of new sources of infection (prions) or the increasingly consolidated nesting of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms (MRSA = methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VRE = Enterococcus Vancomycin Resistant). To face these new challenges it is necessary “running with the same speed of reproduction of microorganisms ", developing many new strategies of aggression, based on in-depth knowledge of the means available, sometimes even of natural origin. After thorough design, installation and operational validation of the premises, equipment and production processes, the company's Quality Management System has been structured in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 obtaining recognition compliance of this approach by the notified body KIWA CERMET (0476). Thanks to this acknowledgement, the company can adopt the CE marking on its medical devices, namely, on disinfectants for invasive and non-invasive medical-surgical instruments and devices for dressing, non-sterile, having followed the procedure relating to the EC declaration of conformity of referred to in Annex II of Directive 93/42 / EEC and subsequent amendments and additions. Thanks to this initial recognition, from a technical and scientific point of view, the company intends to take care of people hygiene, antisepsis and 360 ° disinfection, basically adopting strategies that are here below.
DISINFECTANTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACES AND ANTISEPTICS FOR INTEGRAL SKIN
REGULATION
In this context, the reference standard at European level is represented by Directive 98/8 / EC the so-called Biocides Directive and subsequent regulations or implementation directives of variation that is revolutionizing the whole world of environmental disinfectants and antiseptics for intact skin. This whole guideline has been since its start and is still the subject of careful study e evaluation by the Scientific Director, who interfaces with the various regulatory bodies (European Commission, ISPRA and Ministry of Health) in addition to obtaining notification of 11 active ingredients with biocidal activity is constantly updated on how to prepare the Dossier Technician for obtaining the registration of the products themselves. In Italy there is currently the regulation on Medical Surgical Devices which will in any case be a short supplanted by the directive indicated above with a European significance. According to this directive all products for environmental disinfection as well as for personal hygiene must be, on the basis of use (e.g. community, domestic, food, veterinary etc.) included in the different types of product (Product Type) and therefore registered as biocidal products. For this registration, it will be necessary to prepare a technical dossier based basically on the chemical-physical, microbiological (biocidal activity), toxicological and eco characteristics toxicological both of the active ingredient adopted and of the formulation. Indeed the active ingredient used in the formula must necessarily be among those notified and reported in Annex I, IA and IB of the Directive itself. Some of the active ingredients present in the various environmental and unsupported disinfectant formulations at European level, have already seen their ban on their use following some decisions of the European Commission for withdrawal from the market (e.g. cetylpyridinium for personal antisepsis PT01). For as regards the active ingredient, all the tests necessary to obtain the above data can be avoided by submitting the letter of access by the manufacturer of the same active ingredient and which has been recognized as notifier by the commission European, while as regards the formulation a series of efficacy tests will have to be performed based on the application of use. Disinfectants and antiseptics, being of the new generation are subjected to a program of evaluation of the biocidal activity performance, by means of execution of in vitro tests according to current legislation in its two phases, i.e. suspension test (phase 2 / step 1) and on support (phase 2 / step 2) as defined by the UNI EN 14885 standard. In other words, the Lines Guide, reported on the European Standards, currently in force, state that the recommendations of use for chemical disinfectants and antiseptics are supported by the results of efficacy tests, performed according to the protocols envisaged by the European Standards, relating to the single type of activity claimed. The following table shows the reference standards necessary to claim the biocidal activity in the various disinfectant and antiseptic products.

Noble Health emerged from the need for harmonious and natural care for health, beauty and peace of mind. Since 2009, we have constantly cared about the well-being of our customers, offering them the highest quality food supplements and cosmetics.
We took our first steps on the local market, introducing our products to SPA and beauty salons. Over the years, we have developed in cooperation with cosmetologists, aesthetic medicine doctors and nutrition experts.
Class A Collagen became our first iconic product. It is a food supplement that meets the needs of many women. The product contains fish collagen, whose task is to improve skin quality. It helps to maintain its smoothness, elasticity and firmness. What is more, the hyaluronic acid particles provide proper skin hydration and firmness.
It was our first step towards a bright future. Class A Collagen has been recognised well by customers of beauty salons, SPA centres and herbal shops in Poland. Subsequently, the product was introduced to the largest drugstore in the country - Rossmann. Since then, our cooperation continues. This mobilized us to move forward with determination. Today, we are a recognizable beauty & wellness brand and we enjoy the trust of customers all over the world.
Our next products are displayed in cosmetic drugstores and pharmacies, such as Super-Pharm, Gemini, Hebe or Italian DM. Many of them have been widely appreciated by consumers. Our flagship Class A Collagen has been thoroughly tested at Collagenim Medicum in Bydgoszcz where its high effectiveness has been confirmed.
We never slow down and we always listen to our customers. Hence, we started creating supplements in the form of capsules, drops, cocktails and gummies. Everything for the convenience of use. It quickly turned out that our gummies became bestsellers. Since then, we have been offering Hair Care Panda products - vegan gummies with the maximum dose of biotin. Delicious raspberry gummy bears that take care of the hair of women all over the world. They conquered not only the Polish market. Currently, they are available in Dubai at Boots chain stores, Watson drugstores in Lithuania and many online stores in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Especially for people with a vegan diet, the topic of food supplements is a long-running issue. This has led to a multitude of products that contain controversial ingredients such as lactose or gelatine, for example, in order to produce them more cheaply.
However, our goal at BjökoVit is different.
We offer purely vegan products of the highest quality, which specifically address the needs of a vegan diet and contribute to a healthy metabolism. We pay strict attention to quality and produce exclusively in Germany. To control this quality, we have our products regularly tested and certified by independent laboratories and thus go far beyond the legal requirements. This guarantees, for example, that our products do not contain any pesticide residues or components of genetic engineering.

cerascreen® is an approved manufacturer of medical devices. Our laboratory diagnostic self-test kits show quickly and precisely how diet, exercise and lifestyle affect the body. We are the experts for that. Our analyses integrate all biological layers: genetics, epigenetics, the microbiome, and the broad spectrum of daily biomarkers such as vitamins, minerals and hormones.
The product portfolio also entails a large variety of speciality self-tests, spanning from allergy to immune status tests. All of this is complemented by a meticulously curated selection of nutritional supplements from brand partners across Europe and a comprehensive offering of digital coachings and courses on topics related to health, nutrition, and fitness.
In this way, we are able to combine the sample analyses‘ result data with targeted recommendations, thus creating personalized health experiences that can, of course, also be accessed digitally via our myCerascreen® app or mobile website. Last but not least, the most important telemedicine providers in Europe are connected to our platform to complete the customers‘ digital health journey.
We sell our self-diagnostic solutions to end customers in 19 EU countries plus in the US. In addition to our direct-to-consumer sales approach, we leverage B2B2C multipliers to address our potential end customers also in their different life situations. Our channel partners include the pharmaceutical sector with online and retail pharmacies as well as the retail sector, especially with drug stores and supermarkets. In addition, we are present in special interest sales channels such as fitness studios.
On our Global Roadmap 2030, scientific studies are part of our lighthouse projects, that we initiate ourselves or in which we participate, as well as data-based development of personalized health products. The correlations that our data experts are already creating now from the health data we have at our disposal are no other than unique to the world.
