La Réserve de Bouscassé is a wine of the third millennium. True to his innovative and creative vision, Alain Brumont first produced La Réserve in 2007. This Madiran comes from a very specific terroir of Bouscassé vineyard, that is made up of clay-limestone hilltops. It shows a different profile than Château Bouscassé that makes it lighter and fruitier, with a new and surprising style.

The Adelaide Hills is renowned for high quality cool-climate Chardonnay. Careful fruit selection and attentive winemaking give a fresh-fruited wine with some nutty complexity and interest from lees contact. ‘Granny Smith’ acidity and almond biscotti flavours harmoniously combining into a delicious drink to enjoy with friends - the perfect start to any occasion!

Nestled alongside the oldest vines on the Bleasdale Estate are three Wild Pear trees that have been there longer than anyone can remember. These old trees have made their home on the natural floodplains of the Bremer River, sharing the benefit of this rich resource with the 1930 block of Verdelho whose grapes go on to make this wine. A crisp, fresh dry wine displaying attractive fruit salad aromas with citrus and tropical flavours. Enjoy it chilled while young.

Bleasdale continues to showcase the ability of Langhorne Creek to produce quality individualistic wines. Shiraz and Grenache were originally grown in Langhorne Creek for fortified winemaking but are proving to be excellent for table wine. Nurtured from small parcels into a vibrant, delicious drink. A medium weight red wine with lifted blueberry fruit and cherry cola notes, wild thyme, star anise, savoury and earthy characters. Depth and personality from the Shiraz with notes of rain on hot gravel, clove and citrus. Lifted fruit flavour with a fine chalky finish. Perfect when watching a summer thunderstorm

When a Wild Plum tree appeared near our Cabernet and Merlot vines a few years ago, no one questioned it. Planted on a natural floodplain, the old Bleasdale vineyards share the land with native and wild fruit trees, grown from seeds that wash in from upstream. As it is with the Wild Plum tree that gives its name to this Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend.

Verdelho was among the first varieties planted in Langhorne Creek and still thrives today. Potts’ Catch includes Verdelho from our Barrel Shed block planted in 1930.

A crisp white wine with great perfume, jasmine, melon and candied lemon flavours with crisp acidity. Enjoy chilled, naturally a great accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes.

The Second Innings Malbec label depicts Frank Potts II taking part in a family game of cricket on the Bleasdale property. Malbec is rarely seen as a varietal wine in Australia but here at Bleasdale and in Langhorne Creek it stands on its own two feet and performs well enough to earn its stripes. This wine shows vibrant primary fruit flavours of plums, red berries and pepper spice. A plush, juicy red with velvety smooth tannins

Adelaide Hills Riesling is harvested early to retain acidity and perfume. Kept cool during handling.

A crisp and refreshing wine with delicate floral and citrus aromas, honeysuckle and lime leaf. The palate is generous in flavour with zesty lemon, lime and crunchy pink lady apple flavours, tangy acid with a clean persistent finish.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills are picked for optimum freshness, harvested early to maintain acidity. Crushed and chilled followed by a short soak on skins, gentle pressing and cool tank fermentation with a proportion in oak. The wine has purity from tank fermentation along with textural interest from skin contact and some barrel fermentation. Enjoy chilled while young, over the next 2 to 3 years.

The Chardonnay fruit is handpicked directly into a refrigerated container, chilled all day and during transport. The fruit is then delivered to the historic Bleasdale cellars at dusk for whole bunch pressing in the cool of the evening. Attractive stone fruit and citrus aromas with complexity from maturation on fermentation lees. The palate is fine and long with persistent flavour supported by oak structure and length.

Bleasdale has been growing Malbec since the late 1800’s and produced the regions first Malbec table wine in 1961. This wine is dark purple with intense aromas of violets, blackberries, plums and clove spice. Drinking well now, but with the potential to be a long term cellaring prospect if desired. It is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting one hour before drinking is recommended.

