Story of Jean Brunet company
SA Brunet company, is the memory of the long work experience which goes back to four generations. Situated at the foot of Pyrenees, the small family company, created in 1895, by the grandfather Louis BRUNET, was specialized in homemade delicatessen.
She evolved to become, with her son Henri, then under the impulse, in 1962, of her grandson Jean, an industrial company which concentrated on the manufacturing of terrines of choice, in appertisés glass jars and in boxes, always by being inspired by the know-how of its soil.
Since 1980, the SA BRUNET COMPANY became established on five hectares of ground and 8000 m2 of the buildings to Rabastens of Bigorre, where it works at the realization of its specialties, thanks to the equipments which were equipped with state-of-the-art technological means.
The SA Brunet COMPANY is a dynamic society worried today of satisfying the necessities of the market, it occupies a dominating place there.

The position of our company is to put at disposal of the market and the customers natural products, FREE from any artificial preservatives, FREE from colours or GM ingredients. Some of our cakes are also GLUTEN FREE.

Jersey is an organic farmers ice cream made of Jersey cow’s milk. This high quality raw milk is each day brought to our ice cream factory, straight from the different organic Jersey-farms. Within 12 hours this full-cream fresh milk is processed into Happy mrs. Jersey ice cream.
Our Jersey Cows graze on our island and beyond on more than 350 hectares of organic certified soils, on lovely places and in some beautiful Nature Reserves. Because we work with fresh milk directly from farm, this milk is only one time pasteurized by making ice cream. The special jerseymilk we use is very concentrated and contains more butterfat and more protein. This unique milk create a very creamy ice cream and more over a velvety, soft texture.

Roerink Food Family is a family business consisting of five organisations. All with one and the same passion: making the most delicious dairy products. Each business has its own speciality, varying from authentic Boer'n Yoghurt® to unique dips with cream cheese and fresh herbs, from organic goat cheese to icecream desserts made from fresh milk. Each product with its own distinct positioning. All unique and, more importantly, delicious.
The origins of Roerink Food Family lie in Twekkelo, a rural area near the town of Hengelo in the Eastern Netherlands. The story began in 1981 when Diane Roerink began selling artisan-made dairy products from the old clog-makers shed on her parent's property. Gerjhan Roerink made these products on the farm using exclusively fresh grass-fed milk from farmers in the direct vicinity.
New developments followed rapidly after 1981. In 1985 a second shop was opened and the first products found their way to a supermarket. Ten years later, the Twekkelo products could be found in just about every Dutch supermarket. Yet Twekkelo products are still being produced at the very same place where Diane Roerink once began.
In 2011, Twekkelo took over the recipe and trademark of HEKS'NKAAS® from a grocer in Losser. HEKS'NKAAS® internationally named Miss Magic® has since found its own modern production site on the Hinmanweg in Oldenzaal.
Since the takeover of Miss Magic®, an umbrella name has been created: Roerink Food Family. To date, this name covers Twekkelo, Zuivelhoeve shops and Miss Magic®.
In 2014, Roerink Food Family invested in the expansion of the organic goat farm, De Lingehof, which is a care farm with 1,500 goats. Fresh, spreadable organic goat cheese is made from the milk of these goats. From 2016, this cheese will be sold under the brand name of Happy Goat®.
In late 2014, Van der Poel Desserts became part of Roerink Food Family. Van der Poel Desserts is a unique business, a top quality ice cream producer. On 29 February 2016, after much deliberation between the Van der Poel family and Roerink Food Family, the business name was changed to ‘De Dessert Meesters' [The Dessert Masters]. This was to avoid confusion with the Van der Poel family's ice cream parlours.

Noble Health Food bvba was created by M Declerq in 2004. He created vegetarian burgers, schnitzel, pitta slices, gyros, minced and all different kind of vegetarian alternatives rich in vegetable proteines that he introduced into the Belgian market.
Since 2014 Noble Health Food determined a clear mission: 1) heart for sustainability 2) passion for taste and quality 3) honest and healthy food 4) market extention through innovation.
Our target group are flexitarians: people who are ready to eat at least 1 or 2 times a week no fish or meat. This target represents the biggest group of consumers that are moving up to be a vegetarian. By offering a range of high quality vegetarian meat replacement solutions, we are convinced that those consumers will continue to eat less meat.
The good choice of raw material is crucial to be sustainable. Noble Health Food therefore switched a large part of his range from soja proteines to pea proteines. Our R&D developed with big success new recipes for falafel, vegeburger, kebab, schnitzel, tex mex triangel and others.
Since 2017 we launched a range of quinoa burgers and a range of vegetarian balls based on couscous and quinoa. Production is outsourced in companies who has IFS, BRC and/or a ISO certification. Noble Health Food buys in all raw ingredients, delivers them at the producer, the producer makes the final product following our clear instructions. Once produced, the producer stocks the final products in their warehouse and prepare order following our instructions. Noble Health Food is owner of the recipes, raw material and the final products.
Since 2014 Noble Health Food tripled its volume in private label. The purpose is to triple volume every 2 to 3 years for the next 10 years. We are looking for highly professional partners in the retail, out of home and industrial business world. We believe that our company has the mission to convince men by men to eat less meat in order to save the planet, and we will do our utmost to obtain this result through our partners.

