In Parma we certainly know what we’re doing in the kitchen and we have a natural , inborn inclination towards good food . We get our inspiration from anywhere and everywhere, whether it be from the ancient culinary arts, from traditional recipes for typical local dishes or from the magical aromas wafting from the tables and kitchens of the many ‘trattorie’ scattered throughout our area . The ‘Art of Cooking’ is a choice which stems from passion and, if backed up by research and competence, it can become a profession. We made this choice back in 1968 and since then have continued to be passionately involved in our own entrepreneurial adventure in the field of cooking and eating well.

Pastificio Avesani, an historic manufacturer of a fresh pasta, fresh filled pasta, fresh potato gnocchi, considered a symbol of Italianity, is distinguishing itself on the market because it has enriched the traditional values of the fresh pasta, filled and not, with some competitive plus, which are absolutely advanced.
Passion for the product and gastronomic culture. By always operating on the basis of these criteria and constantly taking care of the high quality of its product range, the Pastificio Avesani – born in the Verona province in 1951 as a small family workshop – has been able to grow very quickly achieving a significant position on both the Italian and the international market. And this thanks to a mission based on the fresh “pasta” and to an ambitious program of technological development fully respecting traditional recipes and methods. This has brought as a result the introduction of very modern processes, the application of meticulous procedures of self-control as well as the constant monitoring of the raw materials and of the various steps of the production cycle in order to enable an industrial manufacture with the same care typical of the handicraft work.
Flavours of the past
Tradition and innovation merge in such a way that make the Avesani products unique and easily recognizable. During the years, the company evolved from the technical and dimensional point of view but still nowadays gets back to the recipes of the family tradition paying high attention to the ingredients, from the thin “sfoglia” to the rich filling. The selection of particular wheat meals that make it possible for the pasta to keep compactness and roughness, the dough and the original filling, the exploitation of the organoleptic profile of every component give to all the products an excellent balance. The genuineness, the freshness and the intrinsic quality – granted by packaging every item in modified atmosphere with a 60-day-shelf-life – make the “Avesani pasta” be a guarantee for superior characteristics of elasticity and excellent results when cooked.
Fresh pasta for everyone’s taste
Innovation, creativeness and tradition for a tasty daily menu. The offer of the Pastificio Avesani includes products and shapes of the traditional Italian cooking – sometimes made in an innovative way – which go well with any kind of sauce: fresh filled pasta (“tortellini”, “tortelloni”, “ravioli”), fresh egg pasta (“tagliatelle”, “bigoli”, “lasagna”, “maccheroncini”), “gnocchi” made with potatoes and gastronomical specialties able to please even the most demanding palates.
Among the best-sellers there are the “Nodini d’Amore”, that can be distinguished from any kind of other product for the peculiar shape of the fresh egg pasta having inside a small pearl of a very compact filling. Moreover – in order to meet the needs of a constantly more demanding market – in these years the company has set up an innovative range of bio-vegetarian products and has widened its traditional range with the new “Ravioli” with braise.
Mission towards the new
The way towards updating and growth keeps on going. Pastificio Avesani is an innovative propulsion in any possible field: from the very modern seat in Bussolengo opened in 2004 – which extends on ca. 8.000 sqm. and is based on the most sophisticated technology, granting a production capacity of more than 20.000 kg./day – to the quality certifications recently achieved (ISO 9001, BRC, IFS and, ISO 22000), from the more and more numerous kinds of products and shapes (proved by the recent increase of the fresh pasta without filling) to the renewed packaging, from the new business organization to the advanced logistic.
For a company like this that – starting from its establishment – is constantly growing, the objectives can only be ambitious: today the main focus is on the development of the sales through the retailers on the domestic market and, most of all, on the increasing of the business abroad in order to help to spread also outside Italy the top quality Italian gastronomy.

