Deze rode wijn is vrij intens van kleur met paars achtige tinten. Een aangename lichtere structuur wat perfect onze klimaatzone weerspiegelt. Best geserveerd op 16°C. De wijn moet tot 3 uur op voorhand geopend worden om volledig tot zijn recht te komen. We ervaren een neus van braambessen, kersen en amandel aroma’s, een stevig mondgevoel, pioen roos en stro. Wordt best gedronken binnen de 6 jaar.

Deze wijn kan perfect geschonken worden bij een geroosterd vleesgerecht of bij kaas.

Climate: 
Zuidelijk gericht hellingen (enkele ZW of ZO). Bescherming ten noorden door bossen. Op kleine afstand van de kust (gematigd zee klimaat), gunstig tegen vorst.

Underground: 
Zand-leem met witte keien en grote ijzerzandsteen-structuren (natuurlijke drainage).

Vinification: 
64 % Regent – 18 % Rondo – 18 % Dornfelder. Apart geoogst (rijp op een verschillend moment) en ontsteeld. Iedere gisting gebeurt gescheiden. Pel maceratie van 12 dagen waarbij de alcoholische gisting wordt opgestart. Pneumatisch geperst met een vrij vlotte opbouw van druk in de cyclus. Op alle drie de variëteiten werd malolactische gisting gedaan na de alcoholische gisting, al snel gevolgd door ‘passage au froid’. De assemblage heeft een rijping van 12 maanden op inox en met Kiezelguhr gefilterd en gebotteld.

Fijne parels in het glas met een mooie cordon. Duidelijke aroma’s van wit fruit zoals appel, heel verfrissend.

Ideaal aperitief in goede combinatie met de hapjes.

The bottles are then stored horizontally so the wine can "age on lees" for a period of 15 months or more. After this aging, winemakers turn the bottles upside down so the lees can settle to the bottom and open the bottles to remove the yeast, and add a bit of sugar known as "dosage" to determine the sweetness of the champagne, and slip a cork onto the bottle

Crystal clear with light shades and with pale and silvery nuances. Lively fine bubbles below the creamy foam. Finesse and delicacy await you. Aromas of white fruits such as apple, pear and peach, as well as hazelnut and almond are revealed. Beautifully framed by aromas of butter and toasted brioche. After aeration, this wine stands by a subtle hint of acacia honey. In the mouth the onset is round, alternated with fine bubbles. Flavours of dried fruits and nuts accompanied by aromas of grapefruit on the finish. A mineral wine, smooth and refreshing.

The grapes are stripped from the stem and crushed at the same time, and then pumped into large, modern vessels in which they are fermented on skins for greater color and odor intensity. During the fermentation, oxygen is added to the must. Next, the must is transferred to vessels where it is periodically separated from the dross. The natural foam is made with the Charmat method, which gives a fine and persistent Perlage. Thereafter, the wine is filtered and bottled.

The purple-coloured Sa Natura, presents an attractive nose of Light toast, mineral, damp herat, pepper, black currant and blackberry. Well balanced, medium bodied and with hints of black fruit. Climate: 
a combination of continental and Mediterranean. Winters are cold, while summers are quite hot.

Underground: 
Clay- chalky soil. Poor in organic matter.

Vinification: 
Varietals: Cariñena (50%), Merlot (20%), Syrah (20%) and Petit Verdot (10%). Crianza: Matured 14 months in oak (Semicrianza). Vineyard age: 10-45 years.

Brilliant ruby color, with elegant aromas of red fruits, plums and dried fruit. Well balanced with full and rich flavors.

Continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. The Serra Mesão protects the area from the effects of the Atlantic.

soils mainly contain granite and slate

Vinification: 
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Roriz / Tempranillo

Appearance: intense ruby red color with violet sparkles. Nose: very expressive with hints of blackberry, mocha and smoky nose. Palate: Velvety tannins, fresh and juicy palate with notes of roasted red pepper.

Climate: 
Warm climate with a Mediterranean rainfall -regime: There is a a big difference between day and night temperatures, because of the approximity of the Pacific Ocean and the Andes.

Underground: 
alluvial soil consisting out of sandy loam with a rocky surface.

Vinification: 
Maceration: 12-16 days total, including 4 days of pre-fermentation maceration at 10 ° C. Extraction: Traditional Reassembly. Fermentation: Starts with active dry yeast (Bayanus) and develops at temperatures ranging between 25 ° C and 28 ° C. Wine is kept on it's lees on French oak during 6 months