§ 19 Venezuelan offshore fishing vessels with European fishing licenses, focusing on the catch of red snapper with bottom-set longlines. COGUMER S.A processes, conditions and commercializes a variety of ocean caught fish and shrimp from french Guyanese waters.
From these raw products, COGUMER has developed a new range of prepared foods which include frozen steaks, balls and nuggets made off fish fillets that are commercialized under trade mark "La Cuisine de Lucette". Today's consumers are more and more conscientious and therefore looking for the best products available.
They spend less ans less time preparing their meals while being attentive to the nutritional qualities of their food. Current trends indicate a return to traditional values, with tastes and flavors of the past that are sometimes complicated to prepare, often due to lack of time!

Margarines for ratails and industry contain naturally sour milk, are rich in natural vitamin E and contain no preservatives.
Vegetable rapeseed oils are produced in method of one deep pressing which guarantees preservation of nutritional values and purity of the offered product.
At the same time BIelmar has a wide range of margarines and vegetable fats which could be ideal for your confectionery, culinary and bakery facilities. Bielmar produces margarines and fats which contain no preservatives and with addition of naturally sour milk (not powder) and do not contain trans isomers.
Products of Bielmar are based on original recipes using natural ingredients and product quality is our company's top priority. Our production lines are fully automated and of high standard. Margarines for baking, spreading and frying contain naturally sour milk, are rich in natural vitamin E and contain no preservatives. Basic raw material - rapeseed - comes from national crops and its suppliers declare the lack of GMO seeds. Rapeseed oil is produced using the most environmentally friendly method of deep pressing one. We eliminated from the production chemical extraction step, which excludes the presence of organic solvents and ensures purity of the final product. In our company we also refine sunflower and palm oils. We combine vegetable oils and fats and produce margarine. Bielmar supplies products to the mass retail companies in Europe with PRIVATE LABEL.

Our history
The company was founded in 1978 starting an idea by Cesare Magrini. He was married to a Genoese whose parents ran a popular restaurant in Cornigliano in the 30s and was a great lover of Italian cuisine and in particular of the "Genoese Pesto". Because of its gastronomic experience, he decided to start producing handmade pesto sauce, employing high quality ingredients, and so founding the company "Magrini le Delizie".
After a few years, he decided to offer its customers new products, maintaining the usual quality and starting also the production of various artisanal food sauces that immediately had a great success on the market.
In the early years, the working process was done by craft machinery that, with the year passang by, made it difficult to respond to the increasing market requirements.
Therefore, in the following years, thanks to continued demand from customers who have contributed to the growth of the company, new production lines and new machinery have been adopted, in order to make it possible to increase the number of references and types of product packaging.
The history of the family continues with the changeover of management to Carla and Alessandro Vagli, Cesare Magrini daughter and son-in-law, always beside him in the running of the company. By their side, Alessandra, the granddaughter of the founder. With the support of a qualified and competent management and a highly knowledgeable and experienced production staff, they are the spokesmen of the new corporate vision. All the activities from the selection of raw materials to the processing and sale strive towards one goal: to ensure the safety and quality of products offered. A choice that enabled the company to have major contracts with Italian and European customers and to overlook to relevant non-EU markets.
Although the adoption of new technologies over the years, production has still remained faithful to the traditions to preserve the flavors of the past.
Recently, the company has achieved great goals, such as the moving to the its current location. The company works with owned facilities, which are spread over a large production area and storage, for a useful total area of more than 3000 square meters.

Our products
The distinctive feature of our production is avoiding the use of additives or preservatives, as much as possible. The lack or in some cases the minimal use of additives makes the products very tasty, just as the classic homemade products.
Each product has its "identity card", a detailed data sheet, describing accurately the specific features, such as the guarantees and the type of packaging, with any details about treatment.
The company is able to offer a personalized service for example if the customer needs a particular product under its own brand or in case of particular needs of recipe or of potential treatments.
