THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER, 8,5%Imperial Sour Al- Seafood has always been challenging partner for a beer. Yes, few beers can carry the burden, but it still required some reservations. We brewed this beer to be the perfect match for seafood. It’s crisp, strong and sour that didn’t fit under existing beer styles, so we invented new style - “imperial sour ale.” “Why then the world’s mine oyster Which I with sword will open.” – The Merry Wives Of Windsor Act 2, scene 2, 2–5. Straw yellow beer with a bright white fluffy head that quickly disappears to nothing but few white spots. The aroma gives a first strong hint that it’s not your ordinary beer. Lemon, white currant, a sour slice of pineapple. Experienced beer afficionado will also recognize the fruity sourness of lacto fermentation. The first sip is crisp and refreshing. There is not really too much point to search your beer vocabulary. There is no hop aromas or bitterness, no sweetness or chocolate from malts. It’s a different landscape. Dry white wine may be a better starting point. The sour notes from lemon, bitterness from lime, hints to pineapple and peach. In the pronounced sourness, malts get honey-like character. In the aftertaste, there is long lasting fruity sourness turning slowly tart. It pairs wonderfully with seafood. We recommend Gillardeau oysters.
LITTLE YELLOW DRAGON, 4% Spiced Sour Ale - sour ale, inspired by Asian cuisine. First, there is turmeric. As you pour out beer, it takes a bold position in aroma and color of the beer. And there is a good reason to be bold; turmeric boosts unique and bold flavor. Although turmeric dominates the aroma, it leaves plenty of room in flavor for strong sourness from WildBrew Sour Pitch bacteria. In the middle, finally, malt manages to break through and provide some malty sweetness. If you are careful, you can spot green tea cautiously peeking out behind the corner. In the end, it’s turmeric again. This time it’s less intense, more peppery and mingling along with a fruity and citrusy side of lacto fermentation.

KALEVIPOEG, 9% Baltic Porter - Too little, you get nothing out of it, but I eat seven breads and half the herring at a time, drining barrel of beer on top of it.
RED AND BLACK, 7% Raspberry Porter - Bright red temptation, dark desires, and a dash of sane mind controlling it all.The bitter temptation of dark chocolate is mixed with the passion of the bright red raspberry. The light brown head is filling the glass, and thick foam will stay as warm carpet covering deep black nectar in the glass. The aroma will start strong as chocolate malt but after hesitation gives way to raspberries and dewberries. The sip is silky and carries on the promise from the aroma - yes, it’s raspberries all over the place. But it’s not your grandma’s sweet raspberry jam, oh no. There is a full-scale war going on between roasted malts and raspberries. As soon as it feels like berries are making an advance, roasty and chocolatey will counterattack. In the midst of all this confusion, some sour notes will use the opportunity, and it’s not even clear are they from the roasty or berry front. In the end, hops will arrive with armored medevac vehicle, load all that’s left, and drive south. From the high hill, you can see them slowly driving away on the long winding roads.
BLACK SILK, 6,5% Wheat Porter - Black as night, smooth as silk. Tempting like black silk in the night. Black beer and light brown foam. Morning coffee in the aroma. First one, with the generous spoonful of sugar and fresh cream. The excitement of the new day. Exotic fruits. Fleeing and unframable fragrance of forest flowers. Smooth and silky sip will mix five different wheat malts. Coffee? You bet? Biscuits? Certainly. Coffee biscuits! With a sip of hot cocoa brewed with full milk. Lovely. At the end of the sip, wheat will show it’s sour side. In the aftertaste, there are roasted hazelnuts what are slowly getting mixed with hop bitterness.
RAVNODENSTVIE, 11% Russian Imperial Stout- The rich imperial stout which was brewed with chocolate malt and flavoured with Madagascar vanilla was born from the co-operation with the brewmaster from St. Petersburg. This proud beer might have fit to the tables of the Czar’s court in the old days but the aficionados of craft beers are entitled to enjoy it nowadays.

