Dry pasta made using only the durum wheat grown in our farm, this mean that we use only high quality wheat for a Km.0 production to give a real Italian taste. Moreover we don't use traditional semolina but a semi-whole wheat flour to give to our pasta more taste and more flavor. We are introducing also a new pack in box to have a different choice of packaging. Least but not last , on the back of each pack, we stamp our "Cicle life", in which we declare all the importante date of the life of our wheat: The sowing, the earing, the harvesting, the milling and when we produce the pasta! The actual available shape are: Sedanini - Gramigna - Pennette - Maccherone - Pennone - Rigatone - Fusilli - Paccheri

La Confiance is a unique Belgian speculoos (caramelised biscuit) with a mighty fine taste, based on a family recipe from 1924. It's made from organic ingredients of the highest quality, bought directly from our farmers: Belgian wheat grown by farmer Thibault, farmer’s butter, unprocessed cane sugar and selected spices. The speculoos was officially recognized by the Flemish gouvernment as local traditional product and honoured with the highest score of the ITQI Superior Taste Award: 3 golden stars.

Thibault grows the best wheat found in Belgium. He supplies us with nutritious flour from his sun-ripened, organically grown wheat. It is carefully milled by a local
miller’s family to preserve all its goodness. And this you taste in our speculoos.

It's made from organic ingredients of the highest quality, bought directly from our farmers: Belgian wheat, farmer’s butter, unprocessed cane sugar, selected spices and Piedmontese hazelnuts from farmer Federico.

The guy on the packaging is our farmer Federico. Nobody grows such delicious hazelnuts as Federico does in Piedmont, Italy – organic, sun-ripened and full of flavour. Only 1400 hazel trees on a small hill… Day and night Federico takes care of his orchard. And you can taste the difference: big, moist and sweet hazelnuts. They add an extra crisp to our Belgian speculoos.

The guy on the packaging is our farmer José.On his fair trade plantation in Peru, José takes great care of his delicate Criollo cocoa beans. Harvested and dried under the Peruvian sun, these organic beans develop their intense aroma.These pieces of pure cocoa give even more punch to our Belgian speculoos!
