A well made Cabernet blend that really ticks the boxes for the style with loads of flavour and excellent drinkability.  Medium to deep ruby. Dark berries, bramble, exotic spices and wood smoke. Medium to full-bodied wine with excellent varietal character of cassis and black cherry with hints of cedar, bramble and crushed herb complexity and good acid tannin balance.

In the glass: Bright and bold straw. On the nose: Zesty, bright nectarine and citrus.   On the palate: Bold, fully-ripe fruits delivering long stonefruit power and melon softness generating delicious jube-like appeal.

Juicy sweet dark berries and plum provide the richness to the refined and elegant tannins that provide a structure to the wine. Dominant aromas of cassis and bramble are married with black currant and liquorice to entice you in to the glass.

Vinification:  After night harvesting the Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes were crushed into static fermenters. After a brief cold soak to extract colour and flavour, the must was inoculated with Bordeaux style yeast strain. Controlled fermentation occurred over ten days, commencing at 24°C reducing to 20°C. Gentle Pump-overs occurred six times daily to maximise the extraction of colour whilst still retaining a soft juicy palate structure. Pump-overs were reduced to twice daily towards the end of fermentation to minimise seed tannin extraction. To avoid any harsh tannins and bitterness only free run and first pressings were used in this blend. After pressing the wines were settled for three weeks before racking onto new French oak for 6 months. The wines were then blended before being finished

Tasting notes: Colour:  Deep dark ruby Nose:  Flowers and blueberry aromas, with a touch of sage Palate:  Black cherry and spice flavours with firm structured tannins and spicy long end. Serve at:  15°-18°C now or with careful storage may enjoyed for up to five years.

Foods that complement this Petit Verdot are: Lamb shashlik, Chinese barbecue pork, BBQ portobello mushrooms, aged cheddar.

After a brief cold soak to extract colour and flavour, the must was inoculated with Bordeaux-style yeast strain. Controlled fermentation occurred over ten days, commencing at 24°C reducing to 20°C. Alcohol by volume: 14.0%

Vinification: Harvested during the cool of the night to retain freshness and varietal character, the Chardonnay was then de-stemmed and pressed gently in an airbag press to release juice without extracting too much tannin.

The juice was then clarified before being inoculated with specifically chosen yeast strains designed to bring out the varietal characters of the wine. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks and temperatures were kept between 14°C and 16°C to allow for a longer ferment, again, in order to retain freshness and allow for maximum aromatic production.

The wine was then stored in stainless steel on American and French oak blend to produce complexity, stirred on lees to create texture and mouthfeel, before being fined, finished and bottled.

Tasting notes: Colour:  Pale straw with a slight green hue Nose:  Aromas of tropical fruits, peach and a touch of vanilla Palate:  This light medium bodied Chardonnay fills the mouth with tropical flavours of melon and peach, with a crisp finish. Serve at:  6-10°C. Drink now or with careful storage may enjoyed for up to three years.

Foods that complement this Chardonnay are: Pumpkin ravioli, paella valenciana, chicken kiev.

Grape varieties: 65% Sauvignon Blanc 35% Semillon

Alcohol by volume: 12.0%

Vinification: Harvested separately during the cool of the night to retain freshness and varietal character, both the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were then destemmed and pressed gently in an airbag press to release juice without extracting too much tannin. Fermentation (separately) is in stainless steel tanks using specifically chosen yeast strains designed to enhance the varietal character of each varietal. Post ferment both wines were stirred on lees to build texture and mouthfeel before being blended and filtered for bottling.

Tasting notes: Colour:  Light straw with a green hue Nose:  Passionfruit and floral aromas, with a citrus nuance. Palate:  This wine offers biting zesty flavours of lemon and grapefruit complemented with ripe passionfruit end.

Serve fresh and while young.

Foods that complement this Sauvignon Semillon are: Aged parmigiano-reggiano, fresh oysters, peach salad with grilled basil chicken.

Alcohol by volume: 15.0%

Tasting notes: Colour: Deep crimson. Nose:  Intense dark berries aroma, mulberry suggestion complemented by sweet vanillin oak characters. Palate:  Soft and juicy palate with ripe plum, cracked pepper flavours, completed by velvety tannins. Serve at:  15°-18°C now or with careful storage may enjoyed for up to five years

The foundation of our Wild Child Gin is the same distillation used to develop our Vodka, Sash & Fritz. Using classic techniques, as well as several twists on convention based on the process used to produce fine wines, has led us to create a smooth, clean and creamy vodka made from pure German grain. We allow several different botanicals to develop separately using varying temperatures throughout the process. The distillation process is permanently controlled, with constant review of the temperature. The aroma and flavor profile of our Wild Child Gin has been crafted by our master distiller. We have carefully established three top notes, Earl Grey tea, rosemary and bergamot. These top notes, together with the juniper and other herbal notes, balance together to provide a fresh, earthy, and somewhat wild flavour profile.

