Pinot Grigio Rosé Igt delle Venezie

Pinot Grigio Rosé is characterized by the coral pink and the floral perfumes.

CHARACTERISTICS

The harvest is slightly delayed, to assure a physiological ripeness of the grapes. They are hand picked in cases and vinified after a cold maceration that lasts 36 hours. This procedure, longer than the traditional one, grants a more intense color to the wine. Fermentation goes on for 8-10 days, while stabilization is carried out in 30 days. The wine is then filtered and bottled.

Sauvignon Igt delle Venezie

Sauvignon Igt delle Venezie is a dry wine with pleasant fruits scents.

CHARACTERISTICS

The grapes are harvested manually. The must obtained from the soft pressing is left in contact with the skins for a short period. The resulting juice is rich in flavor and is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine remains in contact with the lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, in the absence of oxygen to preserve the aromas.

CHARACTERISTICS

This wine comes from the heart of Valpolicella. The grapes are very softly pressed, maceration lasts 8/10 days and occurs at a controlled temperature. It is then followed by an ageing of 6-8 months both in oaks and steel barrels

RIPASSO VALPOLICELLA DOC BOTTEGA

Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore Doc

Ripasso is a wine of Valpolicella (VR). It is an enological novelty which stands out thanks to its double fermentation, which refines the best aromas.

CHARACTERISTICS

The production process starts with the traditional vinification of Valpolicella Classico. This wine is then fermented once again, along with the residual marcs of Amarone or Recioto and goes through daily pump-overs, so to obtain Ripasso, whose distinctive feature lies in this process of double fermentation. After 15-20 days of pump-overs the wine, completely fermented, is decanted and extracted through the racking. The wine is then naturally stabilized, aged in oaks, filtered and bottled. It is put on the market after 2 years.

Amarone della Valpolicella Docg

Amarone is a full bodied, balanced and pleasant wine. The selected harvest, the drying on trellises and ageing in small oak casks make it 'Il vino degli Dei' (The Wine of Gods).

CHARACTERISTICS

The grapes are manually harvested in cases and taken directly in the drying room where, at a controlled temperature and ventilation they are left withering from the end of october until the first days of march, so that the grapes can eliminate most of their water of constitution. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 18° C with daily pump-overs so to obtain a very alcoholic and structured wine, which is also rich in extract. It is then left ageing in small oak casks for a period of two years.

ACINO D'ORO CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG

Chianti Classico Docg Gallo Nero

Chianti is one of the major symbols of Italy's great wine-making tradition. The Acino d'Oro brand represents an expression of this culture.

CHARACTERISTICS

The grapes are manually harvested and pressed with elimination of stalks. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats with maceration that lasts 15 days and daily pump-overs. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature so to preserve aromas and alcohol. The wine is then naturally cold stabilized and aged in big oak casks for a period of 2 years.

IL VINO DEI POETI BOLGHERI ROSSO DOC

Bolgheri Rosso Doc

Bolgheri Rosso DOC is produced in the area of Castagneto Carducci (Tuscany), well-known for its reputed red wines.

CHARACTERISTICS

The grapes originate from vineyards facing north-south, located at 200-400 meters above sea level. The soils are sandy, clay, with high skeleton, alkali-rich metals. The grapes are hand picked and pressed with elimination of stalks. The vinification process involves a 20-day maceration period. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. The polyphenols extraction takes place thanks to daily pump-overs. The wine obtained is then left to rest and in this phase, malolactic fermentation occurs spontanously. The wine is then aged in oak casks for 24 months (18 in French oak barriques of 2,25-10 hl) and refined in bottle for a minimum period of 2 months.

Elégance Chardonnay is a rich, complex wine resulting from the combination of two French terroirs. The grapes are grown on soils composed of clay and sand, which bring delicacy and smoothness this produce. The vineyard is located on a terraced cobbly, limestone terrain forming slopes of various gradients. Different plots are delimited on the vineyard in order to sort the best grapes. 

Light yellow-coloured, this wine boasts shiny golden reflections.Its complex nose is made of a combination of flower aromas and white flesh fruits, such as peaches or apricots, out of which emanate hints of roasted nuts and vanilla. After a plain, concentrated attack, comes a deep and aromatic sensation on the palate. Fine flower flavours finally complement the well-balanced tasting experience. The great persistence of this wine brings together empyreumatic and fruity scents.

L'Origine du Sud

100% Malbec

Château Brugayrole is produced on the high slopes of Corbières, in West Languedoc. The vines, 25 to 50 years old on average, lie on the terraced cobbly terrains and hills of Corbières, rich in clay and limestone. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan varieties obtained in this terroir are vinified the traditional way, at a temperature maintained between 25 and 28°C. The wine matures into vats. Dark-coloured wine with cerise shades. Its smell is a combination of complex, ripe or cooked fruit and liquorice. A well-balanced, silky feeling first embraces the palate, then giving way to a beautiful fruity experience, with fine and ripe tannins. Blend : 5 %Syrah, 25% Grenache 100 years old vines , 70% Carignan 130 years old vines. Amazing wine !

Château Pavillon de Villenouvette was designed by Paris Opera Garnier House's architect, Jean-Louis C. Garnier. Now, this estate covers an unbroken 80-hectare terrain which faces due South. The soils composed of clay and limestone produce concentrated, well-balanced wines made from grapes grown with integrated farming. Old Carignan grapes are vinified in bunches through carbonic maceration so as to fully reveal the fruity potential. As for the Syrah and Grenache variety, they are converted into wine though a traditional method after being completely destemmed. 30% of the vintage matures in new French oak barrels for 6 months. This is a crimson wine, with magnificent shiny reflections. The nose expresses soft fruit and berry aromas, enhanced by South of France scrubland flower scents. A fresh, velvet attack on the palate is followed with a long-lasting strong-body sensation.
