Les fruits utilisés dans l’élaboration du sirop bio Daily Sirupi sont cultivés dans le nord de l’Europe sur des terres riches et fertiles sans aucune utilisation de produits chimiques.

A maturité, ils sont récoltés de façon artisanale à l’aide de petites machines légères de la taille d’une tondeuse à gazon, puis les fruits restants sont cueillis à la main.

Il n’y a pas de grands engins agricoles ni d’autres sources de pollution à moins de 30 kilomètres à la ronde, ni aucune industrie lourde et polluante.

Après récolte, les fruits sont directement transportés vers notre site de production, à 800 mètres des champs, juste une petite route de campagne à traverser.

Ils sont immédiatement triés, débarrassés des feuilles et brindilles et lavés ; tout cela manuellement.

L’obtention du sirop est réalisée selon un savoir-faire scandinave ancestral.

Dans notre laboratoire, les fruits sont pressés puis chauffés et transformés en sirop dans des chaudrons de tailles artisanales et non dans des cuves industrielles.

Le Daily Sirupi est composé à 49% de fruits, 44% de sucre de canne de haute qualité et de 7% d’eau pure, contrôlée et agréée pour une consommation dès l’âge de 6 mois.

Comme indiqué sur notre étiquette, il n’y a aucun autre ingrédient.

Après une flash pasteurisation, le Daily Sirupi est directement embouteillé et scellé.

Les bouteilles sont en verre pour empêcher toute corrosion qui serait inévitable avec des contenants en plastique ou métal. Le Daily Sirupi garde ainsi toutes ses qualités.