If there’s one thing us Aussies are proud of, it’s our wine. We know how to make a good drop. And we reckon Barramundi is a cracker! It’s an easy-drinking, fruit-driven wine that anyone can afford.

Barramundi comes from the Murray Darling Region of Victoria where two of Australia’s greatest rivers meet. It means our vineyards are supplied with constant water, which is just as well, as there’s hardly any rainfall during the growing season! Just endless days of sunshine! And we’ve got bloody good soil too! Soil that produces rich, ripe berry fruit flavours. It’s a beaut part of the world – especially if you’re a grape.

We first launched Barramundi in Australia in 1990 with two blends in our range and some fancy labels illustrated by iconic Aussie artist Ken Done. Two years later we launched in the UK. By 2003 we had seven wines in the range and were producing 250ml bottles as well – handy for spur-of-the-moment adventures. Strewth! We were growing faster than whiskers on a hairy nosed wombat.

Today, we’ve ditched our 90s look in favour of fresh branding that captures the real Australia – fun-loving, friendly and full of adventure.

SAINTE NITOUCHE is a high fermentation lager with an alcohol content of 9.5%. Slightly hoppy, it has a subtle blend of spices and a round, flowery taste with a hint of bitterness and citrus notes. It has a long taste and is very easy to drink, but beware of the Sainte Nitouche effect! Although it has a high alcohol content, it does not taste so strong. Serve at a temperature of 6°C or 12 to 14°C.

SAINTE NITOUCHE BLONDINETTE 6%

SAINTE NITOUCHE is a high fermentation lager with an alcohol content of 6°. It is very refreshing and more hoppy and bitter than its elder sister. It has a long taste. Serve at a temperature of 6°C.

SAINTE NITOUCHE DU VERGER 4,5%

SAINTE NITOUCHE DU VERGER is a fruit beer with aromas of apple, blackcurrant, and rhubarb, with high fermentation and an alcohol content of 4.5%. It is very refreshing, with a subtle balance between beer and apples. It should be consumed at a temperature of 6°C.

SAINTE NITOUCHE  BLANCHE 6%

SAINTE NITOUCHE BLANCHE is a white beer with high fermentation and an alcohol content of 6%. Very balanced with a pronounced nose with citrus notes, it is the ideal beer for your summer parties.It should be consumed at a temperature of 6°C.

Houblonde Organic Triple (8%) is brewed for the first time in the world with dynamized water . Its amber and clear color will surprise you at first with its floral bouquet of hibiscus and saffron. The triple concept has been pushed to the limit. We brewed with 3 hops, 3 cereals and revisited the floral world in 3 different way s: as elixir, pistils (saffron) and petals (hibiscus). This generous and powerful beer with floral aromas offers finesse and elegance, a sweet and round flavor, with hints of delicate bitterness. HOUBLONDE is a bio ϕ dynamized beer, top fermented with re fermentation in the bottle and brewed in Belgium.

This is a wine dedicated to Marco Polo Explorer , it is made with the same varieties grapes use to produce Amarone but dried only for 60 days intend of 120 used for Amarone DOCG. The “Appassimento” is made from indigenous red grape varieties. Following a thorough and rigorous blending process, both the appassimento ( making drier the bouches in 60 days) and traditional methods are fused together in the production of this fine red wine.THE VINEYARD Located mainly in the Veronese area at an altitude of between 100 and 350 meters above sea level. Winterbeer

Wine making process The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity in order to preserve the maximum number of aromatic precursors . The harvest is carried out at night to keep the grapes fresh . The pressing takes place in an inert gas (nitrogen ) press in order to avoid any oxidation of the juices . Then , the juices ferment slowly in thermo -regulated vats between 7 ° and 8 ° C . To extract the maximum amount of aromas , the bourbes macerate at 4 ° C for two weeks , and there are filtered and added to the fermentation vats . The best vats are then selected for a precise blend to obtain the desired profile for this cuvée .

. Description :  Strong and smooth at the same time, Black {C} offers roasted aromas of coffee and cocoa, while reveling a balanced bitterness brought by North-American hop. This bitterness leave an after taste of freshness which is quite unusual for a stout. Black {C} takes its complexity and originality from its malted composition. The Belgian yeast gives to this stout a unique identity.

Its sunny slopes , cool nights and clayey -silt soils naturally make it the best white soil in the South of France . The grapes , harvested at night, are protected by organic yeasts instead of sulphates in order to avoid the development of undesirable micro - organisms . The grapes are then placed in an Inertys nitrogen press to prevent any oxidation . After cold stalling and settling , the juices ferment slowly in vats controlled in temperature at 16 ° C .

The grapes for our Malbec come from a selection of plots on the claylimestone soils of the Minervois. The harvest, with a perfect maturity and sanitary state, is protected by bio-protection yeasts, thus limiting the level of sulfites in our wines. A traditional type of wine making process is carried out in tanks at a temperature of 26°C, and a total maceration of 20 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are aged in lined concrete tanks.
