Slash Red wears a lovely red robe, with glittering orange-coloured reflections. Its nose is marked by scents of marzipan and cherry opening onto hints of malt and dried fruits. In the mouth, the cherry flavours continue to develop and the sugar, counterbalanced by the acidity. It offers a thirst-quenching, refreshing beer.

Appearance:

Lovely red colour, red fruits, with orange reflections and brightness. A pinkish white head.

Smell:

On the nose, an immediate aroma of marzipan followed by a hint of cherry or cherry liqueur. This later develops into aromas of maltiness, dried fruits and almonds.

Taste:

In the mouth, the attack is one of acidity quickly balanced by sweetness. A pleasant, gentle fizziness that primes the sensation of thirst being quenched. The cherry aromas continue to develop with a brief hint of cherry yoghurt and frangipane cream. The sweetness, counterbalanced by the acidity, results in a thirst-quenching,  refreshing beer.

Our Wildcornes were born from the purity of water and the power of fire. The aromatic strength of Slash IPA comes from the wedding of two hops: Mistral and Citra.  Its golden blonde color reveals an intense fruity bouquet followed by a discreet herbaceous. Its decisive but elegant bitterness gets along with sharp citrus and tropical fruit notes. The whole personality of an IPA is running wild in this Wildcorne.

A white, creamy foam tops a golden blond beer with a beautiful transparency and particularly brilliance.

On the nose, a fruity bouquet. Dominant aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. A present and discreet herbaceous note.

Taste:

An attack in the mouth with a reserved sparkle and an immediate bitterness occupying the entire mouth although being light in strength. This is quickly balanced by a sensation of slight sweetness provided by the malt. Thirst-quenching, it offers a good length on bitterness and fruity notes, which creates a pleasant lingering.
