Hispalis Red: Color Intense red cherry color color with violet hints typical of its youth. Aromas Elegant floral nuances with a touch of pepper and undergrowth. Palate is ample and generous, with excellent sweet tannins that open out to fruity aroma notes.

Hispalis White: Color Greenish white color with straw tones. Aromas Floral aromas (jasmine) and tropical fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit. Palate Excellent balance between its acidity and light sweetness from the alcohol, getting a round and equilibrated wine.

Hispalis Rosé: Color Attractive red color with soft blue and violet hues typical of its youth. Intense and abundant tear show us a well-structured and bodied wine. The color is clear and bright. Aromas Fresh and pleasant aroma. Fruity notes remind us red fruits (both acidic and sweet as raspberry and strawberry) and tropical notes as mango. Soft tones of fresh herbs. Zenizate is a 4 months oaked wine, available in Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.  

Zenizate Monastrell: Color: Intense red cherry color with purple tones. Aroma: Fruity and floral aromas, such as rose, linked with dairy aromas. Palate: It's expressive, full-bodied, pure and persistent wine.

Zenizate Syrah: Color: Bright cherry color with dark tones, luminous violet highlights. Aromas: Delicious and complex violet aromas, black cherries, wild herbs, licorice and spices. Palate: Exuberant, with exquisite tannins which makes a long and elegant finish.

Zenizate Cabernet Sauvignon: Color: Intense garnet red color with edge slightly brick red touches because of the short stay in oak. Aromas: Keeps primary aromas such as raspberry and lychee, accompanied by tertiary aromas such as vanilla,leather or roasted aromas. Palate: On palate is velvety, round and balsamic.

ELABORATION With grapes selected from old vines (about 60 years old) and low yields, giving madurity and intensity wine, GÜERTANO Monastrell is macerated for 15 days at low temperatures. The must obtained is by ausence of the force of pressure (only by gravity) to get a higher quality wine. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, it is deposited in a French new oak barrel where the malolactic fermentation will take place, for a period of 4 months approximately

TASTING NOTES Color Intense red cherry color with purple tones. Aroma Fruity and floral aromas, such as rose, linked with dairy aromas. Nuances of smoke, coffee and some spices thanks to its stay in Oak Barrel. Palate It's expressive, full-bodied, with hints of chocolate flavour and persistent wine.

ELABORATION: This peculiar wine has been produced with short macerations of a few hours at low temperatures. After a racking process, the fermentation will be made with selected yeasts for 21 days at 16 degrees. The wine will keep in touch with its own lees

Matius is a Crianza Monastrell with 9 months in oak barrel. It is the perfect embodiment of a Monastrell from Jumilla AOP, with an affordable price and profile. Color Intense cherry-red colour with seductive edges. Aroma Presents great aromatic diversity, highlighting the aromas of mature fruit, amalgamated with spicy and smoked notes, typical for their stay in wood. Palate It's a velvety, round, well-balanced and balsamic wine.

Camelot is a Sweet red wine, based on Monastrell.  

ELABORATION: This wine is produced from over-maturated grapes in the same vines. This is possible thanks to meticulous harvestings until three times to obtain the maximum sugar production. The vineyards are more than 50 years old with very low production, not more than a kilograme per vine and year. The grapes are macerated for 15 days at low temperatures. It is produced a fermentative stop because of addition of alcohol. The must is obtained thanks to a pressing with low pressures and after of the racking process, is sent to american oak barrels for the tamed of its tannins.

La Réserve, Maison Mirabeau’s first cuvée from Domaine Mirabeau, is a statement of Stephen and Jeany’s hopes and dreams. This limited edition, complex gastronomic rosé wine hails from their estate, which is nestled in the nature reserve at the foothill of the Maures mountains and is farmed using regenerative practices. 50% of profits from La Réserve are donated to the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, a foundation co-founded by Stephen to bring more information and research to this approach for prospective farmers and the general public.

Working the lees through periodic stirring enhances the texture of the wine, whilst the unoaked component maintains a lovely minerality and delivers aromas of yellow peach, candied apricot and freesia harmonising with notes of brioche and orange zest. A light grip and a subtle saline note provide length and balance, completing its gastronomic character. Beautiful integrated acidity across the palate, and a slightly smoky finish with notes of dried apricot.

