I would like to welcome you to Domaine Tropez, and to discover this careful selection of our award-winning wines from Saint Tropez, in Côtes de Provence.
To begin talking about Domaine Tropez, I would need to talk about Tropez Beraud, who in the 50’s was a figure in wine growing and trading in the Var.
He created the famous Bar du Port in Saint Tropez in 1963 several other businesses in the area.
A family vineyard was inherited by Gregoire Chaix, Beraud’s grandson and he continued the tradition as a tribute to his memory but also giving his own touch and vision to build a modern vineyard to achieve the highest of standards. Since then, the vineyard has assembled a number of AOC Côtes de Provence vines, covering over 40 hectares.
The dominant vines grown around the property are the grenache, to give structure and aroma, tibouren, a specific vine from the Golfe of Saint-Tropez to bring elegance and finesse, and other complementary grapes such as, cinsault for the rosé, rolle and semillon for the white and syrah and cabernet for the red.
In line with the principles of organic farming, all vine growing procedures are wisely thought through: regular mechanical weeding is performed to limit chemical weed control, using certified organic fertilizers. Harvesting is done at a low temperature to obtain white and rosé wines with elegant and complex aromas, also creating crisp, light-colored wines.
Domaine Tropez wines are known for their distinctly Provence character, boasting lively, full-bodied flavours that are the result of exceptional circumstances, the strong maritime influence of the clay and limestone soils along with the sandy Mediterranean climate.
In 2005, our Domaine became global and currently is looking forward to strenghten its precense globally

Calabrian Pasta was born from the passion for a land and its products, and from the desire to bring on the tables the gastronomic specialties of a region, Calabria, rich in traditions, tastes and flavors. 'Nduja, hot peppers, Sila potatoes, Tropea red onion, black pork, porcini mushrooms, are just some of the extraordinary flavors that can be encountered while wandering around Calabria. Calabrian Pasta has collected these products, enhancing their taste, and enclosing them in a casket of pasta, made of durum wheat flour and flours of Calabrian origin, processed with pure water that flows into the Sila Piccola at over 1400 meters above sea level. The result is a typical, artisanal, tasty, unique product. We carefully choose the ingredients we use for our pasta, all of the highest quality, in order to obtain a product of excellence. With freezing, we keep all the flavors, aromas and sensations of an entire region.
The ingredients are all at Km 0, all produced and selected in Calabria, where it is possible to work them in the same day and we prefer to choose them between BIO, DOP or IGP:
- Flour and durm wheat flour used are of Calabrian origin
- The water used naturally flows at over 1400 meters in the Sila mountains, a short distance from the area where there is cleanest air in Europe, perhaps even in the world
- Ricotta is produced by Calabrian dairies, with traditional methods
- The Red Onion comes strictly from Tropea, home of this inimitable natural product
- The 'Nduja comes strictly from Spilinga, the world capital of this unique product
- Potatoes come from the Calabrian Sila
- Porcini mushrooms are processed and selected with care and experience in Calabria
- The eggs, where used, are all of Calabrian origin
- The oil used is extra virgin olive oil, BIO and 100% Calabrian
The fillings are the heart of our product, and they are wrapped in a dough obtained from a bronze drawn sheet, at low temperature, which gives it the right roughness and porosity. Once produced, we decided to freeze the pasta in order to naturally preserve all the flavors and aromas we gave it during the processing phase. Furthermore, frozen pasta manages to have a longer storage time (18 months), with advantages both in the storage and processing phases.

Excellent year for white and red wines in our region.
Precipitation concentrated between February and April. Spring started wet and ended up quite dry with a heatwave in early June.
Summer with regular warm temperatures but with cool nights, helped a balanced and gradual maturation of the grapes. These weather and out-of-season oscillations resulted in low production but with high quality grapes and concentration.
The White Wines resulted in balanced, fresh and aromatically intense. Red Wines responded with fruity aromas, elegant and very concentrated tannins.

In 1994, Château Larose Trintaudon, a major French wine producer from the Bordeaux region, partnered with traditional wine producers from the Totihue region in Chile and together they founded Casas del Toqui S.A. Recently, their legacy was recaptured by a Chilean family with a great passion for wine, contributing with their own unique and distinctive mark.

Casas del Toqui S.A. was created in 1994 with the aim of developing and producing high quality fine wines, to be marketed both domestically and worldwide.
We are committed to excellence in the management of Quality, Safety and the Environment, which gives us a privileged position in our category and allows us to be a model for the Chilean wine industry, as well as to fully satisfy our clients through the production of outstanding fine wines.
Vineyards
Our philosophy is to try to achieve the maximum balance in each vine, always looking for the quality and identity of our wines to be a true reflection of the diverse terroir. Most of our vineyards are located in Alto Cachapoal, about 100 kilometers south of Santiago, where the alluvial soil and Mediterranean weather provide ideal conditions for grapevines. We are also vinifying grapes from Alto Maipo, the intermediate zone of the Cachapoal Valley (Peumo), and from cold areas such as Casablanca. Besides these locations, our technical team is constantly evaluating new vine-growing areas for new wines.

