For food service you can have in boxes of 60 units raw, needing thawing (30 minutes) and baking (about 10 minutes, depending of the oven). You can also have fully baked in boxes of 60 units. You can then either thaw and serve or flash in the oven just for it to warm up and get extra crispiness (5 minutes at 250ºC from frozen).
