TASTING : Very nice clear yellow robe, with green tints Powerful nose, with quince, grilled almond, apricot notes. Very fine in the mouth, rich, with a nice balance, peach and apricot aromas. Very nice finale, complex, with light vanilla aromas. Very pleasant as an apperitive, this wine will be perfect with fishes.
