Our Riesling is true to the Clare Valley style. Pale straw yellow with highlights of lime/emerald green. The nose offers aromas of plums, cherries and fruit cake

The flavours range from the plums and raspberries to the secondary complexity leafy Merlot characters.

This is a rich and complex wine with layers of flavour and soft, fine, well-structured tannins.  The wine shows a brick red colour with a rich and complex nose prominent in blackcurrant, tobacco and typical leafy characters with hints of game. There are hints of cassis flavours, cigar box and cedar all combined with lingering gamey note. 

Careful oak handling has added complexity to both the nose and the palate, while complimenting the blackcurrant flavours with superb length and elegant tannins.

A bright, fruity and easy drinking wine, the nose shows notes of cut grass and pine needle herbaceousness with a subtle tropical and citrus blossom character. The palate showcases fresh tropical fruits and a lovely bright acidity, making this wine a perfect aperitif style drink.

Cheddar cheese dipping sauce for burgers, fries and tacos.

The palate shows citrus peel and melon with a rich tropical note. Soft and easy drinking in texture the wine is viscous without being cloying. Creamy Aioli with a distinct taste garlic.

A pale colour, with a balance between fresh strawberry and zesty lime, it is very much based on the style that matches with an Australian Summer.

The fruit was hand selected by our Winemaker and specially selected for our Grenache Rose. The quality of Grenache grape was pivotal, as it had to preserve a full intensity and complexity of flavours while containing the dryness and delicacy of structure the wine now has.

Our Moscato is bursting with flavor, lightly fizzed and easy drinking wine that can be enjoyed on it’s own and with company with friends. 

The Moscato opens with rich and ripe strawberry, lychee and lifted floral aromatics. The palate shws a refreshing sweetness, some delicious honeyed notes, zesty acidity to balance out the sweetness. Citrus notes of lime intermingle with honeysuckle, peaches and rosewater, which follow through to the creamy palate.

Crafted with care, artistic finesse, and a true understanding of this full-bodied variety, our Artist Series Petit Verdot is the perfect blend of classic style and new world influence. Made in the Nouveau mode. This wine is soft approachable and fruity, ideally served lightly chilled.

The flavours mirror the bouquet with hints of lavender, sage, and cedar oak. The tannins are light and fine giving support without astringency. The acid is lively giving a crisp tight finish.

A light and aromatically balanced rum. Subtle notes of citrus are complemented by hints of vanilla.

Coganto Rosé is a de-alcholised red wine produced from grapes from the Coastal Region of South Africa, an area known for high quality wines from low yielding vineyards. All our growers are Fairtrade certified.

Cognato Rosé is a blend of Pinotage and Cinsault.

The grapes are picked at full maturity and gently pressed to give a light colour to the must. Fermentation takes place with a cultured yeast at temperatures of between 12 and 14 ° C to enable a slow fermentation process – this creates more of a mouthfeel to the wine. After fermentation, the wine is allowed to remain on the lees for up to 3 weeks, which gives additional complexity.

The alcohol is then carefully removed with a vacuum spinning cone process, which allows the alcohol to be removed without affecting the integrity of the wine.

The result is a fresh rosé wine with clear strawberry tones, herbs and citrus. An ideal wine as an aperitif on a hot summer day, or for tasty fish dishes and salads.

Sugar Content: 1.9g/100ml

Coganto White is a de-alcholised red wine produced from grapes from the Coastal Region of South Africa, an area known for high quality wines from low yielding vineyards. All our growers are Fairtrade certified.

Cognato White is 100% Chenin Blanc. 

The grapes are picked at full ripeness of between 23 and 24 Balling. They are then destemmed and the juice is separated by gentle pressing. The grape juice is settled overnight and then racked from the lees. It is then inoculated with cultured yeast and fermented at temperatures of between 12  and 14°C to allow for a long slow fermentation process which adds mouthfeel to the wine. After the fermentation is completed the wine remain on the lees for 3 weeks to add further complexity.

The alcohol is then carefully removed with a vacuum spinning cone process, which allows the alcohol to be removed without affecting the integrity of the wine.

The result is a crisp yet fruity wine with hints of citrus and freshly cut grass on the nose. Cognato White is a perfect alternative for seafood dishes, chicken or as a pre-dinner non-alcoholic drink.
