Campi Protetti Pivetti was the first mark (certified by the international agency CSQA) to manage a controlled supply chain, from the field to grinding in the mill. Moreover, the entire production lines uses only Italian soft wheat harvested exclusively in the provinces of Bologna, Modena and Ferrara (the best areas in Italy dedicated to the cultivation of soft wheat).

In the post-war years, it was customary for housewives to prepare homemade pasta for their family, served steaming hot and fragrant. From the 60s onward, however, changes in society also led to changes in eating habits and packaged foods started to become popular. In that period, a small workshop opened in Valdichiana, near Sie- na, where good use was made of the ex- perience gained and secrets learned in the family kitchen to produce bread and fresh pasta, especially ravioli and pici, typical of the area. Ancient pastas, linked to a culi- nary tradition that has also become cultur- al: for tortelli, going by the name of ravio- li, we can even recall a tale in Boccaccio’s Decameron, which speaks of Bengodi, the land of plenty, where “folk did nothing but make macaroni and ravioli”; or a sonnet by Pucci, which tells of women who “sell eggs and cheese / to make herb pies and cakes / and ravioli and other dainties”. As for pici, they seem to go as far back as the Etrus- cans, and are possibly depicted in the fres- co of the Tomb of Leopards in Tarquinia.
The small workshop produced excel- lent fresh pasta that tasted just like the
homemade pasta of the old days. Activity soared, and over the years the workshop developed further and moved to Monterig- gioni in 1979, adopting the Belverde mark. Even the corporate structure changed, as often happens quite naturally over time, and the Bigazzi family, well established and appreciated in the food industry for fifty years, took over the company. The new management did not forget the pas- sion of the beginning, back in the 60s, but rather made it its own, and reissued the challenge. So, the company moved to Il Casone, a district of Monteriggioni, and developed Arte Pasta Senese. There, it or- ganised a 4000-square metre facility, with the intent of pursuing and improving the quality of production, and set additional, concrete and ambitious targets. And this is how Toscanità came to be. A trademark (Toscanità) that wishes to express all the pride of representing an area of excellence and its products. In particular, the pasta, many different types of pasta, all capable of conveying the essence of this unique land through their taste, genuineness and goodness. From 2020 the new production line for frozen fresh pasta starts.

Our business has been dealing with the preparation of flavoured corn snacks and the manufacture of fried potato snacks since 1996.
Our White Snack and Fehértói Csemege brand products are known all over Hungary, and in addition to that we produce private label products for numerous multinational and retail partners of ours. The number of our partners keeps growing within Hungary and also in the foreign markets.
It is our goal to provide the homes of our customers with snacks of a consistently good quality that also fulfil the requirements of healthy eating at a favourable price. Since our company was established, we have been producing gluten-free snacks, and we have also started manufacturing ORGANIC snack products, fulfiling a long-cherished desire of ours.
These selected ingredients are processed using state-of-the-art technology within the framework of the International Food System, which is another guarantee of safe production.
We have become unique among snack producers, as our open attitude towards new partners and our continuous efforts for renewal are linked with accumulated experience, and thanks to the developments, we are capable of easily meeting the demands of even the largest clients.
We store our products in a 3,000 m2 storage facility, and deliver them, also uniquely, using our own transport operator services, which enables us to supply the logistics and wholesale centres of our multinational partners (LIDL, REWE GROUP, TESCO, Auchan) and the stores of the retail chains (CBA, REÁL) as well.
Our business is still in 100% Hungarian family ownership.
Our company is going to develop our ORGANIC product group. The process of product development has been initiated, and we wish to produce gluten-free and lactose-free corn snacks in a number of flavours. Our objective is to manufacture food products that do not contain allergens. We believe that organic and allergen-free diets equal health.

Since 1895, owners family names of « Cave de Ribeauvillé » are for the 5th generations, mainly the same family names. Chairman and executive board (8 people) are constant, very involved and they share the same philosophy "quality, environment and terroir". Winery is owned by vine growers who owns 100% of fields. We control 100% of the process (from vineyard to the glass). We do not buy any grappe or wine, but we are proud to make crafted wines from self managed files.
We are the first winery in Alsace certified "High Environmental Value" since 2019.
