Since three generations completely devoted to their work with flour butter and sugar, in the sixties J.A. Arruabarrena, whilst remaining loyal to the family tradition of artisanal methods decided to venture into the world of confectionery and pastry making.
Soon, he decided to concentrate on pastry-making in its most varied forms and over the last 30 years have acquired a very specific expertise in pastries with honey. During this period we have adapted our artisanal processes, passed down from one generation to another, to the most modern, advanced techniques of preparation, shaping and baking.
Currently, we have a modern production plant, located Pina de Ebro (Zaragoza) with 10 advanced baking lines, plus several fermentation lines for bakery products, with a production capacity that enables us to be present throughout the whole of mainland and insular Spain, as well as giving us a firm foothold in the EU markets. We also have our own fleet of refrigerated trucks to guarantee the delivery of our products from the oven to the end consumer in the shortest time possible.

Wilthagen Vleeswaren BV is ontstaan uit een slagerij in Krabbendijke, een dorp in Zeeland. Deze winkel, die zijn eigen vlees slachtte, produceerde regelmatig veel varkensspek als bijproduct. Het spek werd met de hand gesneden, gezouten en gefrituurd om Nibble Bacon te maken. Vanaf 1975 was er een toename van de vraag naar dit product vanuit andere slagerijen en supermarkten. Aanvankelijk werden deze klanten tot 1984 voorzien van onze Nibble Bacon. Daarna werd de slagerij verkocht en verhuisde het bedrijf naar Yerseke. In 1984 zijn we gestart met de verkoop via het groothandels- en retailkanaal. Hierdoor breidde ons bedrijf flink uit en werd de locatie Yerseke te klein en verouderd. In 1996 werd in Tholen een nieuwe bedrijfseenheid gebouwd. Dit bood ons de mogelijkheid om alle activiteiten die we tot dan toe uitvoerden te mechaniseren, wat resulteerde in een modern (BRC, GMP+ en EDI gecertificeerd) bedrijf. Het gebouw werd in 2004 uitgebreid. Wilthagen Vleeswaren BV is nu gecertificeerd leverancier voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en zet daarmee de toon voor de toekomst. U kunt van ons hoogwaardige, halffabricaten verwachten. Sinds begin 2007 is Wilthagen Vleeswaren BV gevestigd in een nog grotere productiefaciliteit. Wij richten ons op het koken, schroeien, frituren en grillen van spek en vleesproducten. Deze producten zijn klaar voor consumptie of kunnen worden gebruikt in maaltijden, pizza's, sauzen, salades, gesneden groenten en sandwiches.

Our wines try to show the essence of the wines of La Mancha. That is why the main grapes used are Tempranillo and Airén, native grapes of this area, combined with other international as Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot. This type of grape blends perfectly with Spanish cuisine, as casseroles, hunting and cold cuts, but also salads, pastes and fish.
Located in Socuéllamos, in the heart of La Mancha, with an approximate extension 60.000 m2, we have a storage capacity 20 million liters and our facilities are spread around 12.000 square meter.

Our sales department supplies diverse markets in the Netherlands and internationally with bulk products for both the food processing industry as well as wholesalers who supply specialist cheese shops and the retail trade. Mission: Over the years our focus has shifted to new products for the retail trade, the food service industry, catering and industrial wholesalers and the company has become further professionalised. After years of dramatic growth in the production volume of goats´ cheese both in bulk and in our ´standard´ range, we are now devoting increasingly more attention to developing products which use other raw materials than purely goats´ milk. We now produce items that are related to dairy products, but which are not necessary made from milk. Our goal is to extend the range with new items for consumers, the catering industry and the wholesale trade. In more than 75 years we have improved our knowledge about honey as a natural product. Just like our founder Johann Breitsamer knew every beekeeper personally in the beginning, it is still important to us to visit and check on our contractual beekeepers on a regular basis. Straight forwardness is the keyword, when it comes to how we see our business: We do not want to offer you as many exotic honey sorts as possible, but few and good ones!
For three generations, everything in the Breitsamer family has been about honey. Our enthusiasm for this wonderful natural product and the careful craftsmanship of our beekeepers guarantees a pleasure that you just have to love. Our honeys are of course natural and are continuously monitored for purity and quality – stricter than required by the German Honey Regulation.

Van Geloven is a Frozen food specialist since 1960, our business is on the one hand rooted in the Benelux (Belgium-Netherlands-Luxemburg) heritage but offers, on the other hand, great opportunities to expand beyond. And this primarily in the "In home (retail)" and "Foodservice" channels, offering opportunities to work with our brand propositions or with tailor-made private labels. Our strategic focus countries for export are France and Germany.
Van Geloven's mission is to surprise and delight everyone with finger-licking snacks, appetizers, starters (puff pastry) and meal components. We want to be and remain the favorite snack specialist for professionals and consumers. Van Geloven offers a wide range of tasty, high quality and social responsible products with a high profitability in both a both a brand as a private label universe. At the same time we like to keep things simple and practical: just do things, with both both feet firmly on the ground, whilst keeping our promises.
As a response to our international growth strategy and to further complement our product portfolio, Van Geloven recently acquired (Oct-Nov 2016) 2 other Dutch snack companies. Swinkels Snackery & Backery is a renowned producer of cheese- and puff pastry products. Royaan is a famous "croquette" producer, known for their specialty brands Van Dobben and Kwekkeboom.

Mattheussens was founded in by Cornelis Mattheeussens in 1850. He started on his father's land a chicory factory. In 1920 mustard and piccalilli appeared as secondary lines for the factory. In the nineteen-sixties the name was changed to Mattheeussens-Wido B.V. and the brand name MADO was introduced. Te curtain fell once and all for chicory and the family turned to the preparation of pickles. now a modern pickling plant for the retail market stands on the historical location.
