Our Tzatziki is the first without any artificial ingredients. We produce it from our Greek yogurt with 10% fat and without using any thickeners or flavourings or preservatives!!! Also available in organic.

Our original Greek strained yogurt is produced out of 100% Greek cow's milk. We have a very high dry matter in our yogurt, due to the fact that we take our the water of the milk during the production process. Like that we need 4 liters of milk for 1 kg of yogurt!

Our Hummus is a very tasteful creamy chickpea spread. We cook the chickpeas ourselves which gives our Hummus the best taste. We can produce it with and without preservatives. We sell our Hummus to many big retail organizations so our taste is well accepted. We produce many different variations like Hummus Natur, Hummus Pikant, Hummus Pumpkin, Hummus Curry, Hummus Pesto and Hummus Tomato. And we can develop a lot more variations, whatever you want!

Carpaccio
A number of years ago, the Italian trend for Carpaccio as starter caught on here. Carpaccio is now a favourite in the Netherlands too.

Our beef Carpaccio is made from 100% rump steak from South American beef. The cattle graze on large planes. The meat is tender and succulent and represents exceptional quality. This unique beef Carpaccio guarantees an appealing starter to complement any dinner. The Carpaccio is packed in two portions of 50 grams. The packaging includes a delicious dressing and a sachet of Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts. Just add rocket or lettuce and in a flash, you have a lovely starter prepared.