In the early 70’s, in Cologna di Tenno, in the province of Trento, the Bombardelli brothers established in their own home a small family-run workshop for the processing of meats. Their constant care in selecting raw materials and in applying production processes that were continuously innovated without putting aside the culture and tradition of the ancient methods made their firm thrive, to the point where they decided to open a new and larger production plant. So, in July 1986 they opened their new establishment close to the small town of Nago, on the shore of Lake Garda, in the province of Trento. This geographical location was an added plus for Salumificio Trentino thanks to the blending of the craftsmanlike values and technological innovation typical of the Trentino region with this town’s Mediterranean climate.

The history of mushrooms and wild berries brought to the Italian table is the story of Monica and Massimo, the two founders of Asiago Food.
It is a story that is both modern and ancient, local and global, personal and about community, stretching back more than thirty years in the cultural and environmental setting of the Seven Cities of the Asiago plateau.
This is a region that since ancient times has made a shared cultural identity and a celebration of local specialties its strength. It is a regency of seven cities that are independent, yet integrated as a social system, in an ancient intuition of what the world would come to be hundreds of years later.
This is how Asiago Food was born, from the intuition of Massimo and his wife Monica, who wanted to make the produce from their region – mushrooms and wild berries – more available. Initially in the Seven Cities area, and later across Italy, the pair worked tirelessly to create not only a linear chain, but a system in which every player has a stake and contributes to the process of creating the final product.
ASIAGO FOOD TODAYToday Asiago Food has grown. The offices have moved a few kilometers onto the plain, but it still remains the same, tied to this land and what it produces, to the people, and to its system so firmly that it has successfully integrated itself into another world as well, not extremely close geographically speaking, but culturally quite similar: the forest-pastoral communities of Bulgaria.
Today Asiago Food is also an organization that belongs to the organic chain in this protected and authentic place: mushrooms, strawberries, wild strawberries, cherries, blueberries, wild raspberries and blackberries, all frozen a few hours after harvesting to offer people products that are “fresher than fresh”.
ASSION, SYSTEM AND SELECTIONAsiago Food is a guarantee of genuine and completely natural forest products, a guarantee that grows from the very character of the people who conceived and founded the company and from the system that they designed around it.
It’s a system of people working collaboratively – people who share the vision of Massimo and Monica, and now of their three children as well. It is a true group ecosystem made up of local farming, production, and commercial companies in which the contributions and benefits are shared and transparent, and in which the final value it creates is greater than the sum of its parts: both for consumers and for the communities in the region.
STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIONRemaining true to itself, today Asiago Food is the largest Italian company in the sector: more than 10 tons of mushrooms are gathered each day, and more than 2 million packages are sold, distributed by the leading distribution chains in the worlds, covering 30 countries.
Preferred by consumers for their own meals at home, and preferred by restaurant professionals as the ingredients for their creations.
This goal has been achieved through an entrepreneurial grit and passion that has never flagged. On the contrary, investments in technology and security have been exponential in order to support continuous growth.
It is a company in which technological investments are instrumental to putting down roots in the only area that truly matters in today’s market: exhibiting one of the highest industrial standards in the sector and working daily and with great dedication to interpret a consumption experience that is recognizable, differentiated, and gratifying.
QUALITY POLICY The customer comes firstCustomer satisfaction is Asiago Food’s primary objective.
We work hard everyday in order to ensure our customers receive top quality products that have been rigorously monitored throughout every stage of the supply chain.
We carefully select the collection areas around our manufacturing sites to ensure the selection, processing and freezing stages take place in a way that preserves the product’s flavours and aromas.
The delicate nature of natural products requires rigorous respect for processing methods, motivating all of our staff to improve the quality of company processes every day: information sharing, training to improve skills, and investments in new technologies all raise our qualitative standards, in the service of food safety.
We endeavour to achieve constant improvement in order to provide our consumers with complete transparency and food safety.
TRACEABILITY AND VERIFIED ORIGIN From the forest to the tableAsiago Food products are followed through every step of the production process, from the source of the fresh product through to stores.
We are able to trace the history of every item and each step in its transformation, reconstructing its path precisely with documented information.
Our internal control system, implemented according to HACCP standards (critical control points analysis), allows us to manage and monitor each phase of processing, packaging, storage, transport, and distribution to ensure full respect for quality and process standards.

