“ Prosciuttificio BOSELLI S.r.l”, located in Roveredo di Guà (Verona), a cheery town in the Veneto, was established far back in 1940 in the form of a general partnership, thanks to the wishes of the entrepreneur Bruno BOSELLI.

Without sacrificing any attention to the quality of the product, Prosciuttificio BOSELLI reached an annual production of 30.000 products (domestic hams with DOP certification, culata and bacon) which were regularly distributed both on the domestic market and abroad. Furthermore, the prosciuttificio also carried out, right from the very beginning, production processes on behalf of others. Partners “Iazzetta”, who had previously been clients for many years, took over the prosciuttificio in 1996, transforming it into a limited liability company.

There are two dairies in the village Thise. They are located on the same cadastral number. One has been there since 1887 - the second came about 100 years later - in 1988.
The "old" dairy called dairy Dybbækdal - the "young" states Thise Dairy.
Dairies share cadastral number, buildings and equipment, but there is two strictly separate companies in close cooperation. The dairy Dybbækdal is a privately owned conventional dairy, a limited liability company over the past decades exclusively produced Danbo cheeses in many different forms. The cheeses are sold in the domestic market and in Germany. Thise Dairy is a dairy cooperative, owned by the 87 organic farmers who supply milk to the dairy. The dairy is 100% organic and production consists of 85 different products from categories: Butter, cheese, fermented products and drink milk. The products are sold domestically and on the export markets. Denmark's first dairy cooperative was created in 1882. Five years later, the dairy Dybbækdal listed. Everywhere in Denmark was established dairies in subsequent decades. The development culminated in the 30s, when there were a total almost 1,600 dairies in Denmark.Each parish had its milk. Since it went downhill ... The dairy Dybbækdal had in 1968 merged with Skiveegnens Dairy Company, but instead of a closure, the dairy transformed into private dairy.Dairy manager was dairy owner. 20 years later got dairy owner visits by seven organic farmers - a visit that marked the beginning of the organic Thise Dairy. In a corner of the private dairy started Thise Dairy under modest conditions. Today - 20 years later - the roles between the two firms reversed. Thise Dairy has grown increasingly, whereas dairy Dybbækdal has been at a distinctly stabilized for decades. The country's first organic dairies was developed in close cooperation between conventional private dairies and pioneers of organic farming. Such was the example. Grindsted Milk in North Jutland and at Thise Dairy. On Thise Dairy continue the cooperation between the two companies in mutual respect and in a clear recognition that without the conventional Dybbækdal was Thise Dairy never been to. Thise Dairy is running at its 21st year as a 100% organic business - Dybbækdal has started its season no. 122!

The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana d.o.p. is a table cheese made of a tender spinned paste deriving from the only buffalo milk, as contemplated in the DPR 28/9/1979 that prescribes the exclusive use of buffalo milk.
For this reason Fattorie Garofalo does not make use of cow milk. Only the products with the description "Mozzarella di bufala campana", the european brand of protected origin denomination and the brand of the consorzio di tutela del marchio are the true original mozzarella, as on the packagings of Fattorie Garofalo.
Its characteristics make it unique.
The typical colour of the Buffalo Mozzarella is porcelain white, like a pearl. Its surface is smooth and lightfull, with a very slight surface, smaller than 1 millimetre, containing the internal paste. In the Mozzarella of high quality the film separates from the paste in a clear way. It must not be totally separated from the rest of the product because the mozzarella is all commestible.
The structure of Mozzarella is usually like a globe, with slight, overlapped layers that disapper toward the internal part. The surface shows the cutting point from the spinned paste from which every mozzarella derives.
The spinning tecnique used makes the difference so far the internal solodity concerns. The compactness of the different layers is different for each cheese factory. A good buffalo mozzarella, like the ones produced by Fattorie Garofalo, shows whey drops when cut. They look like milk and have a smell of fermented milk. The separation of the external film is clear.
The elasticity and the hardness of the paste indicate its freshness. During the first twelve hours after production the mozzarella is slighty elastic and then becomes more unified. One can see its elasticity from the its persistence and through a test, typical when trying mozzarella: put a morsel between you tongue and your palate. Press it with your tongue. The longer it dissolves, higher is its elasticità.
So far aroma and smell concern one has to look for freshness, that is each element connected to the smell and taste of milk and to its coaugulation, recognizing the strong intensities connected to the buffalo milk, bitter and creamy.

In 2015, there was installed powerful vegetable cutting machine.
In 2016, the Alytus Cannery produced over 3 thousand tons of different products. In 2016 Alytus Cannery was installed a new fully automated vacuum cooking pot. Alytus Cannery employs approximately 40 employees. In 2016 Alytus Cannery plant's had turnover of 3,072 EUR excluding value added tax (VAT).
Alytus Dairy, the manufacturing unit of the Company RIVONA, produces yoghurts, sour cream, milk, kefir, butter, curds and cheese curds, - altogether around 60 sorts of various dairy products. In 2014, the Company made the investment of LTL 1 million (289 thousand EUR) for the renovation of the existing equipment and acquisition of the new one. In 2016, the turnover of the Alytus Dairy totaled up to LTL 14,36 million EUR exclusive of the Value Added Tax. The Dairy produced 18,2 thousand tons of products. In average, it employs about 68 people. In 2013, it launched a new ice-cream unit producing 25 different sorts of ice-cream. During 2016 year, the unit produced 6,8 million portions of ice-cream. Mlékárna Hlinsko dairy was founded in 1939 and production there started in 1943. In the first year of its operation the dairy processed two million liters of raw milk which were used to produce powdered milk, condensed milk, butter and dried buttermilk.
After 70 years of its operation it handles nearly 200 million liters of milk per year and its production program was expanded to include long-life milk and cream, ice cream and crushed ice.
In 1947 the company performed and carried out its first exports of the products. The dairy currently exports to more than 25-countries arround the world.
Since 1964 the products are available on the market under the corporated brand Tatra, which has been used since that on. Mlékárna Hlinsko dairy has expanded its production by products such as Tatra Zmrzka (ice cream) and Tatra Professional (which are delivered within the gastro segment and used by professional chefs).

Milchwerk Jager GmbH as the oldest existing private dairy in Germany can look back on a long tradition of company history. In 1870 founded George Hunter, who came two years ago from Heiterwang in Reutte in the Hague area, a small dairy. After the business transfer 1911 son Georg the former Posthalterei was purchased with farm buildings in 1920 for the growing operation and built a cheese factory. the operation is at this site after several renovations and expansions to date. The problems relating to animal welfare, the use of natural products in poultry and rabbit feed and the strict control of the production systems, are issues that our team of researchers at the centre devote all their efforts to, so as to find the best solutions, in the interest of greater productive efficiency, but respecting the ethical regulations for animal handling and by carrying out a thorough quality control of the final product. This centre has one of the best facilities for this type of activity in Europe.
