VINTAGE 2015 VINTAGE A very balanced year, even if the summer was fairly dry, during which time the excess water supply from the rainy 2014 nourished the vines. Thanks to the warm and prolonged summer temperatures, the vines notably developed their photosynthesis, increasing the concentration of sugars and colours. The 2015 vintage is marked for its great balance and longevity, with very soft and sweet tannins.

The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity to preserve aromatic precursors. The harvest is carried out at night to keep the grapes fresh. We do a direct pressure under an inert gas (nitrogen) press to avoid any oxidation of the juices. Then, the juices ferment slowly in thermo-regulated tanks between 12° and 14°C. To extract the maximum amount of aromas, the lees macerate at 4°C for two weeks, there are filtered and added to the fermentation in the tanks. The best tanks are selected in order to select the best juices before blending, then we can obtain the desired profile for our prestigious cuvée.

Rinse off Cleaning Milk, suitable for deep cleansing and make-up removal. The association of the extracts gives the product emollient, soothing and anti-redness properties. After the make-up removal operation, it lets the skin breathe free of all traces, promoting complete cellular oxygenation. And in the morning it removes small impurities from the face, such as excess sebum, produced during the night.

Active ingredients:

Argan oil: endowed with numerous antioxidant, elasticizing, moisturizing and emollient properties. In fact, it is capable of improving the hydration of the skin and, consequently, is able to increase its defenses and elasticity.

Rosehip oil: high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (useful to combat cellular aging processes) and vitamin A that have rejuvenating power on the skin.

Vitamin E: very powerful anti-free radical and antioxidant, decisively counteracts the formation of wrinkles, expression lines, skin sagging and dehydration of the skin, refreshes the skin from the action of smoke, sun and smog, protects the skin from free radicals keeping the skin young and elastic.

Amarone Espressioni is a box set consisting of five different types of Amarone, each representing a different valley of the Valpolicella Classica area: Villa, Marano, Fumane, Mazzurega and Monte.

Amarone Espressioni is above all the synthesis of the Domìni Veneti philosophy, the result of a research project that has lasted over 10 years and conducted in collaboration with the Experimental Institute for Winemaking in Conegliano Veneto and the Winemaking Centre of the Province of Verona.

For years Domìni Veneti has been engaged in research and development of the territory, thanks to its fortunate success.

Located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, it owns vineyards in all five historic municipalities of the area: Negrar, San Pietro in Cariano, Sant’Ambrogio, Fumane and Marano.

This project takes us beyond the meaning of Amarone, mainly characterised by drying techniques and native vines, to emphasise the different territories: new and unknown values to base originality and future competitiveness on.
