Cold pressed juice is juice slowly extracted from fruits and vegetables at a cold temperature (4 degrees). By slow grinding and pressing the fruits and vegetables, minimal friction is caused. The juice gets extracted in its purest form, the flavor is retained and you can clearly still recognize the fruits and vegetables in your juice. The end result is the most nutritious and delicious juice, tasting as close to fresh picked as possible.
To keep the juice fresh, we use HPP or FMP. These processes are leading technologies that extend shelf life and eliminate harmful micro-organisms, while retaining vitamins and minerals and preserving a fresher taste. Our juices are not pasteurized, never heated and free from additives or preservatives.

In 1931 Reinert was founded by brothers Hermann and Ewald Reinert in Versmold, Westphalia. Thats where the H. & E. Reinert Group has its origin. Today high quality salami, cooked and cured specialities are produced in Versmold. Furthermore the headquarters of the central administration as well as the central distribution are based there.
From 1998 to 2002, Reinert took over three regional raw ham production facilities. Since 1998, Schinken Einhaus GmbH & Co. The subtle and characteristic taste of Gruyère AOP is attributed to high-quality raw milk, which comes from cows fed on grass in summer and hay in winter, and to the expertise of milk producers, master cheese-makers and affineurs (maturers).
Each piece is systematically identified both through the number of the cheese wheel and of the cheese dairy. The manufacturing date and month also appear on the wheel. These markings are made with casein, the main protein in cheese. Once again, without any additives or artificial flavors.
The Gruyère AOP label and the number of the production site appear on the heel of each wheel of Gruyère AOP: a suitable way to prevent fraudulent production and to guarantee its authenticity.
This technique uses marked steel sheets in order to emboss the cheese wheel. This marking thus gives it its identity and its traceability.

Starting as a feed producer in 1968, Banvit gradually went into the production of broiler chickens. Today, the Company is able to carry out all stages of vertical integration regarding poultry production and has become the leading producer in Turkey.
As a result of restructuring that began in 1996, Banvit extended its vision and focused on investments that would lead it toward becoming one of the foremost food producers in Europe. In the wake of the establishment of Banvit Romania, construction of a processed food production facility in Bandırma began in 1999; this facility began operating in May 2001. With the establishment of this further processing plant, the product range broadened to include other meat based products such as cooked meatballs, kebabs, gyros, burgers and coated products as well as salami, sausages and franks. Banvit purchased the Tadpi facility in Armutlu, Izmir in 2000 and since May 2001 has been producing turkey products.

Omiros is a 40 year old company with experience in traditional cheese making of Authentic Greek PDO Feta cheese. Our main range of products is Feta cheese in different versions (Standard, Organic, Lactose free and Barrel Aged) and white cheeses (Light sheep’s n goat’s cheese and cow’s milk cheeses, full fat, and light). We also produce Combi cheese, an alternative ultra-filtrated white cheese, with addition of vegetable fats.

In 1885, seven Ammerland farmers formed one of the first dairy cooperatives in Northern Germany.
To be honest, things have not much changed since then. Today, the Ammerland dairy is still run by farmers from the region – as a cooperative association whose guiding principle is to protect the existence of the farms.
By now, the cooperative has no longer only 7, but more than 2,000 suppliers. And of course, we now work with the state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and quality standards that go far beyond the legal requirements.
And we will maintain this tradition of progress for the coming centuries – just the as we carefully preserve our natural environment. Since both remain our most important raw materials.
