Brandy obtained from the the best red grapes must distillation in copper pots, immediately after its pressing. A long stage in oak wood barrels gives it a light brown color as well as an intense and soft taste. These taste characteristics reveals a genuine, unique and well-scented bagasse brandy.

Brandy obtained from a careful distillation, in copper still, of selected from newly fermented must wines, without addition of sulfur dioxide. It aged in the ACVCA cellars for many, many years and there acquired the brown topaz colour, as well as the aroma and deep flavour of the oak wood where it staged. It’s a fine and soft brandy, with a slightly vanilla flavour and a long and very soft finish.

Estonian Rye Ale „Eesti Rukki Eil“ 5,3% alc vol – it’s brewed using Estonian grown and Estonian malted red rye. This rye is particularly malted for bread factories for baking black bread, which is loved in Estonia and neighboring countires. As beer barley is grown in Estonia, but not malted, then rye is the only native grain we can use constantly for brewing. Beer has very distinctive black bread smell and taste – as beer is said to be liquid bread, then our rye ale is for sure one fine example of liquid bread. Excellent with salmon, herring and game.

Sparkling golden ale, where caramel malts are balanced with British hops.

Robust and smoky ale, powerful, yet gentle enough to enjoy the quiet night by the fire. Excellent with roasted meats, chocolate cake or aged Gouda.

Cracking session IPA with bags of flavour for the %, brewed with huge amounts of Citra and Mosaic.

Sweet hops dominate, with a light malt backbone underneath. Tropical fruits and fresh citrus make up the bulk of this nectar like beer, with juicy notes and a low bitterness clearing the way for another glass.

Baltic Porter „Must Eksport“ 7,9% alc vol – it’s one fine example of our only regional beer style brewed using six different malts including Weyermann Carafa Special 3 from Bavaria, British and German hops and fermented with British ale yeast. „Must Eksport“ translates as „Black Export“ and suits excellent with porkroast, chocolate cake or aged Gouda.

A powerful and hoppy IPA, brewed with American hops, giving the beer a fresh mango and grapefruit taste, with hint of lime.

Giftbox including 4 x 50 cl bottle (Blonde, Brune, Triple and Hiver or at your choice) + 2 glasses.

Sauna Saison „Sauna Alus“ 4,5% alc vol – it’s like liquid sauna as it is brewed using real birch whisks, which give the beer unique Estonian sauna taste and smell. Drink it during heating up the sauna and by the time your sauna is ready, you will be in great sauna mood. Drink it without even going to sauna and you still get pleasant sauna emotions.

Easy drinkable beer, which goes well with pork shashlik, fresh grilled salads or Brie cheese.

Light lager, which is brewed with pilsner and munich malt and Czech hops. It is classical pub beer, which distinguishes from other lagers with memorably stronger mouthfeel. 

This pale ale radiates citrus fruit from the moment you pour it to the second you finish that last sip with a satisfied sigh and sharp twist of bitterness.

Citrusy hops dominate, with a light malt backbone underneath. Fresh citrus make up the bulk of this nectar like beer, with juicy notes and a bitterness clearing the way to dive back in for one more.

Endlessly sessionable IPA with well-rounded juicy mouthfeel and appealing notes of apricot, pineapple, citrus and mango, followed by pleasant tingel of bitterness and malty aftertaste.

A responsible Smoked Porter with hints of forest and campfire well blended with the subtle spice of Nortern Brewer hops. You'll find in taste nutty roasted malt flavors mixed with dark fruits balanced with responsible amount of beechwood smoked malt, finshed with bittersweet linger.

Lumelausuja means The Snow Whisperer. It's brewed only once a year for the first of snow to accompany you through dark Nordic nights. Matching food: chocolate cake or aged Gouda.

Quality and complexity of the 2019 vintage has been confirmed by a Gold Medal at the prestigious Wine Contest Mundus Vini.

"Novapalma" Organic Pinot Grigio DOC 

"Novapalma" means New Hand in Italian and refers to our new winemaking approach that combines organically grown grapes and the most advanced techniques to enhance natural flavours.

It is a 100 % fruit distillate with a pear inside. Firstly we hav to sort out the pears and to select only the most beautiful ones. Afterwards the pear comes per hand into the bottle. 

It is a very nice gift article, for example to give as a Christmas present. 

Bombardino is a delicious egg liqueur with Whisky and rum. It is very famous in ski resorts in Italy. According to legend, a young man from Genova, who decided to leave the sea for a life in the Italian Alps, created this article. It is also ideal for Christmas markets. There are few possibilities how people can drink this product.

You can drink the Bombardino slightly heated, cold or use it also for various desserts.

Following the recipe with Coffee or without coffee.

A distillery with a long glorious tradition like ours would not be the same without grappa (from Late Latin “grappulus”) in its product range. Our grappa are mild, velvety and exceptionally smooth. We market various types.

The Grappa Original is still produced from fresh aromatic grape marc, which are exclusively from local origin. The grape marc are distilled according to traditional methods.

It is a 100 % fruit brand of Mirabellen. The law says that only the own sugar oft the fruit (in this case the sugar of the Mirabelle) may be used for the fermentation. The alcohol from the fruit brand comes to 100 % from the sugar (fructose) of the fruit.

Because of that to produce a Mirabellen fruit brandy 0,7 lt. we use about 8 kg of fruits. This ensures a constituently high quality and a unique aroma. 

Special production and careful processing characterize this high-quality hazelnut spirit. Due to the gentle roasting of specially selected hazelnuts, the hazelnut can develop its full power and an unforgettable aroma. You can find the unique taste of roasted hazelnuts in every sip. A real taste experience.

The base, Pircher Raspberry Spirit made from fresh, aromatic wild raspberries, rounded off with a hint of sugar and a little bit of aroma, gives this product its exclusive note.

Limoncello is one of the most famous spirits from Italy, which is the ideal summer drink. This lemon liqueur from Pircher is a particular pleasure, made from pure fruit juice and selected ingredients according to proven, traditional recipes, to create a delicately aromatic, classic, limoncello-style liqueur from lemon extract. Characterized by fruity and sour notes, the Limoncello from Pircher is the perfect digestive after the meal.

High quality based on proven tradition, that is the secret of the success of the Pircher distillery. And you will notice that with our Nusseler too. This special nut liqueur will spoil you with its fine, typical taste of nuts; The extra shot of grappa gives the Nusseler nut liqueur from Picrher its special note and is our contribution to your enjoyable moments.

Aromatic, sun-drenched plums are carefully processed according to established tradition. This is the prerequisite for the delicacy and pronounced aroma of the Pircher plum brandy.

1112 is our burgundy line out of our VDP winery Markgraf von Baden in Salem.

Rotkäppchen offers also various alcoholfree products in different categories. Our winemakers are using here the very innovative spinning cone process, which is far more gentle compared to other standard extraction techniques and which ensures the capture of the aromas and flavours – naturally.