Bleasdale has been using Cabernet Franc in blends for over 25 years. The opportunity to present the varietal on its own was too hard to resist, especially as a bouncy, fresh and crunchy red. This wine has been made with minimal yet attentive winemaking and is bottled with low sulphites for early consumption, a perfect spring/summer red. Bright crimson red with purple tints, the perfume is inviting with rose petal, musk and raspberry from whole berry fermentation along with some candle wax and star anise/fennel complexity. The palate is lively with a silky middle palate, some structural savoury tannins and a crunchy red apple finish.

Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is known the world over for its savoury elegance. A wine that truly speaks to a sense of place, you will discover Coonawarra's hallmark of blackcurrant, red berries and a hint of refreshing mint to the fore. Long, full and complex!

Handpicked from some of our oldest estate vines, this Syrah has been fermented with 20% whole bunches before pressing to French Oak puncheons for 9 months maturation. Leading with spice and savoury perfume, the palate shows blue and blackberry fruits supported by old vine tannin power and persistence.

Crafted from Sangiovese, it shimmers with a dusky, orange hue. It’s dry, savoury, refreshing and moreish. Hints of caramelised orange, aniseed and a touch of Turkish Delight.

This Reserve Shiraz is rich and full-bodied, matured for 18 months in French and American Hogsheads, with flavours of dark berry fruits, black pepper and savoury spice. Pair this traditional Aussie Shiraz with your favourite cut of steak, served with a smooth pepper gravy. Decanting prior to drinking is recommended

Blended from some of the best parcels of Shiraz and Cabernet from the 2019 harvest. This wine shows an abundance of black fruits - blackberry, blackcurrant and plum with a well balanced, medium-bodied palate. The tannins and oak contribute to the structure and length of this traditional Langhorne Creek blend. It is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting one hour prior to drinking is recommended.

A single vineyard wine from our very best Shiraz vineyard, located behind the cellars. The block is planted to three clones and pruned to various methods to enhance the layers and complexity of the resultant wine. An agile viticultural strategy to thrive in drought or flood. Pure crimson, an intense and powerful wine. The accent is on dense blackberry, liquorice and spice with bitter chocolate and savoury tannins running through the length of the palate. Estate grown, vinified, matured and bottled.

Frank Potts led the local army equipped with his trusty muzzle-loader ‘The Iron Duke’, named for the Duke of Wellington. This wine celebrates Frank’s community leadership. This wine has been naturally fined and racked before bottling without filtration, it is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting two hours prior to drinking is recommended.

When Frank Potts settled on the floodplains of the Bremer River in 1850, he soon established a system of floodgates, locks and weirs that would allow him to manage the natural floodwaters that flowed through his property.

Torus is a wine of the third millennium. True to his innovative and creative vision, Alain Brumont first product Torus in 2000 as a new style of Pacherenc du Vic Bilh that is rich and surprising. It is made from a selection of 20 year-old vines in Montus and Bouscassé vineyards. Torus has been praised many times in the international press as an attractive concept of southwest France.

Notes of white flowers, white fruits (peaches, pears), intense freshness on the palate and roudness in the mouth.

In 1990, while he was seeking even better terroirs, Alain Brumont found 10 hectares of uncultivated slope located on the highest point of Madiran (260meters). He detected a huge potential there, so that he decided to acquire the parcel in order to plant it with Tannat. La Tyre is the name of this amazing place. This cuvée is the result of a selection of the best grapes and a rigourous work thereafter.

Since the first harvest in 1985, this 100% Tannat astonish the world by outclassing some of the greatest French wines in many tastings. Château Montus Prestige arises from the selection of the best terroirs in Montus vineyards and highlights all the qualities of Tannat, the local variety.

Château Montus Prestige is the first 100% Tannat of Madiran, firstly harvested in 1985 on 2 hectares of 2-year-old vines. It got worldwide recognized as a great wine. It can be found in prestigious restaurants and wine cellars in many countries.

Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh is one of the oldest appellations: a magic word that  means respect and secret. Moreover, this dry white wine has taken advantage  of the rigorous work made on the barrels for 20 years at Château  Montus. Indeed, the specificity of this wine results from the wine process and  its ageing in demi-muid barrels of 600 liters. The effect of the wood is  thereby reduced and ensures the preservation of fruity aromas all the whilst  mainting a perfect balance, resulting in a highly qualitative wine.

