Do not spread. To speed up the treatment air dry is suggested. It is recommended to wear light clothing only after the first cleansing. The name Veriacus indicated the valley of Negrar in the Middle Ages. Verjago is an extraordinary Valpolicella in which the elegance and conviviality which are typical of this wine find their true and most complete expression.
It is the result of the Quality Project, a multi-year research project led by Domìni Veneti which focused on the micro-areas of the Negrar valley. Only the best grapes are selected from the hilly vineyards, and after the manual harvest in crates they are left to dry for 40 days in special drying rooms. Then a careful winemaking process is carried out and the wine is left to age in barrels, then in bottles. The result is a Super Valpolicella, noble and captivating.

VINTAGE 2016 was a great, handbook year! Summer temperatures did not go above 35 °C, avoiding the excess heat that characterised 2015. The composition of the grapes led to a high sugar content, good acidity and a particular abundance of anthocyanins, all thanks to the significant day/night temperature changes that occurred, especially during veraison. It is in this period, in fact, that the vine is reactive to the accumulation of colouring substances. The vintage did not have any unusual pathological problems, with the exception of the peronospora attacks that took place in June; the vine ripened regularly (bunch closure at the beginning of July and the start of veraison in the first days of August). Maturation began in mid-August and ended in the first ten days of September, with the main winemaking parameters reaching an excellent level, along with the complete absence of botrytic attacks.

was a great, handbook year! Summer temperatures did not go above 35 °C, avoiding the excess heat that characterised 2015. The composition of the grapes led to a high sugar content, good acidity and a particular abundance of anthocyanins, all thanks to the significant day/night temperature changes that occurred, especially during veraison. It is in this period, in fact, that the vine is reactive to the accumulation of colouring substances. The vintage did not have any unusual pathological problems, with the exception of the peronospora attacks that took place in June; the vine ripened regularly (bunch closure at the beginning of July and the start of veraison in the first days of August). Maturation began in mid-August and ended in the first ten days of September, with the main winemaking parameters reaching an excellent level, along with the complete absence of botrytic attacks.

A vintage characterized by low quality production. The seasonal trend was overall very good, optimal for ripening and with little incidence of parasitic diseases in the vineyard. An early harvest of about ten days compared to the usual, at the end of a season characterized by some anomalous phenomena, with some areas affected by spring frosts, which reduced production. This factor allowed a homogeneous maturation, with high sugar values that led to the production of complex and intense wines.

The Pruviniano Collection was created to enhance the wines made with grapes grown in the valley of Marano, in the Valpolicella Classica area. In fact, the territories included in the area of Marano were called “Pruviniano” until 1177. Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore Pruviniano Collection Domìni Veneti has a gratifying ruby-red colour and features a fine and fruity aroma. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and persistent, with lively tannins and an aftertaste of dried fruit, nuts and toasted almonds. Ideal with red meat, both grilled and braised. VINTAGE 2018
This vintage featured an abundant, quality production. The overall seasonal trend was very good, with improved weather conditions in July and August and less rain in May and June. The harvest was slightly early, starting in the first ten days of September, and some areas were hit by heavy rains just before harvesting. The grapes are healthy and whole, with a good sugar content.

Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG Classico is the symbol of Valpolicella Classica winemaking based on a special natural drying process of only the ripest grapes. It is considered the origin of Amarone and has an ancient history: it can even be traced back to the time of the ancient Romans. It tickles the nose with a fruity scent full of raspberries, black cherries, prunes and plums. The palate rejoices in its soft and creamy taste with final notes of dried fruit. It is a sweet wine, which loves sweets. Surprising with dry and chocolate desserts, it is also quite interesting with blue or spicy cheeses served with spicy fruit sauces. Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C.

VINTAGE 2016 was a great, handbook year! Summer temperatures did not go above 35 °C, avoiding the excess heat that characterised 2015. The composition of the grapes led to a high sugar content, good acidity and a particular abundance of anthocyanins, all thanks to the significant day/night temperature changes that occurred, especially during veraison. It is in this period, in fact, that the vine is reactive to the accumulation of colouring substances. The vintage did not have any unusual pathological problems, with the exception of the peronospora attacks that took place in June; the vine ripened regularly (bunch closure at the beginning of July and the start of veraison in the first days of August). Maturation began in mid-August and ended in the first ten days of September, with the main winemaking parameters reaching an excellent level, along with the complete absence of botrytic attacks.
