It was an outstanding vintage. 2018 was particularly warm resulting ripe, complex wines with excellent flavour concentration. The natural acidity of the Furmint grape and the supporting volcanic terroir create the strong acid back bone that made this wine so well balanced.
Excellent minerality along with ripe yellow apple and a touch herbs like nettle and grass. The oak adds an extra layer of flavours of clove and hazel. This wine already shows sings of tertiary flavours of hay and petrol. This wine has a great potential to be aged for decades.
The wine works well with pork sirloin, baked pork chops and creamy chicken.

2017 was a classic Tokaj vintage so to speak. Due to a short period of temperature drop at the beginning of September the botrytis development began a bit later this year and therefore the styles of this Aszú is a bit more refined and elegant.
This wine has a very well-defined fruit character of ripe red apple, pear jam, mango, apricot and candid lemon peel combined with coconut, marmalade and caramel lent by the Hungarian oak. It also has outstanding acidity that keeps this wine fresh and crisp.
This wine is drinking well along with foie gras, blue cheese, and last but not least can give an unparalleled experience with Cuban cigars.

A saga from the year 1763
Every tale has a beginning, but few have a beginning as majestic as that of Estonian vodka.
The story starts with Catherine the Great, the Empress of Russia, who had come to favour
the production of an Estonian distillery near St. Petersburg. Why? History remains silent on
this, yet the following fact speaks volumes – in 1763, Catherine the Great signed a decree
which opened the door to the tables of Russian nobility for her favourite vodka. We may say
that this established the foundation of the vodka industry in Estonia as in only a few decades,
the number of distilleries grew to over 700 and Estonia became the principal vodka provider
in St. Petersburg.
Saaga 1763 vodka denotes the origin story of Estonian vodka and its golden age in
St. Petersburg.
A rich and round aromatic power, with good amplitude and length. On the nose, first come fruity and woody notes, then come notes of honey, cocoa and finally softwood. In the mouth, the attack is clear and direct with structured aromatic amplitude as well as a velvety feel with a note of blond tobacco

The expressive nose opens on an iodine and smoky note of licorice. In the mouth, the attack is clear and direct with an assertive peat of ashy note, but which remains aerial. This classic characteristic of whisky remains present during tasting with a beautiful length.
3 years of aging, 100% bourbon barrels to let the peat fully express itself.

On the nose, this whisky is expressive. It has finesse and a certain elegance with spices such as pepper and cardamom. In the mouth, there is a tension between spices and freshness that prevails. It offers a beautiful length, too. Thus, the promise of the nose is kept in the mouth.
3 years of aging, 50% of the blend in new American oak barrels, 50% in bourbon barrels. Finish in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels for 1 year

Black Irish is Irish Whiskey at its darkest. Smooth Irish Whiskey meets rich dark stout with infusions of chocolate malt and roasted barley.
Aroma: Sweet, roasted malt, vanilla, rye bread, soft spice Taste: Creamy, brown sugar, dark chocolate, caramel, tropical fruit Finish: Bitter, cocoa, coffee, butterscotch, stout
Blend of 100% Borderies eaux-de-vie. This cognac spends 10 months in new oak barrels before being put into matured casks.
At the end of its 12-year aging period, it will spend 9 to 12 months finishing in new Japanese oak barrels, the Mizunara. We find candied fruit, smoked and oaky notes.

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale straw some green. Attractive lifted citrus, nectarine varietal Chardonnay flavours with subtle oak complexity. Palate is textured and vibrant with great persistence.
VINTAGE: Wet Spring and early Summer made for long slow ripening in 2021. This provided good condition for early flavour ripeness in Chardonnay.
VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams over ironstone. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.
VINIFICATION: Grapes were night harvested and the juice cold pressed. Fermentation in seasoned oak barrels resulted in textured wine with bright Chardonnay fruit flavour from early bottling.
WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale pink coral colour with lifted strawberry, fairy floss and floral aromas. The palate is delicate and vibrant with a crisp dry finish.
VINTAGE: Wet Spring and early Summer made for long slow ripening in 2021. This provided good condition for flavour development in red varieties aimed for Rosé production.
VINEYARDS: Grapes for this wine were sourced from our vineyards in the northern end of Margaret River and selected growers across the region giving us layered flavour profile and texture.
VINIFICATION: Grapes were pressed off, clarified and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel, then bottled early to retain freshness.
WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Bright, vibrant purple red with a medium intensity. Lifted spicy Shiraz fruit with a nice touch of oak. Palate is medium weight with bright spicy fruit and medium weight tannins to finish.
VINTAGE CONDITIONS: 2020 was a perfect vintage for red wines. The maturation period through the growing season saw the classic Margaret River weather patterns giving rise to good canopy development and soil moisture levels with good maturities across all varieties.
VINEYARDS: Sourced exclusively from our vineyards in the northern Margaret River where gravelly soils and warmer conditions than average for the region combine to impart rich and vibrant varietal flavours on our reds.
VINIFICATION: Fermented for nine days on skins and then pressed to oak where fermentation was completed. The wine was rotated through 20% new oak for twelve months before a light fining and bottling.
WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Deep colour with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a velvety and fine structured palate.
VINTAGE CONDITIONS: The 2018 growing season was characterised by above average winter rains followed by a dry spring free of high winds that led to good flowering and fruit set. Slightly cool and dry conditions prevailed into summer leading to long and consistent ripening. These were ideal conditions for our reds with a fine Indian summer that help develop excellent colours and fine tannin structures in the final wine.
VINEYARDS: Located in north of the Margaret River region our vineyard was planted almost 20 years ago. Low yielding and now mature.
VINIFICATION: Machine picked grapes were fermented in static fermenter and pumped over daily. On dryness, the wine was run to seasoned French oak barrels. It was finally bottled after 16 months in oak and laid down for further maturation until release.
WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale straw green in colour with a complex bouquet, nutty and lifted. The palate is fine and deep with a long finish.
VINTAGE CONDITIONS: An excellent vintage for Margaret River Chardonnay.
VINEYARDS: The fruit for this wine was sourced from a single vineyard site – one of our vineyards in the Northern Margaret River wine region. The vineyard was planted over 17 years ago, a mature and low yielding site.
VINIFICATION: Hand-picked grapes were chilled overnight and whole bunch pressed. The juiced was fermented with wild yeast in barrel where it remained for eight months, then carefully clarified and bottled.
WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Deeply coloured, with the classic unmistakable Margaret River bouquet of briar Cabernet with a rich and structured palate.

VINIFICATION: Hand-picked grapes were fermented in open containers and plunged daily. On dryness the wine was run to new barrels. Racked several times, it was finally bottled after nine months in oak and laid down for further maturation until release.
Rich, robust and bursting with vanilla flavor. Aromas of berry popsicle and sangria with a supple, crisp, sweet light body and a polished, amusing, medium-length dulce de leche gelato, sassafras, creme brulee, mixed berry jam, and nutty pancakes finish. A sweet, fruity and spicy flavored rum, this vanilla rum has character and some spiciness, which makes the rum stands out in any cocktail or simply sipped neat, just as it should be.

Highball Express Rare Blend is a range of 3 sku's (12YO, 18YO and 23YO) brown rum originating in the Caribbean. It has been allowed to mature for the indicated number of years.
It is made with rums from the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, Guyana, Barbados and Jamaica. You taste a flavor of chocolate accompanied by a good amount of fruit. It has an alcohol content of 40%.