This wine has richness, a good structure and mineral notes. Petit Courbu provides the soft, fresh and floral notes.

The oaky character is well integrated and discreet.

There is a long finish, freshness and roundness in the mouthfeel.

The Negroni cocktail, is in a ready to drink receipe, is low alcohol and is an excellent aperitif and a smooth digestif.

The Negroni cocktail was created in Florence in 1918.

The story behind this famous Italian drink is that the Count Negroni, asked his favourite bartender, at the Giacosa bartender Angelo Tesauro, to spike up his Americano by substituting seltz with gin.

Florentines loved the drink so much that started asking for an Americano in the count Negroni style, and so the legend was born.

One of the oldest Italian liquors and among the very few anise spirits that do not contain sugar, Mistrà Pallini is made from the essence of seven types of aniseed with green anise, star anise, fennel seeds and enriched by a bouquet of typical Mediterranean flowers, as the elder flower and angelica.    

This tonic liquor has a long history in the central part of the Italian peninsula. It was known for the digestive and purifying properties since the African War, when it was used for the military rations as a tonic alternative.

Moreover, during the Italian Futurism – which is one of the most influential artistic and social movement originated in Italy – in the early 20th century, Mistrà was one of the ingredients utilized for the 19 futuristic “Polibibite”.

Pallini Gran Caffè is made using the purest coffee infusion without any aroma or coloring addition.

During the production process, the coffee grains are toasted, ground and infused over a short period of time in order to keep the freshness of the product.

Pallini Gran Caffè has a wide range of usages: from dressing ice creams to make the original Tiramisù, or in both summer and winter cocktails to give a great coffee flavor. Least but not last, it can be enjoyed poured over ice.

Sambuca 313 combines the classic sambuca ingredients star anise and green anise with a selection of other ingredients, as elderflower, cardamom and cinnamon.

“313 Sambuca” name came from the distance in meters walked by Virgilio Pallini in 1920 from the Pantheon to Via dei Pastini  101, Pallini’s previous address  in Rome center, before having to move to the current location in Via Tiburtina, 1314.

Maraschino is part of the great Italian spirit tradition. It was used in cocktails since the dawn of mixology.

The key ingredient are the exquisite Marasca cherries. The production process consists of the infusion of only the pulp of the cherry.

This production process guarantees a full-bodied cherry taste.

Liquorizia Pallini is made with licorice roots without any coloring and preservatives.

The taste is likable and velvety.

A 23 year old Aszú wine with 118 g residual sugar. We kept the wine 19 years in traditonal tokaj barrel. Deep amber colour, very intense flowers, honey, dried apricot, a hint of herbs and nuts on the nose. Rich, thick, oily structure on the palate with toasted nuts, herbs and dried apricot. Alcohol: 10.5%

Limon d’Oro is a nicely balanced Limoncello. It is made with lemon peel infusion and does not contain preservatives.

Serve Limon d’Oro neat, straight from the fridge, at the end of a great meal, or mix it into cocktails and in creative recipes!

Formidabile is a natural bitter liqueur handmade through a process of maceration of aromatic and officinal plants in pure grain alcohol.

Is produced through cold maceration in grain alcohol of various botanicals without the aid of additives, coloring, caramel or any type of synthetic or natural flavor.

The complex bouquet of Amaro Formidabile arises from the combination of herbs, flowers, barks, roots and fruit peels with concentration percentages that are much higher than what is suggested in the literature on the subject. Cinchona, Chinese Rhubarb, Damask rose, Roman Wormwood, Gentian, Bitter Orange Peel, Burdock, Cola Nut, Star Anise and Milk Thistle are just some of the botanicals.

Amaro Formidabile is the only amaro with the vintage statement on the label.

It is a ready-to-drink wine, but it can be kept for a long time (10 years). Color: Intense ruby Hue: Has some faint garnet reflections Aroma: Elegant and complex with the presence of well-ripe red fruits combining with notes of cinnamon and spices, of high refinement. Taste: Soft with good tannin structure. It has a long and authentic finish, in keeping with its tradition.

