V 75 is the latest generation of thermoforming and filling lines for the production of monodoses in single or coupled plastic film. Chemical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food industries are the main fields of application. The filling capacity of the vials and monodose units produced by V 75 varies from 0.25 to 200 ml also. The versatility is the main advantage of this Valmatic FFS machine model. In fact, the 75mm mould pitch makes this machine suitable not only for the production of monodoses with reduced capacity (1 ml) but also of larger monodoses (50-100 ml). The unwinding system could be mono reel for the production of stand-up monodose or double reel for the production of standard and peelable ones with or without aluminium. The mould area is equipped with a container’s sealing control and the interchangeable cutting device allows the production of strip or shaped doses

VAL 175 is a thermoforming and filling machine (FFS) designed for producing unit-dose containers form-filled in laminated plastic sheets in which the whole company know-how has been put in: thanks to the easy access of this machine the format changeover from 0,20 to 350 ml is really fast and convenient to clean. VAL 175 has been designed for cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. VAL 175 is an all-around machine conceived for medium and large production: it can manufactures unit-dose and vials with or without flat bottom (standup). Its scope can vary from the coupling of a single folded film to the coupling of 2 plastic films, one plastic and one peelable film. VAL 175 employs a combined mechanics with an electronic control cutting-edge both for the operator interface and the internal motion management. It is equipped with a 10" Siemens touch screen operator panel.

Minivaldose machine is fully automatic and it’s suitable for thermoforming, filling and sealing mono-dose containers and vials in plastic film. The machine pitch is 56,20 mm and could produce unit-dose with capacity from 1 to 125 ml. Main technical specifications are: Filling of liquids, semi-liquids, creams, gels and powders. • Centering of the printing on both the sides of the container (pre-printed film). • Possibility of realization of a stand-up container with flat bottom. • Possibility to use 2 different film at the same time coupled or barriered. As an option you can have two labeling stations. Minivaldose do not need special maintenance procedures and the mold change-over is easy and quick. Minivaldose machine is projected in accordance with G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Mi.Ri. is automatic vertical machine for filling, sealing and shearing of pre-formed containers in plastic film suitable for sterilization treatment. Is a simple line in all its structure and operation, the feed of machine is made by reels of film already preformed with containers at fixed width and open top. The capacity of the filling could be from 2 to 10 ml with customized shape as well. Mi.Ri. could fill liquid products in different viscosity. Out from machine you’ll have a production of strip of filled and sealed containers, the containers strip can have a variable length and the containers of the same strip are easily detachable from each other thanks to a pre-cutting from containers. Mi.Ri. is an automatic machine entirely pneumatic and is managed from electrical operator panel that allow to set up production speed, strip length and sealing temperature.
