As the first dairy brand, La Golosa di Puglia becomes a reference point for local products throughout (in Italy) the national territoty due to theuniqueness of it’s products of harvesting milk from local farms.
The raw material (Milk) in fact ist direclty acquired by farmers in the area in order to guarantee the authenticity and freshness of the products: la Burrata, la Caprese, la Tartufee, la Straciatella, la Ricotta, la Scamorza, le Caciotte, le Provole Silane and the inevitable Mozzarella in all they manufactuings.
Everyone knows how delicate fresh products can be and how much attention they require, so in the year 2013 a deligful indipendent company ‘’La G Day Distribution’’was born, that distributes exclusively the dairy factory ‘’ La Gioia Bella’’ products.
Professional and reliable transport in foodstuffs storage and on a timely basis deliveries, to the subsidiary, ‘’G Day Distribution’’ and today the fundamental plus which guarantee the ultimate in service to the GD and GDO.
Always to assure the continuos demands of the market, the dairy factory’’ La Gioia Bella ‘’in her second brand name.
Thus the brand line was born with the brand ‘’ La Gioia Bella, la Signora Di Puglia’’.
Because of the growing demand coming from the national market ( Belgium, French and Spain especially),the dairy factory La Gioia Bella had to equipe its premises with more and more wide manufacturing spaces, 2000 total metres of establishment of which 1400 metres were destinated for the productionand 600 metres were destinated for the packaging department with controlled temperature, 300mq of refriterating cells, 42 employers contribute to make the company a great reality.
The new establishment is getting all the certifications conforming to the quality of the company. The dairy was equipped with the advisory service of communication and marketing agency to strengthen and improve its sales service.

The location is specifically designed for the production of beef and has a processing capacity of 900 tonnes of meat a week. Our controlled supply of raw materials only comes from selected suppliers. The meat is distributed by our own vehicle fleet, to national retail and international customers.
We produce meat in block ready snit, both veiled and semi-pare. We also have convenience food in consumer-size packages in our assortment.

Our promise of „Bavaria’s finest cheese“ is not an empty promise from us. GOLDSTEIG premium products are exclusively naturally produced cheese specialities with genuine guarantee of origin. We produce the milk for these fresh and process them gently in our own dairies. In this way, we ensure that all the milk‘s goodness is preserved.
The GOLDSTEIG „without genetic modification”- range, including besides Mozzarella Hard- and Semi-Hard Cheese (Emmentaler and Almdammer), Fresh Cheese (Mascarpone and Ricotta) and Butter, delivers an exceedingly natural flavour. „Without genetic modification“ means that our certified cooperative farmers meet all the statutory requirements. No genetically modified feed, no genetically modified plants. Ensuring that naturally grown species are preserved in the long-term and gently processed, natural products are made out of the milk.
GOLDSTEIG is currently one of the most important producers of Mozzarella in Germany. Thanks to constant expansion and investments in the latest technology, the company has also become an important producer of hard and semi-hard cheeses. Today, the product line-up ranges from mozzarella, emmental, semi-hard cheese, butter, ricotta and mascarpone. The cheese specialist supplies all countries within the EU.
The production is distributed over two plants. The main plant in Cham produces mozzarella and hard and semi-hard cheeses, which are then further processed into slices, cubes or grated cheese. The head office and logistics centre are also located here. The plant in Tittling produces butter, mascarpone and ricotta. The new plant is located in Stephansposching, which will produce in the first expansion phase (in 2018) concentrated skim milk.
The “GOLDSTEIG” name is synonymous with premium brand quality. For customers this not only means the supreme taste enjoyment they have become accustomed to, but also the excellent reliability offered by GOLDSTEIG products. Because quality assurance is our top priority, we introduced the HACCP system, a control system that is continuously improved and expanded, long before it was stipulated by legislation. With “BRC” and “IFS Higher Level” certification we also meet all the requirements of the highest and most important standards for ensuring product quality and safety in the food industry. GOLDSTEIG is certified in accordance with the EU Regulation on Organic Farming for the organic milk. In addition to this, the majority of all the organic farmers who supply the milk are members of a recognised organic farming association and are therefore subject to maximum standards for organic milk.
The sustainability of GOLDSTEIG is also proofed by the energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001.

