La Réserve, Maison Mirabeau’s first cuvée from Domaine Mirabeau, is a statement of Stephen and Jeany’s hopes and dreams. This limited edition, complex gastronomic rosé wine hails from their estate, which is nestled in the nature reserve at the foothill of the Maures mountains and is farmed using regenerative practices. 50% of profits from La Réserve are donated to the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, a foundation co-founded by Stephen to bring more information and research to this approach for prospective farmers and the general public.

Working the lees through periodic stirring enhances the texture of the wine, whilst the unoaked component maintains a lovely minerality and delivers aromas of yellow peach, candied apricot and freesia harmonising with notes of brioche and orange zest. A light grip and a subtle saline note provide length and balance, completing its gastronomic character. Beautiful integrated acidity across the palate, and a slightly smoky finish with notes of dried apricot.

Our stunning Dry Rosé Gin is now available in a smaller beautiful 20cl gift format. Inspired by the abundance of botanicals growing wild around our wine estate near Saint Tropez and living in an area steeped in the history of the world-famous perfume trade, we set out on creating the original rosé gin.

At its core Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is a classic Dry Gin with a gorgeous pale pink colour. True to our wine heritage, Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is built on a base of 100% grape neutral spirit, made from up-cycled grape skins which adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. This original Rosé Gin is inspired by the abundance of botanicals growing on our Domaine and throughout the French Riviera, as well as more precious ones used in the famous local perfumery trade. Lemon and Coriander botanticals add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend.

Aging 20 to 70 years old blended cognacs History 1945 In the immediate aftermath of World WarII, and 4 years of occupation, father and son Jean and Jacques, the 12th and 13th generations of Godet, find their cellars empty and their vineyards devastated. They have to resume distillation in order to replenish their stock of Eaux-de-Vie and propel their name into the 20th century. Seventy years and two generations later, their goal is achieved. Tasting Note This Extra is bottled in a handcrafted decanter enhanced with gold. Jean-Edouard Godet uses the batches dating back to this after war period of rebirth. In March 2008, Jean Jacques Godet embarked on a sailing trip to Antarctica accompanied by 10 crew members. They landed on the Antarctic continent 70° south of the equator. Our Chianti is produced from Sangiovese grapes, grown in the vineyards of the hills facing east, ripened and harvested by hand, and, after a slow maturation and refining, is bottled to become a wine of excellence with an intense red colour and a dry, slightly aromatic characteristic taste, unique of its kind. It is recommended to open1 hour before consumption, and serve at about 18°C and to accompany with roasts, barbecued meats and game but without forgetting also cheeses or first courses rich in seasonings to enhance all its taste and aroma.  

Our Rosso Toscano is obtained from a selection of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, grown in the vineyards of the exposed and eastern Tuscan hills, selected and harvested by hand. After a long maceration, it is bottled at the right moment of ripening and becomes a precious wine with an intense ruby colour and a dry, slightly aromatic cherry taste.  It is recommended to open 1 or 2 hours before consumption, serve at about 18°C, and enjoy together with grilled meats, roasts and game but also cheese or first courses rich in seasonings.  

Patxaran (25°) : Basque traditional licor based on wild sloe berries and little taste of anis. It's a eight month maceration of sloe berries in homemade «anisette». Perfect for aperitif or digestive, could be cocktailised with gin, sweet Vermouth, Angustora bitter , pink grapefuit and limon juice.

Menta ( 18°) : Fresh pepper mint licor It's a mix of green mint and pepper mint , the result is simply freshy Could be cocktailised with milk and white cacao cream

SLOE Gin: Distillited sloe berries with juniper berries , cereales , absinth , ginger , lemon and orange zest. Should be served with tonic water and garnished with dry sloe berries

For our Spumante Gran Cuvée, only the finest grapes, grown in the sunny region of Veneto, are being processed into wine. After that, the Metodo Charmat is used to transform this wine into a Spumante Extra Dry with a strong and persistent Perlage. Depenting on the year and vintage, we use different types of Grapes, mostly Glera, Verduzzo, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. The Spumante Gran Cuvée smells of citrus fruits, pears and apples, and has a very balanced taste. A perfect match for finger food, light mediterranean meals or as an Aperitif drink.

Ruby red,  full and complex with aromas of red (Morello cherry), soft spices and fresh minty notes. Good structure with supple tannins and nice balance coupled with a lovely round character and notes of cherry.

A youthful bright colour with a green hue. It offers young primary aromas of fresh herbs, lime and lemon zest with fresh white fleshed fruit. The palate is light and crisp with a zesty acidity underneath, pure and salivating with nice primary fruit notes, fresh gooseberry and a bright finish.

A chieftain of the Senones who invaded Rome in 390 B.C. JC, a designer, Pierre de Coubertin, and an engraver, Charles Brennus, founder of the French Federation of….. rugby! The Brennus Shield, as most people know, is awarded each year to the winners of the French rugby championship. For our Group’s winemakers, the product had to reflect the spirit of the name and packaging, so Brennus is only produced in vintages with a strong build and impact, vintages with big, broad shoulders!

Mohn Poppy gin is made from rye spirit in a small batch. In 1688 the island of Muhu was called Mohn, which in German means the Poppy Island. From there comes the taste and tone of the gin – hand-picked blue and green juniper berries and poppy seeds of the island.

Hand-crafted gin an intriquing blend of wild poppies, green and blue juniper berries from the unique Mohn (Muhu) island. Unfltered to maintain full flavour. The berries & seeds are handpicked and native to the isle. Base spirit is distilled from winter rye.

This vodka is made of 100% Estonian ingredients using the classic method of Estonian flavored vodka. The golden root that we use in this vodka, has been grown in the rich soil of Saare Farm in Tartu County for at least 10 years – that’s how we know that it has its best qualities.
