We are a family owned company, founded in 1998 by the wish of our father Aldo Amadori, a lover of gourmet food made up of selected ingredients and traditional recipes. We have always paid close attention to the ORGANIC world and for this reason we have been certified by ICEA since 2003.
We are an environmentally friendly Company, basing our manufacturing process on sustainable CO2 free and renewable energy.
Our "Pesto Genovese", is produced according to the specifications of the Pesto Genovese Consortium, whose sole objective is to safeguard and promote the authenticity of this ancient recipe. In 2005 the European Community granted the status of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) to the Genovese Basil, grown exclusively in Liguria. The Genovese Basil PDO is famous for its delicate and unique aroma and intense flavour and it is the main ingredient of our Pesto.
Year by year, our company grows and our Pesto Genovese received widespread recognition for its exceptional quality. Our shelf-stable Pesto is raw, not pasteurized to retain its bright green color, the typical aroma of freshly picked Genovese Basil, the freshness of the ingredients and the seductive and intense perfume of the Pesto prepared in the mortar.
Our modern and functional facilities allow us to combine a good production capacity with maximum flexibility. Being a producer allows us to take care of all aspects of our work every day, from selecting the best raw materials to strict observance of each stage of the preparation, customizing the products according to the specific needs of each customer and, if necessary, to create ad hoc recipes. Currently we distribute our products in both domestic and international markets, with our brands as well as private labels.
Our company is very attentive to technological innovations and food safety standards. Over the past years we have been investing a lot in research and development in order to meet the increasingly demanding market requirements. We have adopted the HACCP self-control system to guarantee the quality and safety of all our productions. We are also certified by IFS and BRC and this reflects our commitment to food hygiene, traceability and quality.

In the lovely South-East of the province of Bari, in the town of Turi, the company Tarall’oro was born in 1982. First as a producer of taralli (genuine and natural snack typical of the South of Italy), its mission has been from the beginning on to satisfy the best possible his customers. In a few years, the company has decided to offer to its clientele new products, keeping the quality of origin, and launching this way a new line of artisan pasta which is welcomed on the market. Pasta is produced using extra calibrated semolina obtained by extraction of the best durum wheat of the Murges area in Puglia. At the beginning, the production process was done thanks to traditional machines that only enabled to produce traditional pasta like orecchiette, cavatelli, fusilli, strascinate, capunti... In 2000, a new production line was born in order to enable the production of tagliolina and spaghetti of quality. Even if new technologies have been adopted during the years, production has always stuck with traditions in order to preserve the flavors of the past. The goals reached these last years all base on valid premises : the company intends to expand worldwide food known by customers as excellent from a gustative and qualitative point of view, and which contributes to a correct nutrition.

The 'OLEIFICIO LLI Ruata SpA "DROP OF GOLD" operates in over three generations, producing the full range of vegetable oils. Extra virgin olive oil and olive oil, with selected organic products. . The production facilities are technologically advanced, and adopted a quality assurance system based on HACCP to ensure the whole process in terms of safety and hygiene. Our plant is located in Baldissero d'Alba (CN), with a production capacity of over 900 q.li / day in sizes from 0.250 liters to 5 liters of olive oils and in sizes from 1 liter to 25 liters per seed oils. The pride of Oleificio F.lli Ruata is quality control in all stages of production. In fact, in addition to performing the organoleptic analysis of all products in input and output, the oil mill F.lli Ruata has a modern analytical laboratory, equipped with three chromatographs HRGC, HPLC of a chromatograph, a UV-VIS spectrophotometer , of apparatus for the Rancimat test. The laboratory and quality control 'by persons having graduated, verification that all chemical and organoleptic parameters of batch production, to verify their correspondence to the strictest Italian and international. All our products comply with new EU regulations.
