The most traditional Portuguese dessert that is getting more famous by the minute! We have this product in different presentations. For food service you can have in boxes of 60 units raw, needing thawing (30 minutes) and baking (about 10 minutes, depending of the oven). You can also have fully baked in boxes of 60 units. You can then either thaw and serve or flash in the oven just for it to warm up and get extra crispiness (5 minutes at 250ºC from frozen).

Plaice are characterised by the eye-catching reddish spots on their smooth, brown skin. Their flesh is white, tender and subtle flavoured and plaice are popular around the world, being used in a variety of dishes including battered for fish & chips. Plaice is wild caught in the North European North Sea. The product is sustainably caught. 

A very special white wine which is the result of a unique blend, 70% White Garnacha and 30% Albariño.

The White Garnacha ferments in French Oak and subsequently ages in the same barre for four months.

Sisquella displays aromas of white flowers, fine lees, aromatic herbs and ripe fruit. On the palate it is truly elegant, with intense fruit flavors, balanced acidity and delicate note of spice, vanilla and oak.

Alges is the flagship wine of Clos Pons winery. It’s a blend of 40% Garnacha, 40% Tempranillo and 20% Syrah. Grapes are harvested in 15kg boxes and the wine is aged for nine months in new and first year oak barrles, 80% French and 20% American,

On the palate is concentrated, structured and plenty of character. It has a remarkable bouquet with red fruit jam, liquorice and spicy notes over a mineral background. Its finish is lingering, rich and silky.
