The company is highly specialized in the production of "Genoese pesto", but also produces other great toppings to satisfy the countless demands of customers, and is working with intense commitment to the realization of new products.
Our history
The company was founded in 1978 starting an idea by Cesare Magrini. He was married to a Genoese whose parents ran a popular restaurant in Cornigliano in the 30s and was a great lover of Italian cuisine and in particular of the "Genoese Pesto". Because of its gastronomic experience, he decided to start producing handmade pesto sauce, employing high quality ingredients, and so founding the company "Magrini le Delizie".
After a few years, he decided to offer its customers new products, maintaining the usual quality and starting also the production of various artisanal food sauces that immediately had a great success on the market.
In the early years, the working process was done by craft machinery that, with the year passang by, made it difficult to respond to the increasing market requirements.
Therefore, in the following years, thanks to continued demand from customers who have contributed to the growth of the company, new production lines and new machinery have been adopted, in order to make it possible to increase the number of references and types of product packaging.
The history of the family continues with the changeover of management to Carla and Alessandro Vagli, Cesare Magrini daughter and son-in-law, always beside him in the running of the company. By their side, Alessandra, the granddaughter of the founder. With the support of a qualified and competent management and a highly knowledgeable and experienced production staff, they are the spokesmen of the new corporate vision. All the activities from the selection of raw materials to the processing and sale strive towards one goal: to ensure the safety and quality of products offered. A choice that enabled the company to have major contracts with Italian and European customers and to overlook to relevant non-EU markets.
Although the adoption of new technologies over the years, production has still remained faithful to the traditions to preserve the flavors of the past.
Recently, the company has achieved great goals, such as the moving to the its current location. The company works with owned facilities, which are spread over a large production area and storage, for a useful total area of more than 3000 square meters.
The new factory and cutting-edge technological systems can guarantee both absolute attention to sanitation standards both high production standards, but always in full respect to tradition. Currently, the management is scheduling new structural and plant improvements that will enable a further increase in production and an improvement in product quality to go further and meet the needs of the customer and enhance consumer satisfaction.

The distinctive feature of our production is avoiding the use of additives or preservatives, as much as possible. The lack or in some cases the minimal use of additives makes the products very tasty, just as the classic homemade products.

RISO DELLA SARDEGNA è la prima industria risiera sorta in Sardegna. L'attività iniziò nel 1951 quando il sig. Cesello Putzu di Selargius (CA), impiantò ad Oristano le prime macchine per la lavorazione del riso, con una capacità produttiva di 4 q.li/h.
L'avvio della lavorazione e commercializzazione del riso coincise con l'inizio della coltivazione dello stesso. Quest'ultima ebbe un primo sviluppo per merito del sig. Annibale Bertazzoli di Brescia, il quale accortosi dell'ottima qualità di prodotto che si otteneva dai terreni dell'Oristanese, suggerì a Cesello Putzu l'impianto della Riseria.
Apparve presto chiaro il potenziale di crescita che la coltivazione del riso poteva dare all'agricoltura di Oristano, per la quale fu fondamentale il contributo della nuova riseria.
Nel corso di questi cinquant'anni, la coltivazione del riso è diventata una delle principali attività agricole dell'oristanese in particolare e, più generale, della Sardegna. Il prodotto sardo è conosciuto in tutta Italia per l'ottima qualità raggiunta e, per tale motivo, soprattutto il riso da seme ha trovato sbocco nei mercati nazionali.
Anche la riseria di Cesello Putzu si è espansa sia in termini di produttività che di vendite. Nel 1979 cambia nome e forma sociale e diventa la RISO DELLA SARDEGNA SPA ed infine, all'inizio degli Anni '90, conquista definitivamente la leadership del mercato sardo. Attualmente l'azienda ha una capacità produttiva di 40 q.li/h, propone un'ampia gamma di articoli e si presenta con le confezioni rinnovate in chiave europea.

The history of Koska dates back to the ‘helvacı’ (halva store) run by Hacı Emin Bey in Denizli in early 1900s. Continuing the family tradition, Halil İbrahim Adil Dindar and his sons arrived in Istanbul in 1931 and opened a store in the neighborhood called ‘Koska’. In time, they earned a reputation for their delicious halva and desserts. Due to their neighborhood, they came to be known as the halva store in Koska and later they officially registered this name as their brand. At the factory built in 1974 in Topkapı, they started manufacturing Turkish delight, preserves and nougat as well as halva. In 1983, brothers Mümtaz and Nevzat Dindar separated from their younger brothers and moved to the modern facilities they built in Merter, deciding to continue operations in this location. Still managed by the fourth generation, Koska continues manufacturing in its new facilities on the Avcılar-Ambarlı Junction stretching over 11 thousand square meters, with 22 thousand square meters of indoor space. Koska now is one of the leading brands in Turkey and exports to 72 countries around the world. We produce 350 sku and our main products are halva, Turkish delights, fruit preserves, nut snacks, tahini (sesame paste), molasses, sesame paste and molasses mixtures, diabetic products, organic products, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and all are products are GMO free. Mogyi Ltd. is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business dealing with roasting, packaging and sale of different types of oil seeds and nuts. The company was established with 5 employees in 1990 by two Hungarian brothers, who had the idea to launch the distribution of products that had not yet been introduced into the Hungarian market until then. The number of employees has been increasing continuously for years and it has exceeded 600 by now. Mogyi Ltd’s annual turnover amounted to 76 million euros in 2016. Export sales accounted for 57% of the total turnover.
Mogyi Ltd. has 5 plants for production and warehousing in Hungary installed with the latest technologies. All of the units have their own laboratory, where the quality of the row materials and the final products are continuously controlled. The company is one of the strongest European players in the nuts and seeds category. The AGROS Trading GmbH is a leader for many years in the marketing of cat litter and wild bird food.
In 2000 our enterprise was one of the first suppliers of lumpy silica cat litter to the European market.

The purchase and the production of wild birdseed is done in collaboration with the FUCHSHUBER AGRARHANDEL GmbH, today one of the biggest agricultural trading companies in Austria. We buy raw materials exclusively from selected and certified suppliers with which we have a longterm partnership or from local farmers. Due to our own danube harbour we have a big competitive advantage in the raw material procurement of all bulk goods. For cat litter and wild birdseed only GMO-free raw materials are used.

NMK Agro Industries Private Limited began over 35 years ago,
as a small oil mill using traditional Sri Lankan methods to produce
coconut oil for its surrounding villages. As NMK grew, so did the
community around it with over 2,000 people being employed in
the company, from workers in the factories to the farmers working
