Casa Za.Be. was established in 1964 with the intent to release recipes and mixtures on the market, passing down the passion for cooking from ‘Mamma Carla’ to over 4 generations, following the traditional methods used in vegetable conservation. In 1979, Za.Be. also began to process fish, to better meet market demand. In just a few years, sales of fish products grew and so they became part of the regular production of the company. The experience we have gained has allowed us to revive ancient flavors and to create new flavors, satisfying the demands of the most discerning palates. Thus in 1997, in response to foreign markets demand, Za.Be. became the first company in Italy to produce marinated garlic, offering a new line of products that gained increasing success over the years, first abroad and then in Italy. Over a vast range that contains more than 50 products, distributed all over Europe, today Za.Be. owes its success to its flexibility in production. Za.Be can supply preparations in oil or in vinegar for private labeling, even in small quantities per item, and is able to provide customized products, specific to the needs of the customer, from the recipe to the packaging. From the choice of raw material to the checks on the various production phases, the entire production cycle is accompanied by two constants: the accurate control of quality and the research and innovation of new products.
