In the World of cheese producers Le Larry takes a particular place. We produce goat cheese in a traditional manner, with the same enthusiasm with which we started 25 years ago. Le Larry is the story of Gino and Nadine de Clercq, two creative entrepreneurs originating from East-Flanders in Belgium. Given their background, it is actually no surprise that they would undertake something in the agro-food sector. Gino comes from a family of greenhouse builders in the flower town of Lochristi. He studied at a cooking school. Nadine originates from a family of farmers. In 1981 they started a goat farm in Lochristi "as they wanted to do something that would bring them close to nature". To learn the process of cheese making, they went to France. Initially Gino and Nadine produced a type of quark cheese. Until the moment they met with a specialist in the neighbourhood of Amiens in the North of France. There they discovered how to prepare a fresh cheese "à la louche". Then and there Le Larry cheese was born and in the First few years the product was especially delivered in the region around Lille in the North of France.

OLIVES & CO grew from a meeting of minds, the minds of 3 impassioned men who used their sense of taste, experience and timing to build a common goal. Together they founded a food-processing group whose offering was based on products with a Mediterranean flavour. OLIVES & CO thus came into being in 2007 and currently comprises 4 French SME's, each enjoying great success in their respective markets: fresh olives, spreads and fish soups. United by the same passion, Mediterranean cuisine, and fired by a single ambition, these 4 entities have made OLIVES & CO a group firmly focused on innovation and serving the needs of the gourmet industry. It is this synergy of specialist skills and values that allowed the OLIVES & CO group, composed of 90 people striving daily to offer quality, innovative, authentic products, to post sales of 18 million Euros in 2010. A success based at once on: - experience and know-how in product and packaging - state-of-the-art infrastructures: 3 industrial sites (including one fully-refrigerated) satisfying the most exacting food safety standards (IFS/BRC certifications version 5) - capacity for innovation, thanks to the determination of its dynamic team and the co-operation of a top chef - adaptability, allowing the group to propose an extended offering of products under its own brands, or for other players, including retailers. Thus, with passion and discipline, OLIVES & CO has made a name for its products on French soil and has begun to gain a foothold on many foreign markets, including Denmark, Austria, Japan, Portugal, England, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland...

It all began almost a century ago! Haitoglou family had just arrived in Thessaloniki, Greece after leeing Asia Minor. The most important thing they brought with them was not their belongings: It was their love for family traditions and a secret family recipe for making the most popular sesame-based treat… Halva.
It was in 1924 that they opened a small shop dedicated to creating their delicious halva by hand in small batches, continuing the craft their fathers and grandfathers had taught them.
Throughout the years many things changed: the small shop became the center of attention for everyone that loved halva, as more and more people were drawn to this artisanal treat.
But some things remained the same: The passion to create the best products, the legacy embodied in the family’s secret recipe and, of course, the symbol of a female figure in a traditional Northern Greek costume.
The “woman from Thessaloniki” - or the “Halva Lady” as she became widely known - the proud, graceful figure with no name, started as a symbol to help people identify their favorite halva at a time when many couldn’t read. While the image evolved over time, it’s still the emblem of Haitoglou Family Foods, as it embodies our roots, heritage and tradition.
Building on our family’s values, we continue our mission with a passion to share our legacy, our unique craft and our favorite products with every family, as we have done for four generations.

The mineral water Hanácká kyselka is pumped from six wells, the deepest of which reaches the depth of 265 m below ground level. The current water has the same composition as it had when it was discovered. It comes from the depth of Palaeozoic Devonian Dolomite limestones, which are superimposed by impervious schists and neogen clays with a thickness of 30 – 50 meters and by several meters of Quaternary alluvia. The mineral water originates in the bedrock of neogen, in cracked karst Devonian carbonate rocks or the underlying bedrock, which provides the water with its high saturation of carbon dioxide. This genesis corresponds with a quite high content of hydro-carbonates and alkaline elements (calcium, magnesium, several chlorides and sodium ions).

Since 1862, the house Lustenberger + Dürst has devoted itself to the pure culture of quality cheese from Switzerland. With its long lasting tradition, it's one of the most historic companies within its field in Switzerland and since its foundation has constantly continued improving what is already fine.
The unique landscape of the Langrüti in Hünenberg, in Switzerland's geographic centre, is the place where the family business Lustenberger + Durst has been established for generations. Its headquarters merge perfectly in the picturesque surroundings. In the characteristic cheese-cellars of the Langrüti, space is given over to the cheese and to time. Thousands of cheese "wheels" are cared for in the silence of our cellars emerged in an atmosphere of absolute peace. Only when the cheese has reached the perfect maturation level, will the master cheese maker release it from its place of rest.

When we came up with our recipes, we realised that in order to be taken seriously they needed to be scrutinised by some of the world’s fussiest critics. We invited a discerning panel of toddlers and their parents to sample our dishes. The panel of little ones delighted us all by licking their plates clean and rubbing their happy little tummies.
