At the time, people were just beginning to talk about “ORGANIC” farming. The principal aim was to protect both human health and that of the environment. This promise went straight to the heart of this young, activist businessman, and he started off by selling juice from locally harvested apples and prunes that had been pressed in Monflanquin, in the heart of Lot et Garonne.
It was a simple, sensible idea: to process fully ripe fruit and vegetables from the region and thus offer the ORGANIC food network natural juices and drinks that had been minimally processed, to ensure they remained as natural as possible and retained maximum flavour.
“I started out in a little workshop that was just 6000 square foot, using a manual press. In those days I was only producing 2,000 bottles a day… At a time when the only rule in business was maximum productivity, making ORGANIC produce wasn’t the obvious choice. You had to have a certain amount of belief to go for quality and health instead.

Our story unfolds in Kozani, a beautiful town of Macedonia, with great history and customs that boasts hospitality and gastronomy, with traditional recipes and the freshest ingredients of the Greek land. We continuously set market trends with our new, innovative products which have gained the preference of millions of consumers, in Greece and 35+ countries all over the world. With a local presence, having established companies in US, Serbia and Romania, and our international expansion, we have achieved a substantial sales turnover. In Greece, we proudly own facilities of 22,000 sq.m and 13,000 pallet storage capacity. We have invested in automation, providing us with reliable Management Information Systems, and enabling us to evaluate and reward our partners, salespeople and dealers.
We have attained optimum product distribution and prompt customer service, assisted by a fleet of 64 privately-owned delivery vehicles, 68 dealer vehicles and privately-owned sales outlets in Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion and Ioannina. Our greatest source of strength is our people, a 450-member family, in Greece and abroad. We would have never overcome regional challenges of our industry, if it weren’t for this family of ours that has led us to be the leaders of the Frozen Food market.
