Organic fruit medley; ingredients are apple juice concentrate infused tart cherries, organic dried 1/4 apricots, organic dried ¼ figs and organic apple juice concentrate infused strawberries. Dried fruits are washed, dried in drying tunnels, sorted by X-ray machine, Laser machine and by staff on belts separately. Tart Cherries and strawberries are infused with organic apple juice concentrate. Then all the ingredients are mixed according to mixing ratio and packed and metal detected.

Dried RTE apricots as whole pitted. SO2 is used to promote colour retention during drying. The dried apricots are washed, re-dried in the dehydration tunnels and selected, then made ready to eat boiling. Sorbic acid is used as an antimicrobial during rehydration. The product shall be moist in appearance but not saggy.

They can be packed as their natural form or manipulated as protoben, lerida, baglama, pulled, layer, garland, lokhoum,  makaroni etc. The clips can be cut of, if requested. Production, processing. transport and labelling comply with the requirements of related regulations for organic agriculture, i.e., EC 834/2007, 889/2008,  Demeter, Bio Suisse, JAS, NOP etc. 

Processed sultanas are dried seedless grapes of the Vitis Vinifera variety. The grapes are grown organically according to EC regulations for organic agriculture, ie. EC 834/2007, 889/2008, Demeter, Bio Suisse, JAS, NOP etc.

The sultanas are dipped into drying solution before drying, whereas raisins are naturally dried. After accepting sultanas/raisins to the factory, they are washed, cleaned mechanically through the sieves, aspirators, cleaned by the laser and X-ray scanners. The packed goods are passed through the metal detector for metal inspection
