Our organic rum is distilled from organic cane sugar and organic molasses, imported from South America,  in our copper pot still. The beginning and the end of the distillate (also known as the heads and the tails) are set aside so that only the purest rum from the middle of the batch is bottled. The rum is aged in French oak barrels to give a rich and woody note to the spirit. The maturation is performed in small casks for a fast and intense process, to give this rum  38% AV. The final result is a rum which is strong in the nose and opulent on the palate.

Meteor Ale Bio 5,5% ABV has been brewed with the unique Alsatian Barbe Rouge hop. It is an ale inspired by the traditional Saison brews from Northern Europe. The selected yeast strains bring spicy and fruity notes and a bittersweet finish.

Nose : Spicy, fruity and hoppy.

Palate: very aromatic with spicy (pepper and clove), apple and red fruits notes. Thirs quenching and hoppy with marked bittersweet notes.

L’apéritif à la Française appears around the 1920s. The recent peace is celebrated at the end of the day, returning form farm fields or on the way out of factories, by the counter or on the terrasse. A merry friendliness is shared around local French drinks : mistelle, gentian, absinthe, bitters, surrounded by friends or passing-by strangers. This moment of comradeship becomes in no time a constitutive ritual of the French culture.

However, in the fifties, under the American influence, the French turn away from l’Apéritif in favour of more standardized drinks : imported mass-produced spirits, with stronger abv, and naturally less propitious for conviviality. 

Within the past few years, l’Apéritif à la Française got a new lease of life with French craft products. Tastier, with more character, less alcohol, less sugar, for unique drinks.

This Extra-Old Calvados was conceived to reflect the richness and diversity of Normandie’s Old eaux-de-vie. A blend created with Calvados aged from 10 to 27 years in french oak barrels, pulled from the cellars of three Calvados houses across Normandie. 

Three terroirs and two distillation methods are involved. Calvados from the Pays d’Auge and Eure regions, double-distilled in a pot still, and Calvados from the Manche area, single-distilled in a column still. 

A rich and round Calvados, expressing the whole complexity of Normandie’s terroirs. A great gateway into Calvados for the Scotch and Rum lover. 

Before being aged 2 years in casks to become a Calvados, the Normand cider distillate comes out of the still as a crystal-clear liquid. There is nothing closer to the fruit and terroir than Eau-de-Vie de Cidre de Normandie A.O.C. 

Trente & Quarante uses a unique process by blending two cider eaux-de-vie. The first one comes from a single column still, in the South-West of Normandie. It brings fruitiness, nervousness and freshness. The second one is double distilled in a Cognac-style pot still, in Calvados Pays d’Auge A.O.C., which brings more complexity, fat and more nuanced fruit, floral and spiced flavours. A delicate, supple, electric eau-de-vie to be served as a digestif or in a cocktail.
