Mohn Poppy gin is made from rye spirit in a small batch. In 1688 the island of Muhu was called Mohn, which in German means the Poppy Island. From there comes the taste and tone of the gin – hand-picked blue and green juniper berries and poppy seeds of the island.

Hand-crafted gin an intriquing blend of wild poppies, green and blue juniper berries from the unique Mohn (Muhu) island. Unfltered to maintain full flavour. The berries & seeds are handpicked and native to the isle. Base spirit is distilled from winter rye.

This vodka is made of 100% Estonian ingredients using the classic method of Estonian flavored vodka. The golden root that we use in this vodka, has been grown in the rich soil of Saare Farm in Tartu County for at least 10 years – that’s how we know that it has its best qualities. The spirit is burned from winter grains of a certain region of Estonia.

Vodka, which has matured with a hot chili pepper (in Latin Capsicum annuum ‘Cayenne’) and has been hand-crafted in a small batch, is meant to be enjoyed and helps when it’s cold or when you’re feeling down. It reflects both – the genuine flavor of the ancient times and the aroma and taste of the natural ingredients. This vodka is made of 100% Estonian ingredients. Organic chilli has been grown in the fields of old Kopra Karjamõis in Valga County and the spirit has been made of the winter grains of a certain region of Estonia.

Youthful purple hue

The nose is intense, ripe and modern with aromas of dark fruit like blackberry, cherry, cassis underlined byroasted oak, liquorice and dry spices.  The palate is youthful and structured with ripe but present tannin adding freshness Layers of juicy dark fruit with crushed blackberry and cassis notes supported by a fine hint of roasted oak and a long dense finish.

Chateau Pitron comes from the vineyards of the Strong House Puch of Gensac which produced wine since 17th century Thus, in 1686 the chateau was acquired by Jacques Jean of Puch and remained in the family until the beginning of 20th century It was sold in 1932 to a Sino American couple, then it was bought back in 1993 by Mr Pitron the current owner and partner of UniVitis whose major investments illustrate the strong desire to match excellence In 1995 the castle was listed as an historic monument.

Medium deep ruby with a purple hue. Floral nose with hints of red berries and plum. Supple palate with medium weight, soft tannin with a fresh acidity underneath, fruit forward and generous with a rounded finish.

Chateau Les Vergnes belonged to Gargan Baron who carried out successfully the first experiments against the phylloxera since 1879. From then on, the vineyard never stopped using modern vineyard techniques. Chateau has been certified "Integrated Farming" estate since 2005 and then certified High Environmental Value, Chateau is recently committed to a sustainable production approach, respecting a fundamental principle: to produce a quality wine that, throughout its development, respects the Men, the Earth and our Landscapes. This commitment carries the signature "Bee Orchid", a rare orchid preserved on the estate, certification label of Earthwatch Institute NGO.

Medium towards deep ruby with a purple hue. Intense, modern and expressive nose with fine notes of new oak, roasted coffee and caramel paired with ripe dark fruit – cassis, plum, dark cherry and peppery notes. The palate is dense and muscular with fine extract – grainy tannin giving structure and weight – layers of ripe dark fruit with juicy cassis and plum notes with a fine spiciness, roasted coffee and a long vigorous finish.

Since 1554, we found official writings attesting to the presence of vines farmed at the place called Les Vergnes and its domaine Beaulieu. In 1879, it became the property of Baron de Gargan, a fervent actor in the fight against phylloxera. The new methods of cultivation and wine making were set up by his manager and taken over by some famous Grands Crus Classés from Bordeaux. Purchased in 1986 to the family of the famous Maréchal Leclerc BY UniVitis, the Group has been working hard in order to produce the best wine this terroir has to offer.

Service Tips : To taste between 16 and 18°C ; ideal on red meats cooked over a charcoal fire, a leg of lamb, a roasted guinea fowl or a cheese.

The A La Cool is the brewery's alcohol free beer. This original recipe resembles a classic IPA but without the alcohol. The alcohol free beer is in compliance with the EU regulations although their is a small trace of alcohol at 0.3%vol. 

In addition, the A La Cool is certified organic.

Medium to dark ruby with a youthful purple hue. The nose is generous and modern combining roasted oak with dark fruit notes such as dark plum, cherry and cassis sprinkled with pepper and dry spices. The palate is ample and generous , concentrated fruit but rounded and grainy tannin. Roasted coffee, aniseed and dark fruit flavours with a touch of roasted wood and a long warm finish.

Josiane and Jacques are the proud owners of a 30-hectare domaine in the commune of Margueron. For them, it’s all about the earth, the terroirs, and traditional know-how. These lovers of nature, and  particularly vines, have been carrying out quality work for many years, resulting in château wines of distinctive character.  

Bright, medium deep ruby red colour. Generous nose offering ripe red berries, plum and gentle oak/vanilla notes. The palate is medium towards full with a nicely rounded texture, ripe tannin and a fresh backbone. Spicy notes of butterscotch, vanilla and pepper with a fruity and generous finish.

Service Tips : To taste between 16 and 18°C ; ideal with a Bordeaux-style entrecôte steak, roast beef en croûte or Brie de Meaux cheese.

Grape varieties : 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc

Vinification : The vinification focus is on aromas rather than structure. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc grapes are harvested when they are overripe and the Merlots when maturity is less advanced. They then undergo solid phase Thermovinification. Selected yeasts, temperature control (16-20°C max).

Appearance: garnet red Nose: intense and complex with red fruit aromas Palate: forthright with nice intensity and noticeable tannin. Lovely, clean, spicy finish.

Pinot Grigio is a fresh, fruity and soft wine, with a beautiful straw-yellow colour. It is elegant and refined, with notes that evoke ripe yellow fruit while remaining well-rounded and soft

Valpolicella doc is a fresh, honest and elegant wine of a nice ruby red with purple shades. The nose opens with fruity notes of morello cherry and floral notes of violet and cyclamen. On the palate it is a resolute wine with good acidity, pleasantly lively.

Slightly fizzy with a touch of sweet, it’s extremely pleasant and easy to drink.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Dark ruby red.

Nose: Some liquorice, dark berry, mulberry and hint of vanillin.

Palate: This Shiraz offers a gentle spice and fruit on nose, coupled with subtle toasty vanilla oak complimenting the blackcurrant/raspberry aromas. Medium bodied palate with easy tannin structure and lingering after taste.