It is a wine that can be kept for another 5 years. Appearance: Bright and crystal clear Color: Bright Citrine Aroma: Very delicate, with notes of orange blossom, lime and lemongrass involved with nuances of fresh wood where it aged. Taste: In the mouth it shows a fresh and mineral structure with harmony and exquisite persistence.

Gold of Mauritius is a Dark Rum typical of the Southern Hemisphere. It is produced from molasses in the traditional method, and is blended to perfection from several excellent Mauritian distillates. This light and mouthful rum gives us notes of oak, malt and roasted nuts. Well balanced nose, mouth and aftertaste. “Gold of Mauritius” captures the spirit of the island.

Produced in small batches Gold of Mauritius is extremely smooth and light.

Gold of Mauritius is savoured pure, with little ice, but it is also appreciated in classic cocktails like Old Fashioned or Manhattan.

Representing the voluptuous Mauritius as a whole, Gold of Mauritius EMERALD EDITION is a blend of 5- year old rums of various casks. The rum reaches its harmonious and aromatic flavour after maturing.In 2020 the rum was awarded a Silver Medal at the Spirits Selection of Concours de Bruxelles. It previously already received two gold medals at the World Spirits Awards 2016 and 2017 and a bronze Medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2016.

Solera 8 discloses a completely new experience of the classic Gold of Mauritius thanks to its evolution over a long 8 years. An old rum which brings heavier and more mouthful notes of chocolate, nuts and coffee.

The ROM CLUB Caramel Liqueur is a very delicious and soft treat. Notes of caramel, toffee and white chocolate deliver an enticing and rich liqueur full of flavour.

A mature dark rum from traditional, artisanal Mauritius. This is a 7-year old molasses-based rum (from a column–still) aged in new French Oak Barrels which gives it a profile of strength and power. For this artisanal range, the Vintage year is the year the rum is removed from the barrels and bottled.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, there are notes of oak, vanilla, and sugarcane. On the palate, notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, dates and finishes on woody notes of cinnamon and nutmeg - very smooth on the tongue.

The Single Spiced Vanilla is a molasses based young rum from Mauritius, with a smooth, light and elegant taste. It has been infused with the finest natural Bourbon vanilla.

Hand sourced from the rolling  hills of Tuscany and the green  heart of Umbria. The crops  grow at high elevations where  there are few trees and many  wildflowers. The Italian berries  are a smaller, higher grade,  more complex and fruity in  flavour. 

Crafted using the true  essence of Italy - Pinot  Grigio, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo  and Barbera. These grape  varieties can all be found in  Italy’s finest growing regions  that circumnavigate the  idyllic Lakes of the north.

Southern Italy is blessed with  a Mediterranean climate. Sunny hot days and cold  nights, coupled with unique  terroir, gives the citrus fruits  a typical sweetness and taste  that is very difficult to find  anywhere else in the world.

Blessed with over 50  years distilling heritage  the distillery is situated inRavenna, within the northern  Italian province of Emilia  Romagna, a diverse region  home to seaside towns,  historic cities and incredible  Italian gastronomy.

An attractive salmon-pink colour with potpourri, subtle spice and fennel aromas. The palate is lively with initial spicy fruit flavours of cherry and bramble leading to a crisp, ultra-dry finish.

WINE MAKER’S NOTE: An attractive pale light pink colour with subtle forest fruit and spice aromas. The palate is lively with floral notes and raspberry flavours leading to a crisp, ultra-dry finish.

VINTAGE: Wet Spring and early Summer made for long slow ripening in 2021. This provided good condition for flavour development in red varieties for Rosé production.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were crushed and chilled to very low temperatures. The lightly pressed juice was clarified, fermented and held cold until bottling.

Pale green-straw colour with lifted spice, fig and pear aromas. The palate is beautifully soft and fleshy with a dry and crisp flavoursome finish.

Bunkers celebrates some of Margaret River’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.

There is no more magical sound than the songs of Supertubes. The hum of perfectly formed barrels off Smith’s beach has lured many. If the call is too loud, luckily Pinot Grigio pairs perfectly with a sun chair and ice bucket. Pinot Grigio, originally from the north of Italy, is a crisp, refreshing style with great length and flavour. Pronto!
