Our company was established in 1989 as a family business. Nowadays, as a joint-stock company with 100% Polish capital, we are definitely a leader on the market of healthy food, producing crisp bread, rice cakes, rice and grits (source: AC Nielsen). Almost every second pack of rice bought in Poland comes from our company. SONKO brand under which we have been selling our products for years, enjoys a lot of trust among consumers, which was confirmed by choosing our company as the most often recommended food brand and one of the 18 most powerful Polish brands in 2006 (source: The Ranking of the Most Valuable Polish Brands published in as an addition to “Rzeczpospolita” on 28th Nov. 2006). In 1997 we opened a modern rice and grits packaging plant near Wrocław, and in Bielany Wrocławskie in 2008 we opened another production plant of almost 20.000 square meters, which is now the largest and the most modern plant in Europe, producing rice cakes and light crisp bread. All our products are produced in accordance with the requirements of international standards confirmed by ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, IFS and BRC certificates. Our systematic quality control together with the choice of the best components was appreciated by consumers by awarding our products with numerous prizes and awards. Our current offer includes a wide range of rice, grits, rice cakes, rice cakes in chocolate coating, light crisp bread, matzo, rice snacks and rusks. The products are distributed in all leading supermarket chains in Poland, as well as exported.

We offer our products using two brands - MELVIT and Szczytno Premium. Both brands packing process takes place in our manufacture in Ostroleka, where central warehouses and offices are also situated. In the year 2004 has ended the construction of new manufacture in Ostroleka. It’s equipped with modern, automatic production lines and high - storage warehouses which undoubtedly contributed to increase productivity and highest quality of offered products. Therefore we decided to transfer packing of Szczytno brand products to new production lines in Ostroleka. Taking care of high quality of products offered – we implemented Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP system. Beyond doubts, one of our trumps is a fact that we possess groats manufacture situated in Szczytno. This manufacture deals with processing raw material into ready-to-eat product, which quality was appreciate at domestic and international fairs more than once. Nowadays we’re leading producer of buckwheat groats, barley groats and flakes in our country, which traditions reaches 1960’s. Overriding point of our activity is to deliver products which meet the requirements and expectations of customers, also to keep highest quality level and to make products safe. Additionally, we take care of win the confidence of customers and enhance our position on market, plus we’re doing our best to obtain economic results which provides permanent, dynamic progress of the company. The Hauswirth Confectionery (Pastry Shop) was founded in the Gablenzgasse in Vienna, Austria in the year 1949 by Franz Hauswirth senior. A short time later, the Hauswirth product palette was expanded from classic Confections to include chocolate Figures using an innovative hollow-casting process, which were, in addition to sales in their own shop, sold wholesale to other Confectioneries. Shortly thereafter, the expanding development of supermarket chains opened an additional market to the innovative Hauswirth Manufactory, most especially for the attractive and light hollow cast Easterbunny and Santa Claus figures. As time went by, the manufacture and processing of chocolate gained primary importance for the Company, while the attached confectionery dwindled in relative importance, leading to the concentration of the company focus totally on manufacture and processing for the wholesale market. The Company premises were removed to a newer and greatly expanded production facility in the Wichtelgasse, 16Th District of Vienna, where the production was concentrated on hollow cast figures and high quality sweets. The continued corporate success and concurrent increases in production capacity soon found the new premises to be insufficient and in the early sixties, once more , the premises were removed to a new and expanded facility, this time in the Austrian Burgenland, in Franz Hauswirth senior’s hometown – Kittsee, Austria. Upon the retirement of Franz Hauswirth sen., Franz junior succeeded to the company management. Franz junior initiated major investments in new technologies for the automated quantity production of hollow cast chocolate figures. These investments in technology enabled them to become the market leader in Austria for holiday season chocolate products. This high technological standard enabled them not only to compete successfully on an international basis, subsequent to the Austrian entry into the European Union in 1995, but also to expand their market share throughout Europe. Wien15 Their product palette was fürther expanded through the acquisition of a production system to make chocolate Bananas and the addition of a separate department for Lozenge production. Currently, the Hauswirth Company produces a wide variety of Products, that are found all year long in stores around the world. The company has been in the hands of the third generation of the Hauswirth family since 2006, when the brothers Roman and Peter Hauswirth succeded to the company management. The factory of DAY AND NIGHT Ltd works around the clock seven days a week and has the capacity to produce 60 tons of wafers and 24 tons of biscuits for 24 hours. At the moment the company produces on average 40 tons of wafers per 24 hours.
WAFERS: The company offers 53 products under the brand names BOROVETS, YOLLI, DAY & NIGHT and produces 23 products under private label.
BISCUITS: For the moment the company offers 12 products under the brand name BOROVETS. In the near future the biscuits portfolio will expand and we will be able to offer wide variety of biscuits to satisfy any taste and market demand.

Dr Suwelack manufactures high quality freeze-dried coffee. Our factory is in Germany, 100 km north of Düsseldorf & close to the Dutch border.
Our first freeze-drying coffee line, operational in 1969, was among the very first to come into service. In 1998 our internally designed CAP extraction process "CUP AROMA POCESS" enabling to capture aromas was also the first one to be installed at a Private Label manufacturer of instant coffee.

Bisca is a Danish manufacturer for biscuits and cakes based on tradition since 1890 when Volf family made the first cakes and cookies under the name Karen Volf.