Winery
Casas del Toqui state-of-the-art technology, newly renovated in 2011, can produce wines to match the current demands of different international markets. Capacity for 2,000,000 liters in stainless steel tanks, each with controlled temperature. A barrel room with a capacity of approximately 1,000 units, with temperature and relative humidity control, allowing us to process our musts in ideal conditions.
Eco friendly
We are committed to excellence in the management of Quality and the Environment. For our varietal wines we are using bottles from the ECO line, which are lighter because they are made with less glass, using less energy to manufacture them. Also, we changed the caps on this same line, from synthetic to eco- friendly natural corks. We have a state-of-the-art industrial wastewater plant to prevent any negative environmental impact. In the vineyard, we reincorporated our organic waste from pruning and do our best to preserve the original flora and fauna of the area. We are working to implement ISO 14000 on environmental management and have conducted studies about our carbon footprint to ensure a sustainable development of our productive process.
In 2017, the winery installed photovoltaic solar panels, they are also known as solar collectors. These devices are formed by a set of cells whose function is to produce electricity from the capture of sunlight. With this technology we looking to made more efficient our production and make a contribution to the environment.

Tbilvino is one of the biggest and most successful companies in Georgia. Its products are known, appreciated and trusted in more than 30 countries around the world. Experienced winemakers, a variety of local grape types and a combination of traditional techniques with new technologies are what makes the company able to offer wine lovers a high quality product and a variety of choices.
The history of Tbilvino dates back to the last century. In 1962, the largest wine factory was opened in Georgia, which soon acquired a significant place on the market and gained international recognition.
Since 1999, the company has been led by brothers – Zurab and Giorgi Margvelashvili. New administration began a completely new stage in Tbilvino’s history. Modern philosophy of wine production was introduced and the main idea of the philosophy became a consumer with individual desires and different taste.
Reconstruction of Tbilisi winery was completed in 2008. The building was fully renovated and equipped with modern technologies. During the same year, Tbilvino obtained ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certificates and, as a result, became a member of the Certified Business Academy (ACB).
In 2009, the company earned the status of N1 exporter of Georgian wine, which sustained during the next 9 years.
In 2011 Tbilvino decided to expand and started construction of a new winery (Kvareli, Kakheti) in cooperation with International Finance Corporation (IFC).
A new winery in Kvareli was launched in 2012. The grape processing and wine stabilization processes in Kvareli winery are performed according to the traditional methods, using the latest technologies.
Nowadays Tbilvino owns two big wineries that allow the company to produce 7.5 million bottles of wine annually. Tbilvino also owns 405 hectares of vineyards in Mukuzani, Kindzmarauli and Tsinandali micro-zones, equipped with drip irrigation system. Vineyard cultivation process started with the consultation of Italian wine-makers in 2013, and the company was able to receive its very first harvest in 2017.
Tbilvino has received a great deal of international recognition and has won numerous prices in a number of international competitions, such as Decanter London, IWSC, IWC, Mundus Vini, Mondial, Berlin Wine Trophy and more.

Originally and genuinely they get to know wine and winegrowers here.
In our capacity as trained cellar lane guides, we will tell you something about the history of the cellar lane and the work of the winegrowers in the press house and cellar. After the tour of the cellar, you can get to know our wines at a tasting.

JCS Fish is owned and run by two generations of the Coulbeck family. Husband and wife team, Andrew and Louise, started the company in 2000, building on Andrew's long experience in the salmon business. The family team now includes son Jack and his wife, Rosie.
From small beginnings we have grown rapidly. We employ around 50 people and supply a comprehensive range of salmon and trout products to our foodservice, catering and wholesale customers. In our BRC AA-grade factory at Grimsby docks, we process head-on, gutted fish which arrive daily from our carefully-selected Scottish and Scandinavian suppliers. Meat Plan Biernacki Sp. zo.o. history is dating back to 1993 when in Czeluścin (Leszno district) a small family company was founded. The basic profiles of its business have been slaughtering and butchering beef and pork. Originally livestock was supplied only from its own and local farms. A huge cattle overproduction in this region led the owners to further expansion making the company one of the main recipients of this resource. Due to the high class beef meat production, the company became valued supplier and reliable contractor in a really short time . Dynamic company development was a motivation to build and initiate a modern cold store in Golina nearby Jarocin. The building with total storage capacity of 25000 ton was put into use in 1998Another response to increasing beef demand was the idea about building big and modern slaughterhouse . After much effort and huge expense, slaughterhouse was put into use in January 2002 and got a name Meat Plant Biernacki (ZPM Biernacki). High standard of this object equipped in the modern production line which allows slaughtering 1600 head of cattle a day, made it one of the biggest plants this kind in Poland. One year after running, Plant got export authorization what was also the standard attestation. In May 2003, Plant received possitive opinion about entering the list of authorized plants to export their products to European countries from National Veterinarian.Big acceptance among customers on domestic and also foreign market contributed to obtein slaughter permissions for Kosher and Hallal (in accordance to Islam principles). Constant production monitoring led to create extensive Quality Control Departament whose goal is maintaining, improving and updating implemented safety and quality systems such as HACCAP, IFC and also BRC. In 2006 legal status of the Plant was changed to Limited Liability Company with polish capital only. Increasing demand for meat products led company's management to create Meat Cofectioning Departament in May 2012. New range of products is dedicated not only to individual customers but also to HORECA market.Perfectly equipped production hall gives opportuniuty for wide range of assortment production, from constant weight portioned products to frozen by liquid nitrogen ones (IQF). The offer includes: portioned beef elements, MAP packed, beef steaks packed with „skin” technology, carpaccio, beef tartare, minced meat, etc. Starting the processing production in Buszewo Plant in 2012 was another big project of ZPM Biernacki. Because of beef product specification, raw material is exclusively beef. The offer includes: kabanos sausages, veal sausages, beef tripe, ripening beef, etc. Due to all investment done, a wide range of meat products is constantly being offered and ZPM Biernacki became stable company with established market position, having its place in both: domestic and foreign market.
