The plant, settled in Genoa, occupies a surface of around 10.000 sqm of which 7.000 of covered area. The Food Factory® operates from a newly built 21,000sqm facility located in Malta and offers a wide product portfolio of premium quality products ranging across most segments within the industry. It develops and manufactures products in the frozen and ambient segments under own label as well as under private label. it also has gluten-free and other free from products within its portfolio. In addition The Food Factory® has the capability to provide product development and product testing through its R&D Centre and Laboratory.

Lukosz - a family business, established in 1990. Our first product was turkey brawn, but our offer has quickly expanded. The food-processing plant was initially located in Jaworze, and later it was moved to Chybie. Our company was founded on 04.01.1989 by Hans Mueller. The first production facility, we had rented us Hüllhorst-Tengern premises where the cornerstone was laid for today's selection. In the premises of a country butcher, the first products developed and manufactured. By strong growth in 1992, these rooms were small, so was planning for a new company incorporated and implemented. From May 1993 the production was moved to its present location. Here is a production facility was built according to the latest criteria in terms of quality and hygiene. For capacity expansion, the production area in 1997 has doubled.