DAMAGE REPORT, 3% Mini IPA - Breakfast menu: Galaxy, Idaho 7, Mosaic.Cloudy pale yellow beer with small white head, leaves nice lacing. Aroma is fresh hoppy, tropical fruity, slightly citrussy. Juicy melon, pineapple and bittersweet lime peel in first nose. More bitter and resinous notes in background. First taste is tropical fruity, bittersweet - citrus peels, pineapple, whitecurrant .Tropical bittersweet fruitiness in aftertaste. Beer is surprisingly full-bodied in spite of low ABV. Well balanced tropical hoppy flavours make it really good thirst quencher, but it suits perfectly aswell with different seafood. It’s worth to try Damage Report with pan-fried tiger prawns with ginger and chili.
KAZBEK, 4,7% International IPA - according to the legend, a local hero, called Pkharmat, brought fire from the gods on top of the Kazbek Mountain and gave it to the humans thus starting the nahi people. Pkharmat himself didn’t have much luck. The evil god Sela chased him down, chained to the Kazbek Mountain and every morning Ida the falcon comes to feast on his liver. In addition to the fire, wild hops that are one of the ancestors to Kazbek hops, originate from the Caucasus. So now has it come with its lemon balm, mint and ripe papaya aromas to bring fire to the cold and plain world of the American hops. The Master Brewer has managed to stay on good terms with the falcons.
BIG INDIA, 7% West Coast IPA - India Pale Ale is one great traveller. This strong, hoppy beer was exported from England to India in the 18th century. Over time, exports decreased and, by the middle of the last century, this extraordinary beer style was in decline. In the 1980s, however, IPA was revived by American craft brewers and was reborn stronger, hoppier and is now more popular than ever. Rumours about this magnificent beer also made it to Europe and so the prodigal son made it back home. Now, a piece of this crazy hoppy-history has reached you. This gold beer celebrates a wild party of Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus hops, so there is little room for anything else.
SOLAR NEBULA, 4,5% HDHC Session IPA - Solar Nebula is something special for hop lovers. Hazy yellow beer is very aromatic and fruity. Tropical fruits like melon, pineapple in first nose, citrus essential oils in background. Taste is rather dry, bitter, grapefruity. Orange peel and resinous notes in aftertaste. Easily drinkable and very refrehsing Solar Nebula is perfect thirst-quencer for hop lovers, but suits perfectly aswell with different seafood salads. *HDHC – High Density Hop Charge
VIA LACTEA NEBULA, 6,8% HDHC IPA - Really hoppy, typical of style aroma. First nose is ripe citrussy – orange peel, grapefruit. Piney, resinous notes in background. First taste is juicy, lively and citrussy, soursweet grapefruit and orange juice. Middle taste is rather creamy and full-bodied. Hoppy bitter intensive resinous flavours in middle taste. Aftertaste is rather dry, long and intensive - hoppy, resinous, citrussy mouthfilling hop explosion. Via Lactea Nebula is really hoppy, but perfectly balanced rich IPA, which suits perfectly as thirst-quencher for hop-heads, but aswell with really spicy food.
ALASKA FOREVER, 8,5% West Coast DIPA - Rough and vigorous old-school double IPA. Only for the tough ones.
ROYAL MEHU KATI CAN, 7,5% Juicy Double IPA - Who remembers, remembers! For others - a hell of a lot of Mango and Passion Fruit.

HARASSMENT BY STOUT, 13% Imperial Stout - Sometimes lose, always win.
HARASSMENT BY BOCK, 13% Weizenbock - Sometimes lose, always win. Hazy pale amber colored beer with huge thick head, which has massive room filling aroma. First nose has lots of sweet banana characteristic to Hefeweizen. Caramelly, roasty, nutty, plums in background. Tons of different aromas and flavours here! First taste is sweeter side, bringing out classical German style wheat beer banana flavours. Middle taste is more related to bock – nutty, slightly roast, caramelly, malty. This full-bodied beer with creamy and soft texture has really long lasting vanilla and clove flavours in aftertaste. Weizenbock or wheat bock combines characteristics of a Hefeweizen and a Doppelbock. It’s rather rare to find beer style in Estonia. Harassment by Bock is really interesting and very enjoyable beer which suits well with venison, but aswell with chocolate desserts.
HARASSMENT BY SOUR, 13% Imperial Cherry ale - Bright pinkish red beer with small off-white head. First nose is very aromatic and fruity. Lots of cherry marmalade im aroma. Refreshing citrussy notes in background. Tart cherries and refreshig sourness in first taste. Ripe cherries and warming cherry liqueur in aftertaste. MODERN CLASSIC 5,5% - Pilsner is a classic. Pilsner can’t be strong or taste much like hops or have amber colour. Pilsner has to be pleasantly bitterish, light yellow in colour and refreshing. Rather predictable than noticeable hint of white wine given to this pilsner by Hallertau Blanc hops covers the seductive smile part.
MODERN CLASSIC MÄRZEN 5,2% - Aroma is a sweet mix of sweet Munich malt, nobel Saaz hops, and fruity and spicy character from the lager yeast. In the crisp sip, fine-tuned bitterness of the hops keeps the sweetness of the malt firmly under control. Märzen is classy and noble beer style. It does not run in the middle of the dance-room to dominate the scene but quietly waits for a proper moment to prove itself as a great companion. Bratwurst is an easy choice, but why not try our beer with grilled zucchini or dark chocolate cake.
In the aftertaste sweet malt and bitter hops keep their dancing their beautiful dance. Humbly and politely of course. Märzen is not your typical “in your face” craft beer but balanced and surprisingly universal and enjoyable drink.

