“L’Effervescence des Marques” create Champagne cuvées for private labels and provide them with a service that results in their “personalized blend”. So that we reinvent the business Model for a traditional product.
As the french writer Paul Guth said, "Champagne exalts life to a dream-like state". Our concept taps into a brand's DNA to capture its emotion and to develop its temper in the effervescence of a champagne. By creating their own personalized cuvée, we make it possible to literally "taste" the brand. Finally, mindful of the real experience of each customer, we seek to tell a senseful brand story, through the creation of a unique sensory identity...
Through our approach, we have convinced the entire ecosystem of champagne which was resolutely centred on its material value. Next to the models of merchants and cooperatives, we are introducing a modern model focused on the use value of a product, by associating it with the universe of big brands.
L'Effervescence des Marques' offers an exceptional sensory and experiential dimension to the brand universe. In fact, its champagne could be known worldwide for its flavour and finesse, and its prestigious designation of origin will symbolize the excellence of rare and precious moments.

Les Fayes was created in 1942 by Mr Thomas.
In 1964, the dairy was in full flow. Then the location has been selected and the dairy has been built. 3,3 millions liters of milk were processed.
In 1967, the dairy collected 23 millions liters of milk for 1.200 producers. The dairy produced fresh milk, butter, yogurt, fresh pasta and fresh cheese mould in ladle.
In 1976, the dairy increased its production capacity. In 1985, the dairy "Les Fayes" joined to create the "ULCPL" (Standing for Charente Poitou Limousin dairies union).
In 1990, after many new subscribers, the company renamed into Lescure Bougon.
In 1995, Lescure Bougon joined to the "GLAC" (standing for the merger between the cooperatives "Charentes Poitou dairies") and merges all its cooperatives. Within the specialization of the industrial sites, a UHT milk workshop has been created at the "Les Fayes" dairy.
In 2012, the 4 cooperatives and the 2 unions that are making up "le GLAC" decide to merge and to change their name. The cooperative is renamed "TERRA LACTA".
In 2015, TERRA LACTA hives off the "Les Fayes" dairy in order to enhance the actual ranges and to develop new products.
Since the beginning of its creation, "Les Fayes" produces natural, fresh and tasty products such as the whole Limousin French area.
In “Limousin”, all these conditions are met to produce an exceptional milk. Our cows live in an environment that bring to a high quality milk production. They have absolutely nothing to envy to the “Normand” cows; quite the opposite! The landforms, the geology, the forecast and the qualitative grass in abundance are the main ingredients of success.
At the “Les Fayes” dairy, we trust in the respect of raw materials. Our dairy farm, TERRA LACTA, collects the milk with the greatest care from farms of the Limousin area, which are partners of "Les Fayes". To preserve all the sensory qualities, our Fresh Cheese and our Faiselle are mould in ladles.
At "Les Fayes" dairy, the taste is our highest concern. We never add proteins, preservatives or other additives that would disturb the natural quality of our milk. All our products are made in our dairy, in order to keep on with our traditions. We obtain premium, natural and tasty products.

L'atelier du Pain is an organic artisan bakery situated in the heart of Belgium. Here you only find bakers with a real passion for food and craftsmanship. Quality is priority. We are part of the group Le Pain Quotidien, for which we develop exclusive recipes. Today, our products are available far outside the Belgian borders. Depending on the needs of our customers, and the logistic possibilities, we deliver fresh or frozen products. Because consumers are always looking for variation, we anticipate on trends and seasons. Every season, we surprise our customers by offering creative solutions for bread, viennoiserie and patisserie. While l'Atelier du Pain is an artisan bakery, each bread is hand-made by real, passionate bakers, and therefor unique ! Most of our breads are prepared with only 4 ingredients : flour, water, salt and....time. Thanks to the long fermentation process lasting 8 tot 30 hours, the dough has enough time to develop a full flavour and structure. Because we also bake on stone, our organic breads - mostly made with sourdough and without preservatives - have a slightly acidic flavour. The process results in a bread that is more cripsy, stays fresh for a longer time and is easy to digest. Besides bread and baguettes, we also produce organic viennoiserie with real butter and other products like muffins, cake and savouries.

