Crystal clear water, carefully selected grain spirit
“Lux” and multi-stage filtration, including using the
smallest natural sand, creates an incredibly soft and
infinitely deep flavor, which differs vodka “White Lake”.
Vodka Russian rye is natural vodka made with special grain ingredients. Rye infusion and rye bread spirit are in the basis of this vodka. Owing to such ingredients vodka has the taste of rye bread.
Vodka is made from ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and purest water from artesian wells. The water undergoes additional filtration and softening.
A blend of alcohol and water is thoroughly filtered through charcoal filter. Birch charcoal is best suited for filtering, as it has high absorption properties. After carbon filtration, the mixture passes through the installation of the "Silver filtration".
Sugar syrup, pre-prepared aromatic alcohols rye crackers and rye bread and spirited infusions sprouted grain rye and rye prepared are added to the blend according to the recipe.
After adding all the ingredients vodka passes a test filter and then hits the bottling line, where the bottling.

SMOOTH WATER

NATURAL INGREDIENTS

DYNAMIC FILTRATION
Myagkov vodka undergoes a multilevel purification system. To achieve the unmatched smoothness of vodka, the finished product is filtered through a special natural birch carbon filter, which unique properties are well known. As a result, the drink is free from foreign flavours, only the original taste of its ingredients.
Purification process is carried out under the permanent supervision of production engineers who control filtration rate.
Argillaceous-limestone soils and limestone marls on the first foothills of the Cévennes area. Different plots are delimited on the vineyard in order to sort the best grapes. The grapes are converted into wine though a traditional method with two-week maceration. Extraction is performed gently throughout the fermentation process, which occurs under 28°C, so that smoothness and varietal aromas are fully expressed in the wine. This is an intense dark red wine, with magnificent shiny reflections. The nose reveals peppermint as well as ripe berry scents. After a fresh, velvet attack on the palate, one can feel the roundness of Elégance Merlot thanks to its perfectly melted tannins.
The soils this wine stems from are composed of clay and milestone, mixed with the tawny sand typical of the Gascogne region. A 12-hour cold maceration with the grape skin is performed in order to extract the “aromatic precursors”. Before sending the grapes in a pneumatic pressing machine, they are drained statically in order to select the different sorts of juice. Fermentation occurs at 15°C with specific yeasts. Fine sediments are reintroduced after the fermentation process so as to enhance the aroma.
This shiny, light yellow wine, with green reflections, has a smart and fruity nose which reveals different kinds of vegetal flavours, such as box tree or blackcurrant buds, but also fruity citrus hints. Bright and exceedingly fresh, Elégance Sauvignon strikingly embraces the palate with its complex fruity aromas, which are fully perceived by one’s sense of smell and enhanced when aerated. The persistence is refined, and frees all the citrus and box flavours.

Its dense final persistence, slightly mentholated, eventually reveals spices' and chocolate flavours
On the threshold of the city of Pézenas, the vineyard that was selected for making this blending of Syrah-Grenache (Rosé) is located onto a water-rich plain containing alluvia dating from the Quaternary Period. After the pressing process has been carried out in an inert environment, the must is entirely protected from oxidation when being converted into wine. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (16°C) so that the aromatic delicacy is maintained, and the use of specific yeasts will result in a highly subtle aromatic combination.
This wine boasts a magnificent pale colour and smells like violets, citrus and peach tree flowers. The aromatic power of Syrah ideally mingles with the sweet fruity Grenache, which eventually gives a subtle wine that will transport you to the South of France, its original growing place.

Located to the East of the southern the town of Orange, Plan de Dieu is an extensive alluvium terraced terroir, which spans between the rivers Aigues and Ouvèze. There, the soils are rich in limestone cobbles dating from the Quaternary Period. These deposits lie alternatively upon blue clay and gravelly cobalt oxide. The fact that Plan de Dieu directly faces the mistral wind provides excellent climate conditions to the vineyard. Moreover, optimal sunshine enables excellent ripeness. Syrah and Grenache varieties are vinified the traditional way in a controlled-temperature environment. The maceration lasts two weeks.
Intense coloured, dark red wine with mauve reflections, which releases generous berry and spice flavours. A few hints of scrubland flower scents complete this harmonious combination. The texture of this wine is pleasant, structured and round on the palate. The tannins are smooth and offer a beautiful fruity persistence.
Selected in the heart of Costières de Nîmes’ terroir, this vintage –70% Grenache and 30% Syrah– concentrates the aromatic richness and bounty of the vineyard in this area. Mediterranean climate and exceptionally rich soils bring structure and balance to this wine, while preserving its delicacy. After complete destemming, Syrah and Grenache varieties are vinified the traditional way, in a controlled-temperature environment. Maceration takes place over a fortnight. A small quantity of the Syrah variety undergoes carbonic maceration in order to enhance the fruity potential. The nose reveals a wide range of berries, spices and violets. This is a strong-bodied, generous wine, which releases blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry aromas. Its long-lasting tannins provide a silky sensation on the palate, with a final persistence characterized by spicy hints.
THE WINE
Lively and persistent mousse, vivid ruby red color; slightly fruity and vinous bouquet; on the palate it is sweet, harmonious, lively,very pleasant, with a fresh fragrance of freshly picked up grapes.

