Coming from our hillside vineyards on the famous geological fault of Ribeauvillé. The Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé is located on the mountainside, produces Rieslings of a great purity with a nice acidity. This Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé is facing South/SouthWest at 270-350 meter heights and limited to 11.40 ha.

Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Very mineral and intense nose with flavors of mandarin, mint and ripe grapes. Dry in mouth, there is a note of lemon on the ending.

Enjoy this Riesling with shellfishes, seafood salad with citrus, sauerkraut or with dry cheeses.

To be served between 10 and 12°C. Carafe it if possible one hour before serving to allow aromas to develop.

This Pinot Gris shows smoky aromas with dried fruits at nose. In mouth, it is soft and well structured : the beginning is round, and the finish shows some notes of acidity. With time, candied fruit notes will move progressively towards exotic fruits.

With its opulent side, this Pinot Gris is a perfect companion for skilletcooked Foie Gras. You can discover it with dishes composed of mushrooms, duck or roasted veal too.

This Gewurztraminer comes from the Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim, which is located in Bergheim near Ribeauvillé. Thanks to its exposure, its distance from main mass of the Vosges, and the steep slope down to the small Bergenbach, this site has a warm microclimate. Red stony soils with chalk and marl giving some opulent and massive wines.

Strong and fruity (notes of lychee). Vigorous at the beginning, this Gewurztraminer is a gastronomic wine ! It shows a well-structured and long final tasting.

This Gewurztraminer is a charmer with Foie Gras, with Indian, Asian or Moroccan meal. It goes marvelously with exquisite desserts too.

Serve between 10 and 12°C. Carafe it if possible one hour before serving to allow aromas to develop.

This Crémant made from Chardonnay grape shows a great finesse, with lots of fine bubbles very light. Different aromas of flowers and white peach at nose. In mouth, this Crémant Chardonnay is ample with a long lingering.

A legendary vineyard, our monopoly

The monk-knight Martin Zahn owned this closed field during the 8th century and gave his name to this Clos : Zahn Acker = the field of Zahn The Clos du Zahnacker has been the exclusive property of Cave de Ribeauvillé since 1935. Old texts trace its origin to the 8th century. Local history says that Louis XIV (known as the Roi Soleil) enjoyed this wine which came from the Clos when he passed through our town in 1673. He would have savored it in an “hanap” (a cup) to be seen still in the Ribeauvillé’s city hall !

Clos du Zahnacker is an exception to the Alsace culture due to its rule. Today, the grape varietals plantation rule is still observed and the Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer are growing on the same field. Grapes are then pressed separately and vinified together, producing exception wine of great taste and long-ageing.

In the foothills of the Vosges, at the top of Ribeauvillé, the Clos du Zahnacker gets an exceptional situation. With its original 3.06 acres, it is located in the heart of the Grand Cru Osterberg area. Facing Southeast, on chalk and marl soil, this wine benefits from an ideal sunny position. The prestige of the Clos du Zahnacker and the quality policy of the winery implied to follow the strict vine growing rules which are most severe than for a Grand Cru. Soil care, weeding respect of environment, higher density in plantation, lower yields limited at 50hL/ha, 18 months ageing in bottles are the main steps to ensure a quality product.

Golden yellow color, the nose is intense and complex. At first, the Riesling dominates. Then, the smokiness of the Pinot Gris and the rose and spicy aromas of the Gewurztraminer enhance it. The mouth is full and well-structured with an explosion of citrus (lemon, yellow grapefruit, mandarin), peach, Mirabelle and spices (rose pepper and coriander). The finish is long, fine and clean ; the mark of an exceptional terroir : the Clos du Zahnacker.

Riesling is the king of Alsatian wine. Superb aromas of citrus fruit and Flintstone, well balanced mouth with an amazing length enhanced with a fine and long acidity. A ‘’Grand Vin’' to keep for ageing!. 1

This Gewurztraminer comes from the Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim, which is located in Bergheim near Ribeauvillé. Thanks to its exposure, its distance from main mass of the Vosges, and the steep slope down to the small Bergenbach, this site has a warm microclimate. Red stony soils with chalk and marl giving some opulent and massive wines.

Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Strong and fruity (notes of lychee). Vigorous at the beginning, this Gewurztraminer is a gastronomic wine ! It shows a well-structured and long final tasting.

This Gewurztraminer is a charmer with Foie Gras, with Indian, Asian or Moroccan meal. It goes marvelously with exquisite desserts too.

Serve between 10 and 12°C. Carafe it if possible one hour before serving to allow aromas to develop.

The vineyards are located on nice slopes on the famous fault of Ribeauvillé that offers a great variety of terroirs. Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Fresh notes of citrus fruits at nose. In mouth, this Riesling is refreshing too, showing beautiful aromas of lemon zest. This finish is dry.

Enjoy this Riesling with seafood : shellfishes and fishes. Discover it too with white meats or with sauerkraut. To drink young to take advantage of its aromatic richness.

Hyakunen Umeshu", a gem from Mito, the city of plums, is made from carefully selected fresh Japanese green plums.  It is a naturally rich plum wine made with carefully selected fresh Japanese green plums, natural water from the Mito Kasahara water system, honey, and brandy.  ★”NIPPON OMIYAGE AWARD”recommended goods  ★The Tenma Tenjin Plum Wine Competition 2008 was held in Osaka to determine the best plum wine in Japan. 88 brewing companies from all over Japan submitted 124 brands.  Hyakunen Umeshu was crowned the winner and received the title of "Tenkagomen".

A carbonated plum wine based on Japan's No. 1 "Hyakunen Umeshu", winner of the 2nd Osaka Temma Tenjin Plum Wine Competition.  The taste of Hyakunen Umeshu has been preserved, but with carbonation. Made from 100% Japanese green plums. Contains brandy and honey.

Ibaraki Prefecture is the second largest producer of sweet potatoes in Japan.  Since it is using the sweet potatoes grown in Ibaraki, it is a shochu which is slightly sweet and easy to drink.  This is an authentic sweet potato shochu finished in the traditional way.

Ibaraki Prefecture produces 90% of the nation's total shipments of dried sweet potatoes.  Dried sweet potatoes are high in dietary fiber, making them a highly nutritious food.  Dried sweet potato shochu "Manyuki" is made from that dried sweet potatoes.  It is the ultimate dried sweetpotato shochu that has a soft taste and leaves a hint of a sweet aroma of dried sweet potatoes.

This is an authentic barley shochu made with a traditional pot still.  It is characterized by the mellow and light flavor of barley.

Intense ruby red colour with burgundy reflections. Aromas of coffee, plum jam, ripe fruit, liquorice and cinnamon are intertwined with notes of vanilla and a touch of mint. On the palate its soft, medium bodied with almost sweet tannins that give it a long and elegant finish.

Intense dark red color with purple hues. Aromas full of blue and black fruits, hints of tobacco reflect its aging with oak. Complex on the palate, well structured.
