This new contingent enriches and diversifies the cosmetic products we can offer, making O-PAC an ideal representative for any project within the world of hygiene, cleansing, and beauty.
In April 2016, O-PAC signed a joint venture with Wet Wipes International. They are a company based in Prague in the Czech Republic, which produces and sells wet wipes across mainly Central and Eastern Europe. The complementary relationship between the two companies is a solid base upon which to develop a strong business synergy.
Since 2017 O-PAC further expands the range of products offered through the participation in a company specialized in single-dose packaging of creams, liquids, wipes, powders and granules.

Sisma is on the market since 1965 and in the early nineties took a leap by acquiring the largest European cotton facility, located in Milan, together with the well-known Farmacotone® brand, that covers the pharmaceutical cotton product category, as well as Cotoneve® covers the personal care cotton products category.
Since then Sisma has invested in state-of-the-art equipment enlarging and improving production capacity in existing and new market segments (i.e. cotton layer, cotton pads, cotton swabs, wet wipes, etc.), as well as a new top-of-the-line logistics center.
In 2010, the company went through a deep change, moving from a family-run company to a managerial one. As a result of this deep transformation, today Sisma has definitely renewed its own market positioning by consolidating and improving its leadership, by focusing on specific and well identified categories – personal care, health care, house care, food care – delivering extensive ranges with its well-known premium labels Cotoneve®, Farmacotone®, Farmacotone Bebé®, Logex®, Samurai®, Samurai Party®, together with first price and private labels, setting itself as an undisputed remarkable player.
In 2020, Sisma was acquired by two investing funds to finance a relauch and development plan aimed to meet the future challenges.
Since 1998 Sisma has been ISO 9001:2008 and GOTS certified and received several awards, guaranteeing a constant and rigorous compliance with the rules governing the company production system, managed in the premises of Mantua and Bollate (Milan), through an efficient administrative, logistic, sales and marketing organization. In 2021 Sisma achieved the certification ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 for medical devices and at the same time adopted a corporate code of ethics, first step of organizational management “231 Models” according to legislative Decree no. 23 dated June 8th 2001 (Law 231) to reinforce transparency in business to third parties.
Through the years, considerable investments in R&D have allowed Sisma to introduce exclusive and innovative patented items like, among others, the new makeup-remover cotton pads enriched with active principles, the intimate wet wipes for men, the “water stop” gloves, the anti-scratch sponges with low detergent consumption.
In the personal care cotton items Sisma is the absolute market leader: our production plants (over 60.000sqm of total surface with about 30.000sqm of covered surface) guarantee the largest output in Europe and are equipped with the most modern machinery and technologies. Sisma can produce 21.000 tons of cotton items per year, 12.000 tons of spunlace web, 15.000 km of cotton sliver, 1,7 billion of wet wipes, 38 billion of cotton swabs, 13 billion of cotton pads and 275 million of cotton balls.
In addition to that, the modern and functional logistic platform, allows Sisma to meet the most demanding delivery requirements of its customers, optimizing the inventory and all logistics activities are outsourced to a leading specialized operator. The numbers speak for themselves: about 73.000sqm of total surface, 10.000sqm of covered surface for 18.000 pallet places.
Sisma cares to its final consumers as well as to the environment: our equipment is designed to guarantee the maximum quality by requiring the lowest energy consumption. By bleaching exclusively raw cotton with natural compounds, we guarantee our consumers with safe hygiene, while protecting the environment and the natural resources from unnecessary pollution.
Boosted by pandemic situation Sisma opened its own E-commerce platform in June 2020.

In our two facilities at Sarego and Meledo in the province of Vicenza (Italy), we manufacture devices to respond to the needs of patients and professionals in various medical and healthcare environments.

• Incontinence:
We design and manufacture absorbent incontinence aids that respond to the needs of all incontinence levels throught a wide range of products, either in terms of absorption either in terms of sizes, paying great attention to the quality and performance of our products.
We are present on the market either with our own brands either with Private Label partnerships.
• Dressings and orthopaedics:
Gauzes, plaster strips, elastic meshes, orthopaedic wadding, eye compresses.

Cartiera Confalone SpA is a paper mill/converting industry with more than 100 years history and a wide range of paper finished products for personal care, hygienic, professional and domestic use (toilet paper, kitchen rolls, multi-purpose rolls, professional rolls, napkins).
The company has 2 factories (a third one is in the building phase) and different warehouses.
The company is very well established in Italy, working with the most important consumer goods retail chains, and it's in continuous expansion Worldwide.
The 2 main brands are Vit and Class, respectively the classic and the premium brand.
Moreover, we are also realizing Private Labels on demand.

The excellent performances obtained made the amplification of the products on sale necessary. As a consequence, they involved the expansion of the paper factory situated in Maiori (SA)
This allowed to enlarge the business areas by stepping up production of paper jumbo rolls and to devote ourselves to the transformation of finished goods.
These finished products were put on the market bearing as trademark VIT and CLASS, whose fame is more and more increased as years go.
We use the best technology nowadays available for the tissue making and this makes our products highly innovative.
As from the first half of 2010 the firm has further enlarged the product range both on the Consumer market and on the Professional one through the installation of a new production line for the making of industrial rolls.
Moreover, we inform you that our firm can produce private trademark goods in accordance with the features agreed with third parties.

Kardesler produces under its own brands as well as private label. R&D team consists of chemical engeneers and chemists. Formulations are developed in-house. Most of the necessary tests required during creation of new formula are done in house. When necessary, accredited laboratories are used. MRP system bears within the receipts customer requests.
History : Kardesler Ucan Yaglar San As was founded in 1957 as a privately owned family business. The company engaged in the essential oils, confectionary, beverage, pharmaceutical sectors, supplying the market with raw materials and machinary. The company assumed representation of a large number of foreign companies in Turkey ( Seitz Filter, Haarman Reimer, Heinrich Gultig, Daen, Elton) In 1992, the company began importing wet wipes – a newly emerging category in Turkey’s growing cleaning and personal hygiene product market. In 1994, Kardesler became the first to launch the production of wet wipes in Turkey. By 1998 Kardesler became a net exporter of wet wipes. 2002 production reached maximum capacity, prompting the need for a larger production site. In 2004 the company moved into a larger production facility, in the Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone. A second production site in Gebze came online in 2008 to expand production area to 14.000 m2 close area, to increae capacity to meet strengthening market demand.