Elvida Foods is among the leading companies in Greece in the production of Authentic Gyros, Souvlaki and meat based products. It is the company that initiated the industrial production of Frozen Gyros and Souvlaki 16 years ago.
● In 2002, “Hellenic Gyros” established one of the first production lines of Gyros in Greece. The production line for us is not only mass production but also standard level of quality, specifications of products, and advanced production methods. With the addition of the excellent choice of ingredients and the personalized customer service, all resulted “Hellenic Gyros” in being the market leader in just a few years.
● In 2006 the shareholders structure changed and new development paths were created. Other product categories were launched to be addressed not only to Grill Houses but also to restaurants, hotels and the retail market. Hellenic Gyros, our historic brand name, remained and we initiated Nostimost as an additional brand name dedicated to retail. At the same time we changed our corporate name to Elvida Foods to reflect our new product lines and expand our presence to new export markets. ELVIDA FOODS is the largest tailor made producer for wholesale and retail in its category and exports PL worldwideto various markets.
Since the first years of its operation, ELVIDA FOODS remains focused to the high quality and safety of its production lines. They are all certified according to ISO 22000, IFS, BRC standards. Due to automatic traceability and the minimization of human intervention, we can support with real data the constant high quality of all of our products. It is our pride that the ELVIDA FOODS factory has been successfully audited 3 times for best practices by the European Federation of Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
● In recent years, Elvida Foods has participated in all national committees and initiatives in order to establish official norms and specifications for the production methods of several traditional Greek products including Gyros and Souvlaki. Additionally, we have taken several international initiatives to protect the authenticity of Greek Gyros.
From day one, ELVIDA FOODS’ export strategy was directed to the end consumer through retail stores all over the world. Today, ELVIDA FOODS operates in Europe, USA, Canada and the Arabic Peninsula, exporting products to more than 20 countries all over the world. Recently, Elvida Foods completed 3 different investment programs, investing more than €3 million. Our premises now cover 6,000sqm and we never stop investing in state-of-theart machinery and most of all, people. “The highest level of our 150 employees here at ELVIDA FOODS and our passion for quality and delicious authentic Greek food, will always be the key drivers for our success in the future,” commented CEO Dr Stelios Skaribas.

Ever tried plant protein that looks and tastes like chicken, but is in fact 100% plant-based? Try Plenti® plant-based meat alternatives from Ojah and join the plant-based protein market!
Ojah B.V. is a young and ambitious company that texturises plant proteins by high moisture extrusion processing, resulting in a meat like substitute with that particular ‘bite’ and texture. We only use two ingredients, which are plant based proteins and water. We first of all use sustainable and non-GMO soy, but are very proud to now also launch our new products made of pea protein. We still believe soy is a very appropriate meat substitute when looking at the nutritional values, but keep innovating with alternative plant proteins. Due to the demand for alternative plant proteins, we now launch our pea protein products. The biggest advantages of pea protein, is that it is a non-allergen and that the peas are grown in Europe. Our products are called ‘Plenti’, because of its versatility. Plenti can be used as an ingredient for many different end-products, variating from burgers, to canned products, ready-eat meals, fresh meals etcetera. Plenti plant protein is vegan, glutenfree, Clean Label, non-GMO and most of all: delicious! Plenti can be delivered frozen and in packaging for industry, foodservice and retail.
We dream of a vegetable revolution and produce sustainable plant protein products, to maximise this transition. With our products, we want to inspire people around the world to choose products made of plant proteins. We believe that we can only accomplish this by working closely together with partners who know the local market, thus we seek for new potential partners. Our talented R&D team has much expertise with plant based proteins and are ready to help you develop your new product.

It’s true. We have added no sugar, and yet created an amazing ice cream that has all the taste sensations of traditional ice cream, and we certainly have not compromised on taste.
We believe that the good things in life shouldn’t feel less good simply because they are better for you. That’s why we have asked a gourmet chef and an ice cream manufacturer with 35 years of experience to develop the recipes. You’ll taste the difference! The sweet, rich and smooth ice cream will melt your heart forever!
The cool thing about our ice cream is that it is both completely free from added sugar and at the same time tastes and feels like the real deal– sweet, rich and smooth. We only use blood sugar friendly sweeteners and have made the choices that are best for the ice cream and for you.
Everyone´s a winner. But why should everyone else have to put up with fattening ice cream? No one has ever benefitted from tonnes of sugar. That’s why Wauw ice cream is an exciting alternative that doesn’t leave you with the feeling that you are eating a boring replacement.
Wauw is created from a simple basic substance: Good, solid ingredients, maximum flavour, and a resounding goodbye to added sugar.
Wauw Ice Cream is being produced in a BLC certified ice cream factory in Sweden and is so far available in major retailers in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