Our Chianti is produced from Sangiovese grapes, grown in the vineyards of the hills facing east, ripened and harvested by hand, and, after a slow maturation and refining, is bottled to become a wine of excellence with an intense red colour and a dry, slightly aromatic characteristic taste, unique of its kind. It is recommended to open1 hour before consumption, and serve at about 18°C and to accompany with roasts, barbecued meats and game but without forgetting also cheeses or first courses rich in seasonings to enhance all its taste and aroma.  

Our Rosso Toscano is obtained from a selection of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, grown in the vineyards of the exposed and eastern Tuscan hills, selected and harvested by hand. After a long maceration, it is bottled at the right moment of ripening and becomes a precious wine with an intense ruby colour and a dry, slightly aromatic cherry taste.  It is recommended to open 1 or 2 hours before consumption, serve at about 18°C, and enjoy together with grilled meats, roasts and game but also cheese or first courses rich in seasonings.  

Patxaran (25°) : Basque traditional licor based on wild sloe berries and little taste of anis. It's a eight month maceration of sloe berries in homemade «anisette». Perfect for aperitif or digestive, could be cocktailised with gin, sweet Vermouth, Angustora bitter , pink grapefuit and limon juice.

Menta ( 18°) : Fresh pepper mint licor It's a mix of green mint and pepper mint , the result is simply freshy Could be cocktailised with milk and white cacao cream

SLOE Gin: Distillited sloe berries with juniper berries , cereales , absinth , ginger , lemon and orange zest. Should be served with tonic water and garnished with dry sloe berries

For several decades, it has been a tradition in the northern Italian province of Alto Adige to produce a syrup from elderflowers and mix it as an aperitif with sparkling wine . This resulting drink was called "Hugo". The sparkling wine and elderflower meets fresh mashed mint, served on ice with a few fresh mint leaves. Zadi developed a ready-to-pour mix of “Hugo" from the original recipe forgoing any artificial additives. Only 100% natural extracts from the elderflower and mint leaves is used to produce the “Hugo l’originale”

For our Spumante Gran Cuvée, only the finest grapes, grown in the sunny region of Veneto, are being processed into wine. After that, the Metodo Charmat is used to transform this wine into a Spumante Extra Dry with a strong and persistent Perlage. Depenting on the year and vintage, we use different types of Grapes, mostly Glera, Verduzzo, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. The Spumante Gran Cuvée smells of citrus fruits, pears and apples, and has a very balanced taste. A perfect match for finger food, light mediterranean meals or as an Aperitif drink.

Bright straw colour. A pure nose that offers floral hints and white fleshed fruit like pear, apple, citrus and honey. The palate is off dry with a fine balance between sugar and acidity. Fresh and appetising on the palate with generous fruit on the finish. A versatile style to use well chilled for aperitif and spicy dishes like chili prawns.

Ruby red,  full and complex with aromas of red (Morello cherry), soft spices and fresh minty notes. Good structure with supple tannins and nice balance coupled with a lovely round character and notes of cherry.

AOP Bordeaux white A great value !  

A youthful bright colour with a green hue. It offers young primary aromas of fresh herbs, lime and lemon zest with fresh white fleshed fruit. The palate is light and crisp with a zesty acidity underneath, pure and salivating with nice primary fruit notes, fresh gooseberry and a bright finish.

Service Tips : To taste between 8 and 10°C ; ideal with oysters and seafoods, salmon terrine and all fishes.

A chieftain of the Senones who invaded Rome in 390 B.C. JC, a designer, Pierre de Coubertin, and an engraver, Charles Brennus, founder of the French Federation of….. rugby! The Brennus Shield, as most people know, is awarded each year to the winners of the French rugby championship. For our Group’s winemakers, the product had to reflect the spirit of the name and packaging, so Brennus is only produced in vintages with a strong build and impact, vintages with big, broad shoulders! 

Appearance: violet red  Nose: complex aromas of cooked prunes, caramel and vanilla Palate: powerful, melted tannins, lovely, round character, a great deal of fruit. This cuvée prestige can be enjoyed immediately but will also age well for another 2 or 3 years.