The soils, full of cobbles, are mainly composed of big sandstone quartz and red sandy clay. Châteauneuf du Pape is produced in a very specific climate, the driest in the Hills of the Rhône area. The heat stored in the stones during the day is released at night, thus helping the maturation of the grapes. The latter are harvested in the early hours of the morning, and then destemmed. When place into the vats, the temperature is maintained at a steady 7°C in order to perform pre-fermentation cold maceration and extract intense colours and primary aromas. The wine stays there for 4 weeks, and the vats are checked every day. Then, the wine is placed on yeast lees to age in thermo-controlled vats during ten months.
Blend : 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre
This is beautiful, deep dark red wine with cerise reflections. Its intense nose expresses soft fruit and small-berry aromas, spices, menthol and balsamic hints, such as resin, all at the same time. A strong-bodied, fresh attack on the palate gives way to a generous, sweet-coated sensation. The final persistence reveals once again the spicy and balsamic flavours.

Our single-vineyard wines made from the best parcels of the Quinta de Quercus Estate: the 24.3-ha “Camino Las Morras” and the 20.9-ha “Viña Ocaña”. Both are hillside plantings of around 30 year-old Tempranillo vines, studded with centenary oak trees and farmed sustainably to achieve perfectly balanced wines. We produce two labels from these parcels: the firs wine Quercus and the second wine Quinta de Quercus. Both wines reflect the vineyards’ 800m altitude in their distinct freshness and elegance, while also displaying excellent concentration, purity and depth. While Quinta de Quercus is more fruit-driven and approachable in youth, Quercus is the finer, more complex wine, needing more bottle age to reach its plenitude.
The Oveja Series is a “dynamic” range of limited releases. Under these labels we bottle single fermentation tanks that are the result of our work and experiments in the vineyard. The varieties and quantities bottled will vary from year to year, but we promise that all wines bottled under the Oveja labels are interesting and fun and show the potential of our area and grape varieties. The sparkling wine Pignoletto Brut displays a rich mousse which dissolves in the glass leaving a very fine and persistent perlage. It is a pale straw yellow in color and it has an elegant floral bouquet, with some fruity notes enhanced by the tannins, typical of the variety, and by the finesse of the perlage. Its freshness also underpins its organoleptic characteristics.

The care taken during re-fermentation gives the wine a fine and persistent perlage and a deep red mousse. Its ruby red color is particularly bright. It is characterized by a fruity fragrance of black and red cherries, raspberry, and blackberry, along with spicy hints. The particular technique of maceration gives this wine great depth of color and an uncommonly full mouthfeel. The acidity is well-balanced with its important tannic structure and, along with well-balanced residual sugar, this gives the wine a full flavor and persistence of sensations that bring to mind the legendary Lambruscos of long ago.

Ideal for the whole meal. It goes especially well with cold cuts, pasta with meat sauce, boiled white and red meats, and moderately or very mature cheeses.

Our first gin was launched on the 3th of April 2014. Because of the mutual passion for gin, Christophe and Tim decided to develop their own gin. Because of the media’s attention the kiwi berry (hardy kiwi) got after the first big harvest in 2013: more than 50 tons, we came up with the idea to go for a new style. The result is a soft, fruity gin for everyone. Clear transparent colour with a high viscosity. Fruity, slightly sweet but a very noticeable presence of juniper and lime. With kiwi berry as main botanical, it has a fruity almost sweet mouth feeling and a very accessible flavour. Meyer’s Gin Silver has no need of tonic to be delicious; actually… lots of bars and restaurants just serve it straight over ice.
