Navarrsotillo company is dedicated to two activities: wine-making, and growing fruit and vegetables, both according to the regulations of organic agriculture. This has been our way of working ever since the company began in 1995, when we started converting the family vineyards, fields and orchards to organic farming standards.
Two years later, we made our first wine, and since then we have focused all our efforts on organic, quality wines and a commitment to caring for the earth.
During these years we have developed young wines (red, rosé and white), crianzas (vintage) and reserve wines, and in 2007 we brought out our Grand Reserve to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the creation of the winery.
Our selection of wines is rounded out by our special products, such as our semi-vintage (or media crianza) wine and our single variety wines made with Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes. The Guimberteau family has owned the Château Franc-Baudron estate since 1923. This is a vineyard on a human scale where each generation has left its footprint on the family heritage. Since 2010, the new generation of Château FrancBaudron has embarked on an environmental approach by converting the entire vineyard to organic farming. This is a production method that meets the living and the natural cycles of the plant but also the organic activity in the soil and biodiversity. To achieve these objectives, the farmer must meet specifications and regulations that exclude particular chemical synthetic fertilizers and synthetic pesticides use, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The vineyard hosts bee-hives, uses plants for treatments (horsetail, nettle and ferns) and seeds flowers to encourage biodiversity of wildlife in the vines.

Today we cultivate about 17 hectares (42 acres) of vines in areas of Dolgesheim and the next villages Weinolsheim, Hillesheim and Dorn-Dürkheim. In the era Tertiary theRheinhessen region was covered by an ocean (the Mainz Basin). During this time, clays, sands and limestones weredeposited. The vineyard soils range from light sandy loam soils over limestone clay to heavy, humus-rich loess soils.
In 2007, we completely changed our vineyards to organic farming. We are a member of Naturland.
Weingut Seck was founded 50 years ago. We place special emphasis on consistent production of high quality wines. Quality begins in the vineyard. Through a carefulpruning, greening in each row and removal of leaves andthinning of the grapes the basis for full-bodied, densewhite and red wines is placed. Yields average at about 75hectoliters per hectare, or about 1.5 liters per vine.The top wines are at 40-55 hectoliters per hectare.
Our red wines get density and character by traditionalfermentation on the skins, they are further refined bymaturation in small or large oak barrels. The grape must of the white varieties is cooled and slowly fermented toensure optimal preservation of flavors and a clean fermentation. By careful and gentle treatment, the qualityachieved in the vineyard is preserved. We fill our winesdirectly in the winery to bring the wines into the bottles as fresh and gently as possible .

Our range includes many different grape varieties and quality levels. Pío del Ramo cultivates a selection of acres located at the best plains of plateaus where he gently takes care of his vines, from their origin until gathering.
Our winery has several vine plots, carefully farmed and located on calcareous soil (the best suited for production, given the concentration produced) in Jumilla,Ontur, Albatana and Chinchilla.
Pío del Ramo Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil is a limited production product from our own olive groves.
Pío del Ramo affords superior quality with an organic olive oil of optimum quality and exceptional traits.
In the process of making our oil, we use the arbequina, picual and royal varieties. Olives are gathered at about six to eight months, when the fruit has reached the optimum ripeness. After a thorough selection of our best olives, the juice is cold extracted, by exclusively mechanical means. Thanks to this process, we are able to keep all the fruit’s qualities and obtain a maximum quality oil.

We started to produce organic soft drinks and juices under the name Natural Fresh in 1997.
The products are available at selected cafes and restaurants. In 2001, we felt that the time was ripe to resume beer production at Ørbæk Brewery - organic beer production. Our first brew was on the street in 2002 (it was one Brown Ale, which won the gold medal in the same year)
We want Oerbaek Brewery to be known as an innovative brewery, and therefore we are constantly developing new types of beer.
In this way we hope to udbredekendskabet both to the many flavors of beer and brewing craftsmanship. The oldest part of the brewery has a brewing capacity payment of 20 HL. per. Brew. In the years 2002-2005, the annual brewing capacity of approximately 2000 HL.

The knowledge and experience of our experts has been woven into production of natural food. Each product is original by its taste, composition and design. Production of stewed fruit, marmalades, jams and fruit spreadings is based on hot fruit processing. This method is also used to produce salads-pickled vegetables in sour-salty brine and aivar. The method of cold filtering of vegetables and fruits is used to produce beet, apple, tomato and grape juices without water and sugar additions. Adding of a balm apple juice to 100% natural pulp is used in production of completely natural peach, strawberry, apricot, sour cherry and raspberry juices. The selection itself points to the fact that the team of experts made a careful decision to use in production fruit and vegetable varieties with primarily healing properties. That is why the production of the whole production programme is carried out without any chemical means, namely without preserving agents. The only and exclusive protection is carried out via pasteurisation of products.

La Cantina di Andria branded Vignuolo is a cooperative based in Andria, Puglia. 40 producers bring their grapes yielded in over 200 ha of vines in the Murgia hills area, within the Castel del Monte DOC. Our wines are mainly produced by local grapes such as Nero di Troia (Red), Bombino Nero (rosé) and Bombino Bianco (White).
Since 2015, the winery is certified organic and produces white, rosè and red wines; while from 2020 we also produce vegan - organic wines.
The winery produces wines in different packaging: bottle, bag in box (2.25 - 3 - 5 - 10 - 20 litres) and stand up pouches.

The choice of raw materials is very accurate: no GMO’s, no preservatives, no animal fats and no chemical substances.
Our actual annual production of bakery products is about 3.500 quintals, the lay out permits an annual production of 6.000 quintals.
