Champagne GRUET is an independent and family-owned champagne house, located in Buxeuil, in the heart of the Côte des Bar.
The family has been rooted in the region over 300 years ago, such as some plots, “Bas Gruet “and “Sur Gruet”, still exist today in the neighbouring village of Neuville sur Seine.
These winegrowers have passed down their expertise from father to son for generations,
This succession was fulfilled in 1975 when Claude Gruet founded the Champagne GRUET house.

Soft Drinks Factory BIBITA was founded in 1991 by Ymer Gruda, graduated chemist.
In the early stages of its existence it was called “Ideal G” in spite of very small premises used for a production line of carbonated-beverages and covering no more than 16 m2. Only a few people could believe that in the period to come it would become a huge private family business.
As time went by and acknowledging the support of our clients, the business has gradually started to develop, both in terms of technology and human resources. The Val-Dieu abbey beers were inspired by the brewing traditions of the monks. For many centuries beer was a trusted alternative to the not-very-reliable drinking water that caused illnesses such as cholera. Throughout the years, monks have greatly enhanced our knowledge of the brewing process.
Their know-how was translated into recipes that inspire brewers up to this day.
A characteristic of the Val-Dieu beers is their use of soft water. Unlike most abbeys, the monks here do not source their water from a well or spring, but from Lake Gileppe, a freshwater, artificial lake.
It is worth nothing that this area is renowned for the quality of its water, and is home to the well-known springs at Spa (the original spa resort), Bru and Chaudfontaine. All of these are within a 30-kilometre radius from the abbey.
The abbey’s top-fermented beers are created using the traditional infusion method, where warm water is gradually added to the mash until the desired 75°C temperature is achieved. At this point, the starch is released, which in the next stage will be converted into sugars that will feed the yeast. No herbs or other aromatics are added to the mother beers: blond, dark and tripel.
The beers will then undergo their main fermentation using a house yeast that is cultivated within the brewery. This yeast typically gives fruity aromas, often with a hint of banana.
All Val-Dieu beers re-ferment in the bottle. For re-fermentation, a different yeast is used that does not affect either the aroma or the taste.
The beers are given plenty of time to develop their alcohol volume as well as their complex taste and aromas. The entire production process takes six to eight weeks. The re-fermentation in the warm chamber alone, accounts for three weeks.

Our total manufacturing capacity amounts to about 350 tons per day. We are currently in the investment process. To meet the needs of our growing business, we are expanding the factory in Chechlo. The plant is built in the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) system, which will not only increase our efficiency, but will also rise production’quality to an even higher level.

The origin of the Heiploeg – one of Europe’s leading shrimp processors and distributors – goes back to before 1900 when the family businesses Heidema and Van der Ploeg were founded in Zoutkamp, the Netherlands. Heiploeg became the name of the company in the early 70s which was the result of the cooperation between Heidema and Van der Ploeg.
In 1999 Heiploeg's ultra-modern processing plant just outside Zoutkamp became operational. The Heiploeg plant in Zoutkamp now is Heiploeg's specialised plant for chilled seafood products and is also home to Heiploeg's transport division Heitrans.
Heiploeg has its own state-of-the-art peeling facility in Tétouan, Morocco, for the hand-peeling of North Sea shrimp.
End of 2012, Heiploeg opened an office in India, to have a presence in Asia, the most important sourcing area for tropical shrimp.
Heiploeg employs some 2,500 people and has an annual output of approx. 35 million kg of final products made from shrimp and selected other shellfish and crustaceans, such as crayfish, mussels and scallops.

Heimat Gin is a dry gin that is tenderly hand-made and distilled. We are focussed on using regional herbes of our own meadow orchards.
We are three guys, Marcel, Rouven and Raphael and good friends since our youth. We all lived on the countryside surrounded by orchards and vineyards. And gin has been a constant companion of our common evenings for years. So one thing led to the other and we started working on a recipe of our own gin.
Our aim was getting the taste of our homeland into the bottle. Therefor our manufacture is based on handpicked botanicals like meadow sage, thyme and plantain as well as apples and pears harvested on our own meadows. All in one there are 18 different botanicals in one black earthenware bottle.
Enjoy our Heimat Gin pure or mixed with a classical herb Tonic Water. Especially the Mediterranean Tonic Water of the brand Fever Tree or the classical one of the brand Thomas Henry build an excellent composition with our gin.

A WOMAN’S STORY
Gaëlle, 100 % parisian, grew up and studied in Paris, graduated from the woman MBA IFM and business law.
Thanks to her experiences in the luxury world (Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent) Gaelle has developped a hight sensitivity for fashion and colours.
In 2015, she took over Manucurist Paris, the family business, to begin with a new story and bring the company to a next step. In love with green beauty, her main goal is to create safer and cleaner products for all women.

Porminho was set up in 1984 by Alcino and Olinda Freitas, as a small scale commercial and industrial meats project, which has since grown in scale and, with the passing of a few years, as led to the setting up of the firm’s own slaughterhouse facility.
Three decades on from its foundation, Porminho, now with the second generation of the family on the Board, today stands out as a company with its own market positioning based on its own merit and the tenacity shown in seeking to win out. In recent years, the company has continually invested in various domains, especially in its brand image, company human resources and in strengthening the robustness of its food quality and security systems, certified under the auspices of the ISO norms 9001:2008, 14.001 and 22.000.
The firm has expanded its market horizons and is currently present in almost all segments of clients nationally and has also marked its presence in diverse international markets on several different continents.
For the future, Porminho plans to continue its growth focused efforts, developing markets and strengthening its brand in conjunction with its corresponding core strategic planning.
