Produced with fresh cooked pasta or fresh vegetables, the products come along in a high glossy and convenient transparent package with seal and lit.

The process of steaming potatoes
Potatoes are planted and grown in cooperation with the farmers.
We check and control the varieties, the harvest and the storage of potatoes.
We steam cook the potatoes slices, after which they are freshly processed.
The steamed potato slices are processed, one hour after steaming, through a fast cooling unit, into a fresh potato salad.
We prepare a natural product in a traditional way, like cooking it at home.
We do not use conservation methods in the total potato process.

Why do we steam our potatoes?
Natural taste: The original potato characteristics and taste are secured in the steaming process.
Vitamins and nutrients are preserved. 
The texture of the natural potato is kept.
Direct contracting of the German farmers (Hansa potato).
Total control of the supply chain from raw material until the finished product.
It results in a fresher end product!
