Let's start with our name
DA stands for David and LU stands for Lucija. These are initials of our founder and her husband. But Dalú is much more than that. Meanings of Dalú are absolutely amazing and embody exactly what is the essence of our prestigious cosmetics. Gratitude comes first – a respectful tribute to nature, which gives us the raw materials for the beauty and health of our skin. In the Indian language (Sanskrit), DALÚ means God’s gift and the natural ingredients in our products are definitely God’s gift. The symbolism of Arabic is eloquent: DALÚ is a fountain jug. Most of the people do not have time and will to use 5 or more products every day to take care of the skin. When working in aesthetic centre the founder noticed that people often get confused. Why having so many products ? We can not think of anything better that a commercial reason. When formulating, our founder used all her dermatological, medical and skincare knowledge to create multifunctional active skin enhancing formulas to cover skin's needs. It is not enough the product to be stable and have long shelf life ( this is only one part of the story) , the other more important is that it has to have just the right ingredients to nourish and hydrate the skin. All our products are made for sensitive skin and are for this reason very safe to work with.
All products are cruelty free.
We have 12 vegan retail products and 21 spa products.
Most of our products are dermatologically tested.
A lot of our products have clinical tests for proven results and all products have clinically tested high technological ingredients.
Our skincare is simple to use and neutral adjusted to skin type so it can be used by both genders and all skin colours.