We are the leading Polish manufacturer of products intended for food preparation and storage, cleaning accessories and household chemicals.
We established the company in 1982, with 100% Polish capital, and provide products for Polish and worldwide markets. Our head office is in Rybnik, with production plants located in Czyżowice and Żywiec. The business operations of Politan is based on two strong pillars - sales of branded products intended for specific customers (Gosia, Amigo, Helios and Sensit brands) and the development of B2B solutions.
Our development is closely linked to innovation, and our knowledge and experience. For nearly 40 years we have been developing innovative business solutions at Politan, and constantly launching patented products.
Our products are characterised by high quality, owing to the use of the best raw materials. These are processed as little as possible, and are sourced from proven suppliers. In the case of products like ice bags and cling film, we undertake the whole production process. We ensure that Politan remains as close to the raw material origin as possible.
Our products are targeted at chain stores, production companies, distributors and anybody willing to increase their market competitiveness through access to high quality products. We work closely with companies that have their own brands in portfolio as well as with those intending to enter witha new brand on the market.
Our many years of experience in the production and sales of our products all contribute to our business strength. Our products are high quality, and we also strive to ensure that our partnerships and relations with our clients bring the most effective solutions.

The company has been founded on the 26th of March, 1986 by Ottó Prohászka and 3 other friends. The work has started with 8 collagues in a previous little pub building under the name of Tutti GMK. After the end of the first ice-cream season the company changed its legal form to cooperative (Tutti Kisszövetkezet) in order to eliminate the negative discrimination against the previous corporate form GMK. The next ice-cream season started already at a new place, in a 800 m2 previous bakery plant's building. By installing a new packaging line, Tutti was the first company in Hungary who was able to pack powder products with protective gas. In order not having to stop the packaging line in winter we started contract manufacturing and soon also the own product line has started to develop first with consumer and confectionary products. The second transition of the company happened in 1992 when its legal form became Ltd. and got its current name Tutti Food Ltd (Tutti Élelmiszeripari Kft). The production area became once again too small, so we bought our current site where we built up most parts of our current building, a 5000 m2 area for production, offices and warehouse. Here we started with already 3 productions lines where the production of new products, such as cappuccino, coffee creamer and Vitamin C enriched ice tea have started.
2001 was another milestone in the company's history, as we introduced a new production technology - instantizing/agglomeration which enabled us to launch our vending product line with hot chocolates, coffee drinks, cappuccinos and ice teas. Our most successful own branded instant product is the ’Tutti Iced Coffee’ from our consumer product line which won several awards: in 2004 on the Packaging Technology Exhibition, in 2005 Certificate of Recognition on the Hungarian Quality Product Award and a special award from KERMI (Hungarian quality control organisation). Due to continuous product development we launched our first nutritional supplements in 2004. The highest acknowledment for this product came in 2015 when the Brussel based organisation „The International Taste & Quality Institute’s” international judging comitee awarded the product with the highest level – 3 star – recognition.
By means of intensive R&D work in 2004 we started to produce several nutritional supplements. In order to fulfill the market demands in this segment, we invested in tablet pressing machines and enlarged the product portfolio with tablets.
In 2009 we enlarged our production and warehouse capacity by 2000 m2, so we have now 7000 m2 built-up area. In the extended production area we introduced brand new technologies such as capsule filling machine and a tablet coating machine.
2014 was again a year of big investments. We introduced the doypack packaging line by setting up a high-performance, top quality brand new packaging line.
The other big investment of 2014 was the buying of a 1000 m2 warehouse and office building in Budapest, instead of the previous rented real estate.