VANA KALEV WILD TURKEY BBA, 13% Imperial Baltic Porter - Dark brown coloured beer with small brown head. First nose is rich, lots of cocoa, bitter chocolatey, cream liqueur. Mild vanilla and tobacco notes in background. First taste is bitter chocolatey, rich, oaky. Sweeter side bourbon, alcoholy, vanilla and caramelly notes in middle taste. Roasty and bitter side dry oaky notes dominating more in aftertaste. Vana Kalev is rich and powerful strong porter for those who would like to treat themselves with something tasty in cold winter evenings. It suits perfectly as digestive and aswell with nice pork steak.
HEAVEN HELL HH BBA, 14% Triple IPA - Dark brown coloured beer, thick beige head leaves nice lacing on glass. First nose is powerful, warm, bready. After few minutes strong, sweet vanilla from bourbon barrels kicks in. First taste is sweet and bready with hints of vanilla. Oaky, slightly roasty notes in middle taste. Aftertaste is citrussy, herbal, bitter, hoppy. Warming alcoholy taste in finish, but it’s smooth and complex. Heaven Hell is relatively light bodied and dangerously easily drinkable brew for style. We recommend stocking up several bottles, becouse we believe, there is huge cellaring potential. Try some Heaven Hell in two, three or five years. Heaven Hell pairs perfectly with nice date cheesekace to finish Your dinner. Serving Recommedation – Open Your bottle on 6C degrees and pour it to wine glass or Teku beer glass. On colder temperatures it surprises with sweet vanilla taste and with good drinkability. After some warming up herbal, hoppy and alcoholy tastes come in.

THE DARKEST HOUR BEFORE THE DAWN, 11% Barrel-aged maple and tonka bean stout - In the darkest hour before dawn, when it feels like light is gone forever, we are carrying the fire. This tiny spark in our hearts is carrying the light and the warmth for the entire world until the sun will set again. “The Darkest Hour Before the Dawn” is pitch black barrel aged imperial stout whose dark exterior hides shiny hope from maple syrup and tonka beans. It pours pitch black with thick and firm light brown head that leaves solid lacing on the walls of your glass. Aroma provides volumes of hints for the upcoming party. Vanilla, almonds, marzipan and maple syrup. The first sip. OK, this is pure opulence. Creamy full body starts shoveling the goodies - sweet maple syrup, aromatic mocha, darkbitter 98% chocolate, sugared almonds, and caramelly toffee. In the end, some hop bitterness and tannins from the oak barrel will try to establish bridgehead but will be quickly overpowered by sweet spices and maple syrup.
I AM WHAT I AM, 20% Barrel-Aged Naturally Fermented Very Strong Belgian Golden Ale - I am what I am, and I do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. Is it beer? Perhaps, it’s fermented. Your mileage may vary. Why? Pushing the yeast to the limits creates unique flavors. It’s hard for us to leave this space unexplored. Is it really strong Belgian golden ale? Probably not, but it was starting point. Anything else I need to know? It’s very potent beer. Best to enjoy like a port.
MY HEART'S IN THE HIGHLANDS, 21% Single malt peated ale aged in sherry barrels - “Wherever I wander, wherever I rove,The hills of the Highlands for ever I love.” We were inspired by Scottish Highlands and peated Scotch whisky. Brewed with peated malt and aged in the sherry barrel it’s more or less fermented whisky - if there is such thing. It’s best enjoyed like whisky too - in a small glass and savoring every sip. The thin layer of foam disappears rapidly, leaving in the glass bright orange beer. Dried apples, dates and hint of caramel sweetness preparing you for the main act - peat smoked malt and sherry barrels. While in the aroma, exceptionally high alcohol was somewhat hidden, there is no way around it in the flavor. The sip starts with slightly fruity and sweet but turns quickly into warming wave of alcohol. There isn’t too much form the beer vocabulary to describe the experience. Is there peat liquor? Probably smokey whiskey is much better starting point o understand the beast. In the aftertaste, there is a long tintinnabuli of peat smoke and malt sweetness.

Compared to original Rabarbra, Rabarbra Brut Organic has a lower residual sugar level of 1.1 g/100ml (Brut) vs 1.7g/100ml (Dry) of original Rabarbra and higher alcoholic strength.
Rabarbra Brut Organic has a sharp and fresh palate with rhubarb in the aftertaste. While the wine is unfiltered, it might build up some natural sediment in the bottom.

Our 2019 Fromenteau Chardonnay is exclusively from Tumbarumba, Australia, and is a standout wine in any sense of the word. With the accolades coming through for this wine already we are confident this wine will be one to remember. Showcasing vibrant fruit characteristics with a rounded finish, the 2019 Fromenteau Chardonnay highlights the quality from the region. Tumbarumba and Chardonnay is synonymous with the tones of minerality, due to the impressive limestone foundation of this region (think Snowy Mountains). The elevation definitely assists in the growing process of this Chardonnay and gives us the security of little requirement for ‘meddling’ in the winemaking process.
This Reserve Fromenteau Chardonnay shines in its own right. Full flavoured and elegantly structured as we endeavour for this range of our wines.

TECHNICAL DETAIL
A number of parcels from across several regions were fermented separately in open and closed fermentation vessels. The portions in closed fermenters were cold soaked before fermentation using the natural, indigenous yeast of each vineyard for fermentation. On completion of the primary fermentation the wines were then transferred to a combination of 2500 litre, 4500 litre casks (30%) and new (40%) and 1 year old (30%) 225 litre French oak barriques barrels for the secondary fermentation and maturation for 20 months.

Our organic vine growers respect the schedule of conditions of organic farming certified by ECOCERT : no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used and the whole vineyards are under grass.
