By reputation coconut oil is a magical elixir, used in both the kitchen and cosmetics. It is made up of medium chain fatty acids which help to reduce dryness and allow your skin to retain moisture. ORGANIC SHEA BUTTER (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter)

In the Western Africa Butyrospermum parkii means LIFE. Shea butter is extracted from the shea tree (Vitellaria Paradoxa) that grows in Central Africa (predominantly Burkina Faso and Ghana).  It first blooms at the age of 20 and can be up to 200 years old. In Africa it has been used for skin healing and as a beauty product for centuries. Shea butter is one of the best natural anti-aging active substances. It has a unique silky composition and gently melts during contact with the skin.  Shea butter contains a lot of vitamins A, E and F and natural allantoin, which is a superior moisturizing agent for skin care that becomes soft and elastic. Due to many phytosterols it renews dry and damaged skin. Its natural protective factor provides minimum protection against sun rays.

ORGANIC ARGAN OIL (Argania spinosa kernel oil)

Argan oil is produced from the kernels of the argan tree (Argania spinosa L.) which is endemic to Morocco. It is referred to as liquid gold.  It takes about 40 kilograms of dried argan fruit to produce only one litre of oil. Extraction is key to the production process. To extract the kernels, workers first dry argan fruit in the open air and then remove the fleshy pulp.  Some producers remove the flesh mechanically without drying the fruit. Moroccans usually use the flesh as animal feed.  In modern practice, the peels are removed by hand (Source: Wikipedia). Packed with vitamins, phenols, carotenes and fatty acids, argan oil supports healthy skin. This natural oil protects against free radicals and has antioxidant and anti-ageing properties like improving skin's elasticity. Using it regularly can help diminish the appearance of wrinkles and keep the skin looking smooth and radiant.  

ORGANIC ALMOND OIL  (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil) 

The almond tree grows to 4–12.2 metres  in height. It has beautiful white to pale pink flowers. Almond grows best in Mediterranean climates with warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters. Almonds begin bearing an economic crop in the third year after planting. Trees reach full bearing five to six years after planting. Almond oil comes in two main forms -bitter and sweet. The sweet form is used in skincare. Ancient Chinese and Ayurvedic practices have used sweet almond oil for centuries to help soften the skin and to treat wounds and cuts. Almonds are a rich source of oil, with 50% of kernel dry mass as fat.  Almond oil contains omega-9, omega-6  fatty acid and palmitic acid. Omega 3 fatty acid helps prevent premature ageing and protects against sun damage. Almond oil is  a rich source of vitamin E which has antioxidant properties to prevent skin cell damage.