Notre tradition et notre savoir faire, nous le devons à Benoît MERLE.
C’est en 1920 qu’il ouvre une boucherie charcuterie à Pouilly lès Feurs. A une activité de cheville et de vente itinérante, il entreprend la fabrication de saucissons secs et de salaisons qu’il propose à sa clientèle locale. La réputation de ses produits dépassant rapidement les limites du canton, il agrandit son laboratoire en couvrant l’arrière-cour de sa boutique, puis aménage une remise.
Son fils construira une usine en 1953, puis une site industriel en 1987.
Au fil des années, 3 activités se développent sur le site de production :
- fabrication de saucissons secs, - tranchage de salaisons sèches, - élaboration de lardons.
Face au développement des gammes et des volumes de ventes, la société a repris et réaménagé un site de production à Panissières (Loire – Monts du Lyonnais) dédié au tranchage des produits en 2010.
Le site historique de Pouilly lès Feurs a été réaménagé au cours de l’année 2010 pour l’optimisation de la fabrication des lardons et des saucissons secs.

The Cantina di Solopaca is one of the oldest farmer’s cooperative all over the Campania. With its production of more than 120 thousand hectrolites of wine it is set at the first places in the whole regional production.
The vineyards are located in a wide area that, starting from Solopaca’s territory, involves other 16 neighbouring disctricts, reaching a total planted area of about 1300 hectares. In this territory is grown the Solopaca DOC, the first wine which got the D.O.C. guarantee in 1974. The grown varieties are the Falanghina and the Aglianico, local Sannio Beneventano vines, but also the Greco and the Fiano. In recent years vineyards linked to the tradition have also been rediscovered such as the Coda di Volpe and the Barbera.
Solopaca stretches at the Taburno Camposauro Regional Park foot, in the province of Benevento, in an area formerly known as Sannio, ever devoted to the winegrowing.
The grown grapes are harvested by traditional methods and brought into the Cantina where, after a careful selection, are made wine and bottled. The enological center is equipped with forefront wine making and bottling tools and with a wine cellar where occurs the red wines refinement. The company i salso equipped with an autoclaves room where the sparkling wines (Spumante) are made. The wide selection of wines, distributed both in Italy and abroad, can meet the different types of consumption, from the daily use to the most sophisticated catering, combining the oldest tradiction and the most modern tecniques.

Hi! We are Helen and Bob and we set up the Ludlow Nut Company in 2004. Escaping from city and corporate life is a dream for so many people, and that’s exactly what we did, we upped sticks from London and moved to the medieval market town of Ludlow in Shropshire.
We moved into our new purpose built premises in 2018 and make a wide range of healthy food for busy people including our award winning luxury porridges, mueslis, granolas and a range of nut butters. We also supply an array of best quality nuts, seeds, dried fruits, superfoods and sweet and savoury snacks.
What will you get when you order from the Ludlow Nut Company? Healthy and Wholesome Food. We don’t add artificial preservatives, colourings, sugar or salt to any of our muesli, granola or porridge mixes. Our nut butters are free from any artificial preservatives, colourings or added sugar. We are a Safe And Local Supplier Accredited (SALSA) food producer and we don’t outsource our production. We store all our products in our modern, climate-controlled premises, which keeps them in peak condition and we have introduced recyclable packaging and jars across our breakfast cereal and nut butter range. We have also installed a 200 x solar panel array to the roof of our new building, LED lighting throughout the building and a smart metering system. We anticipate that across the year our solar panels will meet most of our energy requirements.

Cantina Orsogna was founded in 1964 by a small group of producers, currently it has become a cooperative of almost 500 members, devoted to the cultivation of vines and olive trees. The 1100 hectars of vineyards are located at an altitude of 432 m. a.s.l. between the slopes of the Majella National Park and
at 15 Km from the Adriatic sea, enjoying a peculiar position and a particularly favorable climate for organic farming.
Today, with 80% of certified organic vineyards and the ongoing commitment to convert them to biodynamic and biodiversity friend,
it is possible to walk through the vineyards of Cantina Orsogna partners and live totally immersed in an eco-friendly agricultural organism.
Cantina Orsogna owns different brands for organic, biodynamic and natural wines, furthermore it is able to accomodate private labels requests.
