Elégance Chardonnay is a rich, complex wine resulting from the combination of two French terroirs. The grapes are grown on soils composed of clay and sand, which bring delicacy and smoothness this produce. The vineyard is located on a terraced cobbly, limestone terrain forming slopes of various gradients. Different plots are delimited on the vineyard in order to sort the best grapes. 

Light yellow-coloured, this wine boasts shiny golden reflections.Its complex nose is made of a combination of flower aromas and white flesh fruits, such as peaches or apricots, out of which emanate hints of roasted nuts and vanilla. After a plain, concentrated attack, comes a deep and aromatic sensation on the palate. Fine flower flavours finally complement the well-balanced tasting experience. The great persistence of this wine brings together empyreumatic and fruity scents.

L'Origine du Sud

100% Malbec

Château Brugayrole is produced on the high slopes of Corbières, in West Languedoc. The vines, 25 to 50 years old on average, lie on the terraced cobbly terrains and hills of Corbières, rich in clay and limestone. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan varieties obtained in this terroir are vinified the traditional way, at a temperature maintained between 25 and 28°C. The wine matures into vats. Dark-coloured wine with cerise shades. Its smell is a combination of complex, ripe or cooked fruit and liquorice. A well-balanced, silky feeling first embraces the palate, then giving way to a beautiful fruity experience, with fine and ripe tannins. Blend : 5 %Syrah, 25% Grenache 100 years old vines , 70% Carignan 130 years old vines. Amazing wine !

Château Pavillon de Villenouvette was designed by Paris Opera Garnier House's architect, Jean-Louis C. Garnier. Now, this estate covers an unbroken 80-hectare terrain which faces due South. The soils composed of clay and limestone produce concentrated, well-balanced wines made from grapes grown with integrated farming. Old Carignan grapes are vinified in bunches through carbonic maceration so as to fully reveal the fruity potential. As for the Syrah and Grenache variety, they are converted into wine though a traditional method after being completely destemmed. 30% of the vintage matures in new French oak barrels for 6 months. This is a crimson wine, with magnificent shiny reflections. The nose expresses soft fruit and berry aromas, enhanced by South of France scrubland flower scents. A fresh, velvet attack on the palate is followed with a long-lasting strong-body sensation.
